We had a fabulous meal start to finish. The food was really good and hot and our servers did an amazing job helping us decide. Key and Shawn both kept our drinks coming and cleared our empty plates promptly and they were both so pleasant ! We will definitely come back read more

Giving this restaurant 4 stars even though our experience was not perfect. But Jabril, the General Manager fixed our concern with passIon and satisfactory. Sometimes you walk away with the best experience when an issue was resolved in a way that made you feel good after all. The atmosphere was wonderful, presentation of food great, menu diverse, and service friendly. Will be back! read more

First let me say, I am a First Watch Fan!! I have always enjoyed going to eat here, and have always highly recommended them. But this one here lacks a bunch of things, I arrived at 1:30 pm anxious to try their new Summer Menu. Was greeted by a less than enthusiastic person whom seemed to be irritated by my presence. Sat down and waited 15 minutes, I'm 6' 230lbs, I don't think I am this easy to miss, but no one even as much as acknowledged my existence. It wasn't that busy, and it's as somewhat dirtier than most I have been to. read more

I visited First Watch for breakfast one morning. I expected to see a well versed menu but was not impressed at all. I looked at the menu front and back about five times before I settled on something. I ended up just ordering sides but it sufficed for breakfast. As I was eating the crowd picked up, but I'm not sure if thats the norm (Friday morning). I wouldn't visit again on my own but would meet someone there if they asked. The downfall for me is I expected more. read more

Loveeeee this location!!!! Its clean, the service is AMAZING!!! My waiter was Steven and he was great from beginning to end. He was VERY attentive and sweet. When it was time to checkout Ashlii was extremely helpful, funny and sweet. Definitely going back to this location read more

Kathleen did a wonderful job serving us! We love First Watch but it was packed today! We waited about an hour for food. However, Kathleen kept checking on us to offer if we needed anything and the food came out fantastic! Weekends are definitely a bit hectic here but it's definitely worth it! Thanks Kathleen and First Watch! P.S. Only complaint is that they were out of the Pineapple Express :( Their seasonal juices are so amazing, they need to keep more of them! read more

My wife and I stopped in today (Thursday) for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. It is new and yet has a large clientele already and a well trained and pleasant staff. The menu is not large but choices unfamiliar. There some traditional choices for breakfast/brunch/lunch and some less familiar like a Italian sausage hash but not corned beef hash. My wife got and liked the eggs Benedict and I got the Italian sausage matzo hash with 2eggs over easy. It was a kitchen sink hash with potatoes, onion, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and sausage. Ok, but too much focus on potatoes and hard to find sausage. Still it will be worth more trips to figure out the menu and determine our choices. read more

Really enjoyed our breakfast experience. The kale juice was a great start to the day. Our meals were creative and well executed.

Biscuits and gravy were not good. Skillet had too many peppers and onions in it. Tacos were good and iced coffee were good! This place is cute and nice. Once they figure out the flow im sure things will taste better. The gravy didn't taste homemade. read more

We will be back, there's a bunch more on the menu and brunch menu we want to try. We had a good experience for sure. The staff greeted us with smiles all around and even went out of their way to find us a perfect table for us and our newborn. Our waiter was polite, friendly and attentive. The million dollar bacon is a great starter with thier amazing Columbian coffee, who needs a latte when you can have amazing coffee. The bacon came out quick and our breakfast wasn't far behind. The food was good and we will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. Overall great experience for our first time at First Watch in Concord. Great way to start our Saturday morning. read more

Amazing breakfast food- you get very good portions and everything is fresh and reasonably priced. The eggs Benedict are my favorite with blueberry pancakes and one their juices. read more

My wife and I ate here once before, food and service were excellent. Unfortunately, a bad experience today. I took my daughter there at noon today, looking forward to a comfort meal. One hour after ordering, our meal had not been started. There were only 2 cooks on duty that day. Another couple there had no food one hour after ordering! We canceled our order, and went elsewhere. The server should have notified us of the extreme delay. If you go there, I suggest you ask the server how many cooks are on duty, if only two then walk out and eat elsewhere. read more

I wanted to give this place a chance and was disappointed. The breakfast potatoes were almost like eating raw potatoes and the bacon seemed as if it were microwaveable bacon. Very thin, flimsy and lacking flavor. The pancakes were okay though. read more

I actually love the food here but we just walked out after being ignored at the front for 10 minutes and then finally getting to our table and no one came for five minutes. So we just left. read more

The food was average but, the customer service was AMAZING. My server, Doria, was so patient and inviting!

