Yum. My only suggestion is I wish they had more options for toast. My only complaint is my decaf coffee was sooo weak, it tasted like water. Food was outstanding! read more

This place is packed on a Monday and yet somehow they don't serve any specialty coffee drinks. I couldn't wait to get a latte or cappuccino but they don't have either. Not sure what kind of high end breakfast place doesn't have a coffee machine... to put the cherry on top, they do not cater to the vegan diet. They only serve half and half and milk... no almond milk or soy.. at this day in age, that's just disturbing and unacceptable. It's a good thing I'm not lactose intolerant, but I feel sorry for anyone who is that tries to come here. Last but not least, this place is like one big refrigerator. I am naturally a hot person and would normally NEVER complain about a cold restaurant but this is unbearable. read more

A friend told me about trying this new place. So I read a bunch of reviews before going was a little scare because the reviews all talked about some of the things the place needed to work on being that it is a new place. Went for my birthday Thursday around 8:30am and went back Saturday around the same time. Place it's small but comfortable and both days around 9am it was packed. Waitresses were very attentive, took our orders, everything came the way it was supposed to. They gave us a kettle with hot coffee (which it was delicious) mind you I only drink a certain kind of coffee and it is from a private company in the Dominican Republic that have their own coffee farm and then sell it at their restaurant, Hermanos Villar. But I tried this coffee because the reviews were saying how good it was and they were not wrong. It is a coffee imported from Colombia and wow. Also they gave us a jar with water. Food was delicious both days. Service was excellent. Just know that if want to be relax and avoid the crowds get there before 9am. read more

All you need to know is....GET THE BACON!!! Sure you're breakfast is going to be over priced, but it's worth it for the quality!!! I mean it's delicious it has never disappointed! However I can't give it 5 stars because of the price (which isn't their fault because I believe it is a chain) and because one time I got it to go and my boyfriends meal looked like they tossed it around for an hour straight. But do not pass up an opportunity to go here. read more

First time at this place during the stay at Hershey. Food is excellent. Server was friendly. This place is super busy so I would suggest call ahead to reserve or put yourself on Yelp wait list, so u dont have to wait when u get there. read more

The food here is not only healthier than most breakfast places but it's delicious. The service was good too. I ordered a quinoa dish that I would never consider ordering that was amazing. I'm not a health nut but this food is so tasty I'm excited to try more on the menu. read more

Definitely use the app to sign up for the waiting list. The breakfast burrito was light and very tasty. The blueberry pancakes, though, were mediocre and not large as advertised on the menu. Tasted like a supermarket mix. And the English muffin was like Thomases, but the multigrain toast was excellent t (although a side order is only one slice). The coffee was very good as was atmosphere. Will come again and try an omelette next time. read more

I have the app and so I checked in before arriving. It said arrive at 11:15am we were there at 11:10am and we just got seated at 11:50am. The table that we were getting sat there dirty for 15 minutes before it was cleaned and there were at least 4 other empty tables. I don't know what's going on here but we come 3x a week and today was awful. I'm going to Denim in Cherry Hill next time. This is a bust and still no waitress and it's 11:56am. read more

Excellent food choices for gluten free. I really enjoyed their chicken salad. They have gluten free bread. The omelette was excellent too! read more

We used the app to get a reservation/waitlist which said we would be seated at 10:09. At 10:45, we still hadn't be seated. The hostesses were extremely rude and disorganized. Their food may be good, but we never got a chance to find out because they wasted half of our morning. I hope they can figure it out, but be wary of trying to go here. read more

Great food and fast service. Stayed in Cheery Hill 6/19. Ate here 3 times. Delicious!!

Let me just start by saying I work in the restaurant industry and have a degree to go along with that, so I am more understanding than the average customer. I was very displeased with the lack of urgency that the front of the house staff exhibited in bussing our table. How do I know it was our table? Because they told us! We then had to bring it to the staffs attention that the bussers didn't finish the table and started other tables. Well that was when we were met with a rude young woman who clearly hates her job and chose the wrong place to work. The manager seemed kind of aloof and to be honest it seemed like they needed more leadership on the floor. I get a busy day and being overwhelmed but the guest experience was not a priority. Finally after the table was finished no one came back to seat us so my family and I sat ourselves. While waiting to be greeted by our server I was appalled to see another server walk by and take a mug off our table and give to another table. Fortunately, our server made up for the initial dissatisfaction with First Watch and the tip left reflected that. If it weren't for her my FIRST TIME would have been worse. To be honest I'm not sure if I'll return. The hospitality staff for me really missed the mark. Food was good. Hats off to the culinary staff that prepared our dishes. read more

My friend went for the first time and said it was so good! She had a coupon so we went back today and had an early breakfast. She was surprised that the wait was 40 minutes when the prior week she came right in and sat. While the wait is extensive , we were given a table in about 25 minutes (still a new place so it's understood). We will definitely be taking advantage of the pre check in option next time. I had the classic eggs Benedict which was delicious (I could do without the salad that comes with) and she had the short rib eggs benny and loved it as well. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying other items. Next up is definitely the waffle. read more

