The appetizers came out quickly and are very nice portions for the price. The rest of our food came out as we finished the appetizers. Everything looked and tasted great. They have TVs all over so you can watch sports, but it's not so loud that you can't have a conversation. Looks like a bunch of outdoor seating, both in front and back. My only gripe is that the entrance isn't really marked. We walked in through the patio on the Bridgetown side, but it just looks like a glass side door. You can also walk in through the bowling alley or from the back deck apparently. Other than that everything was great.

Dear Cooper's Hawk Green Township, OH Team,…read more I am writing to share my heartfelt gratitude for the extraordinary experiences my husband and I have had at your location since you opened in October. After my Celiac disease diagnosis required me to transition to a strict gluten-free diet, finding safe, enjoyable places for local outings felt daunting--our beloved craft brewery visits were suddenly a thing of the past. We were searching for a new place to call our go-to spot, and acting on a friend's recommendation to check out Cooper's Hawk and join the Wine Club turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From our very first visit, your team made an indelible impression. When our server offered me gluten-free bread at the start of our meal, it honestly brought tears to my eyes. It was the first time since my diagnosis that I could enjoy a starter bread at a restaurant, and having access to such an extensive, thoughtful gluten-free menu has brought so much joy back into dining out. What started as an early Christmas gift from my husband quickly became our home away from home. After attending the new member welcome event in January, we signed up for our first monthly Wine Club dinner in February 2026--and we haven't missed a single one since! My husband and I are truly blown away by how many team members we now know by name--a level of personal care and connection we have never experienced at any other restaurant. Mark and Allison have truly hit it out of the ballpark when hiring and building this incredible team. We want to make sure these exceptional individuals know just how remarkable they are and how well they do their jobs: General Managers & Kitchen Leadership: Mark (General Manager), Allison (General Manager), and Chef Jason Special Mentions: Kamilly: My very first interaction when we signed up for our first wine club event. She was so attentive and heartfelt to work with! Alyssa: Outstanding work at wine tastings and hosting the Wine Club dinner events. She is a worker and such a beacon of light when we see her. Desiree: Always greets us with a huge smile and constantly goes out of her way to provide incredible service and keep us laughing. Team Members: Erika, Bella, Leeann, Max, Joshua, Mikayla, Josie, Harrison, Molly, Nick, Cole, and Matthew are the best! (And to anyone on the team we may have accidentally missed--your hard work behind the scenes does not go unnoticed!) You have built a culture that turns casual guests into family, making every visit feel like coming home. Thank you for giving us back a space where we can celebrate, connect, and safely enjoy incredible food and wine. You have made a meaningful difference in our lives, and we look forward to many more wine dinners and memories together.

I tried another wine tonight and found yet another favorite - Les Petites. If you enjoy a full-bodied red, I highly recommend it. I had the blackened ahi from the lighter menu and my date had the filet mignon. Both proteins were cooked beautifully. I have to mention that there was an issue with my entree when it first came out, but the manager and her team went above and beyond to make it right. Things happen. ‍ The menu still has quite a few items on it that I'm dying to try, so we'll be back.

From the moment they arrived, they were willing to help with anything and everything. They steamed dresses, assisted the bride, grandmother of the bride, mother of the bride, and all of the bridesmaids, helped with bustling, and even went out to purchase additional food and drinks when we realized we needed more. They also acted as a liaison with the on-site wedding coordinator, which was incredibly helpful and allowed all of us to simply enjoy the day. What impressed me most was that it didn't matter whether something was technically part of their original role. If we needed something, they handled it, always with a positive attitude and without hesitation. Every request, big or small, was taken care of. Having the Ivory House team there gave us such peace of mind on an incredibly important day. They anticipated needs, solved problems, and took care of our entire group from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to any bride and family. They were invaluable!

Here is what they did well: - great bread, truly amazing as house made - gelato was fantastic - pretty inside/decor - sides were pretty good Here is where it went south: - our serve was very casual and almost seemed put off by us. Not attentive, not overly welcoming or friendly - my girlfriend stated it was my birthday, an our waitress saw me with a birthday gift and no acknowledgement no asking oh is it your birthday? Meanwhile 2 other tables received a happy birthday, with a candle and dessert - when going to a "steakhouse" is that you go there expect to have an amazing steak. Not the case, my "medium" steak was cooked half medium half rare. For a filet it was also very fatty. when I asked the server (probably 25 minutes after our food was served) she said it didn't look medium and offers to put it back on. no apology Overall it felt very underwhelming and when you pay $70 for a steak you expect it to be right. On top of that celebrating a special occasion, for a $200 meal for 2 people, it Was a bland experience. We've heard amazing reviews so hopefully your experience will be different than ours! We said we'd give it another shot but not going with steak.

Wide variety of food options with leanings towards Greek food which I think I was told the two owners are Greek brothers. But they had all kinds of different option for lots of different pallets. At restaurants, I usually try to order one of their specialties. At J Taps, I ordered the Gyro and steak fries. It was probably the best Gyro I can remember having. The super sweet waitress was quick to bring out my order so it was hot a juicy. The gyro was generously sized and extremely tasty from the first to last bite. I almost couldn't finish it but it was so good. I have a rule not to eat until I'm stuffed, but it was so good, I broke my rule. The steak fries were hot and crispy and I received a generous proportion. My young waitress was very kind. My wife was out of town and not liking to cook for one, I was by myself. I spent 40 years traveling for business and have eaten out thousands of times by myself and I can't remember many wait staff going out of their way, even though they are busy, to talk to me more than to take the order. She went out of her way and even though I'm fine eating alone, it really was appreciated and reminded me that it's not what you say, it's how you make people feel that they remember. I will remember her out of the way kindness more than anything. There looked to be a lot of regular customers, mostly couples, who knew each other. It got pretty busy by the time I left at 6:25 or so. The facility was somewhat outdated and dark, but it worked. J-taps is worth a visit for lunch, dinner or a couple drinks.