It is an honor to leave a review for Doria. From the very 1st time we met her she was a sunshine! She is very attentive and responsive even when she had numerous tables. We observed her with another customer and she was amazing in her response and demeanor! Her smile is contagious and brightens my day every time we come. Thank you Doria and May God bless you in all your hope and dreams! read more

Definitely will be coming back, I really enjoyed myself and the food. Doria made it such a great experience for me and my gf!

Online allows you to create an online order, but at checkout says no online orders for this location. Staff very rarely pick up the phone at this location. I had to drive there to place a to-go order, and then wait. Even then my Floridian French toast was missing the Kiwi and the mixed berry compote. Only went there because I had a gift card. No more visits. read more

Generally, I don't like to leave reviews because I work in the industry thus avoiding the whole dining experience because you expect certain thing. Removing my experience, the restaurant absolutely exceeded my expectations of bad restaurants. I saw my server Chriseana possibly 3 times in my hour and a half venture. First time guest due to a recommendation and we told our server it was our first time to have nothing of the menu explained what so ever. Concept is cute, service is terrible. Waited about 45 minutes for quick breakfast items. I ordered the tri-feca for me to receive the wrong kind of sausage as well as get it at a unexplainable temperature. I'm not sure if it was still defrosting or half microwaved but far from impressed. I have an allergy to strawberries in which my server told me the jelly that was provided has it in it. Didn't budge to grab it off of my table. The extra coffee mugs and small drink glasses were unnecessary upon arrival. I did get a chance to ask the server for new substitute in regards to my sausage to receive the crunchy-est HIGH IN SODIUM bacon. I get it. I'm a guest just trying to have a quick enjoyable breakfast. That I did not get the pleasure of. Coming from the same field I could only recommend better timing. Seat the servers to what the kitchen can appropriately handle. Don't just sit people because it's walking money. In and out money is temporary. Return guest last forever. Work on leaving an impression. I suggest a team meet on quality instead of quantity. I will not be back. I will not and would not recommend due to service all around. I will note that the busters are efficient and quick. read more

Jabril was outstanding! We did have some issues in the beginning but he came through for us! Food is very good!! And thank you to our waitress, Sydney! We came on a busy morning but she handled it well! If you guys are in the area, go visit Jabril he will take care of you! read more

I've been to plenty of First Watch locations and this one needs to step it up. The management doesn't seem so great and possibly needs to be organized better. Staff and kitchen staff might need to be trained more. My meal wasn't correctly made like the menu suggests and was over stuffed with turkey and missing the tomatoes. Which isn't a big deal when you're hungry and just want to eat. But all in all the place is good just needs to step it up. read more

Food is great, but the service is terrible. my fiancé and have given First Watch 4 chances and each time we went the service was awful. It took 15 mins each time for someone to come approach us. It took 50 mins each time for our food. We will not be going back to First Watch for awhile. read more

Great place for breakfast. I ordered the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. The pancakes were LARGE and fluffy with 4 dollops of creamy lemon curd on top. YUM. My husband ordered one of the omelettes and he said it was delicious. We tried a side of the maple bacon (on special). We both thought the bacon was cooked perfectly but was a little too sweet for our taste. It took a while for the food to come out but our waitress, Carolyn, apologized and explained that they recently opened and were still working out some of the kinks. She was delightful and attentive and checked on us frequently even though the restaurant was packed. I can't wait to come back and try the lunch menu. Bottom line - AMAZING SERVICE & GREAT FOOD read more

Waited over an hour for mediocre food. Not once did our server say "sorry for the wait" or anything like that. The manager didn't stop by to ask us how we were doing despite the ridiculous wait. The restaurant wasn't even packed, in fact large parties had already left. They ran out of potatoes and didn't tell us until after the fact, they also ran out of straws so I had to run to my car to get some. In the time I waited for my food I could've gone to the store bought the potatoes and straws 3 times. Worst experience I've had with a restaurant honestly. Literally made this account just to leave this review. If I could put zero stars I would.. read more

First time at the First Watch in Concord, NC. The restaurant has a great feel as you walk in with open concept. We went to celebrate my sisters birthday and was not ti excited after receiving our food. Well it actually started with the drinks. The service was pretty okay our server Sofia was super sweet. Okay so, let's start with the drinks, one of my sisters got the house fruit juice drink and it was so cloudy and way to much lime that kills the taste buds, ordered and iced coffee with oat milk and it was just that oat milk with a dab of coffee. The children's chocolate chip pancake was huge for a child portion. My daughter who loves pancakes and fruit refused to eat it. My granny ordered scrambled eggs soft and they came out so stiff and browned at the top like it was baked. They even remade them and still was over cooked. Our fried potatoes were not cooked all the way some done and some not. My bread for my salmon eggs Benedict was not toasted and the salmon was a little grey. I just laid a napkin over it and left. Overall it was not the best and I can definitely erase this off the list. It was not worth the 80$ spent. Thanks but no thanks First Watch. I just don't understand why so packed all the time. Help me help you help all of us. read more

Had a normal expected wait to get a table. Our server was FANTASTIC, very attentive. The manager was absolutely GARBAGE. We waited an hour for our food to come out, which they did bring me the grits I ordered by itself 30 mins into that hour. The manager kept coming over to look at our table. One time to ask me why I was waiting, like why aren't we leaving? We hadn't received our food. The table next to us got sat by a waitress and the manager comes over to her in front of EVERYONE to tell her she shouldn't have sat those people. Literally next to their table. Then, another couple got sat at a table next to us that typically sits for people, and then a host comes and asks them to move to a different table. We do not plan to return and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I still have two stars because the waitress and food were good. read more

I've been here a few times, the food is pretty good. The wait to get the food is long. Every time I've been it took 30 mins just to get eggs, sausage and pancakes. I don't typically leave reviews but I think this has to be improved. It shouldn't take that long for simple foods. read more

I rarely give five stars but this food was out of this world. I got the traditional breakfast with sausage. The toast was artisan style. Our plate came with preserves which were delicious. Our waitress was very accommodating it's a must go for me. read more

We went to First Watch last Saturday for breakfast. Place was absolutely packed with people. There was about a 30-minute wait, but once we were seated, our waitress was their moments later. She provided us a lot of great insight into her favorite dishes at the restaurant. We tried several different dishes among the four of us. The food was brought out quickly, it was hot and it was especially delicious. Will be going back again! read more

If I could rate it a zero I would. The service was un acceptable. Truly disappointed as it was my birthday breakfast and my never came out though the people I was with did. She then proceeds to bring the pan cakes I ordered but she forget about the eggs bacon and hash brown i ordered too. It takes a while for her to come out with my food and by that time by appetite is ruined cause of how long I waited. Never got any refills. Do not recommend the Concord area at all! DO NOT COME HERE! read more

I love breakfast/brunch spots! First Watch definitely hits the target. Great food, great atmosphere. Loved sitting outside- the tables were good quality outdoor tabletop & not just old dirty iron tables. First Watch brings a pot of hot coffee to the table when you sit down. Sugar/stevia/dairy free/half & half are all on the table for your coffee. We ordered the Belgian waffle which came out perfect with a dollop of fresh churned butter. The waffle had a perfect taste and fresh real maple syrup to top it off. Hubby ordered the BLTE sandwich and it didn't disappoint. The 1.5" thick multigrain seeded bread was amazing. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the Monterey Jack cheese a nice compliment to the sandwich. I also ordered a Monterey club sandwich which comes on sourdough. This sandwich was great as well. They also have many different fresh squeezed juices. The menu is full of many options for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Sandwiches, salads, soups, breakfast, wraps, oatmeal, & more. Give it a try!!!! read more

this is my third time visiting this establishment and i must say the food has been delicious every time . i would have given it 5 stars but the service is horrible. The servers and i'm saying servers because we have had three , three different times and they have all been sub par at best. the wait is long which ok that's expected and not an issue, but when u disappear for long periods of time as a server, don't come back to check the table to where I have to get up and get napkins myself, or eat cold pancakes because the syrup was never brought out in time then that's a problem. Even after crappy service we have tipped the 30% every time . servers are not very efficient at attending to there customers. i'll definitely order out next time or i'll just start visiting the south park location. i'm sure there service is much better. read more

The morning we went was busy--which I expected. What I did not expect was the incredibly long wait once we were seated. We waited an hour to be seated and around another hour for our food. My husband had his food at least 25 minutes before I got mine. Our waitress said the kitchen had be really backed up. Just feel like I could have gotten just as good a breakfast cheaper and faster at IHOP. read more