Coffee was smooth, I love how this place offers healthy breakfast options. Will come back again soon. Excellent service and friendly staff along with a good food, what more can you ask for? read more

Pleasantly surprised...especially as it is a regional chain. Reason: food is prepared thoughtfully (nice combinations without being too fussy) and with fresh ingredients; very amiable servers and hostess. A little overboard in the farmhouse aesthetic but otherwise nice clean open space design. Shared a single carrot cake pancake - retained consistency of a well made pancake while gifting us with a definite carrot cake wink & nod! Would definitely visit again. read more

I loved my fresh green juice and it was followed up by chicken egg tacos that were off the charts!! Can't wait to go back. My husband and kids all loved there egg dishes as well. read more

I was excited to finally go eat @First Watch.. however the Hostess was so not a "Hostess"! Her first words were , how many? Then she said follow me.. HELLO what happened to good morning, hi, hello heck even a smile .. then we sit down and still no words she left and then came back with some silverware and then left again.. Anyway the food was good, the waitress was extra bubbly, nice and on point! Before We left I did speak to the manager. He basically said he was glad that I was able to give him feedback and he will talk to his staff about his expectations. He seemed sincere so I will keep YELP updated once I go back..smh the food was good! read more

Super nice hostess, nice (but overstretched) server, and a "how was your meal?"- don't-care-that-you-didn't-answer cashier. This is not our first First Watch. The unfortunate part is that one in our party has never had a good First Watch meal. We convinced her. Her meal? Undercooked and ice cold. Mine? Blech. One in the party had a good meal. The bacon is fabulous. There are too many great breakfast spots in the area to come back. read more

First watch is delicious. I tried the Market Veggie Sandwich for the first time a few days ago. It was so tasty. I can't wait to go back.

A humongous disappointment So we wanted to try a new brunch place. So my wife and so friends friends with. The four of us sat down and asked for coffee and water. The waitress only gave us two water glasses and water container had no ice in it. The first is scare you with the pancake size. The menu boast that they are "humongous" and to "order your stack responsibly". Due to this, I ordered the tri-fecta, one pancake, two eggs and bacon. The pancake is about the size of you normal pancake. If you grab a knife, the knife is longer then a pancake across by about the blade. The eggs was a small amount for one egg, let alone two. I asked for them scrambled but they were mostly white and runny. The bacon was good but only two pieces. My wife ordered a skillet with no cheese and joked to our friend, "I am allergic to cheese, don't judge me." The waitress replied, I am glad you said that because I was judging you." She then gave us a skillet with cheese and we had to wait for them to remake it. We left hungry. There are so many better options in the area, skip this place. read more

We did not check in online so we were waiting for 45 minutes while we watched a steady line of people come in and get seated. While we're still eating the waiter gives us our check without asking if we wanted anything else read more

I ordered my breakfast at 850, for a 9:15 pick up time. When I arrived the hostess told me my order was not ready. I waited for 40 minutes for two meals, with a total of 34$ to find out that my order was ready, 40 minutes ago. Someone wrote the wrong name. My name is Marissa, not Michael K. They tried to give me the food. I asked for the manager. He did NOTHING. He didn't even offer for me to take the cold meal, and a redound. All he could do was say, "I am sorry this happened to you". Honestly he should have cared more and tried to figure out how the messed up a name. They were busy so they didn't care about the little quiet woman waiting nicely for 40 minutes. My friend warned me about this place, and the lack of organization. Be careful, they say they care on the website, but in reality, they don't care at all. read more

So as I'm looking to find breakfast to be delivered on my birthday today I stumbled across first watch! Let me say this it was the best breakfast I've had in a long time! They are million dollar bacon is everything! Awesome quality breakfast and brunch! We've seen a few of these type of place. This one top them all! Our favorites are avocado toasts, fresh juices, any of the egg dishes. Service is also very good. I wish they have a location in Mt. Laurel or Moorestown. read more

The menu looks delicious, if we ever get to try it. My party of 4 arrived 35 minutes ago, still waiting despite multiple open tables and chairs. Their approach seems to be to sit parties of 2 at tables built for 6 so there are at least 15 chairs available and they're not seating anyone, despite almost 30 people waiting. Maybe I'll give it another chance once they've figured out how to maximize their seating to minimize wait times. read more

I get it that they just opened but they have some major kinks to work out to survive. Got here early so no problem getting a table but waited over 10 minutes for any sign of a server. Seemed the servers didn't know what tables they were assigned. Saw a lot of other tables with the same problem. Once we got our food order in, we had to wait quite a while for food. The food was ok, nothing really memorable. Our table had a skillet, French toast, and biscuits and gravy. Their menu is similar to turning point, maybe a little bigger but they don't have the beverage selection that turning point has. By the time we started eating there was a lot of people waiting at the front to be seated. In addition, this is the type of restaurant where you pay at the register so there was a backlog of people jammed around the front to pay. I felt bad for people whose tables were near the front/register area because of all of the people crowding around their tables. At this point, although we were still eating our food, we had four different servers over the course of two minutes stop by our table and ask to clear any of our plates. They were trying to rush people out to make space for all the people waiting to get in. Overall not a great experience which I'll attribute to them just having opened. Maybe will try again some time once they work out their issues. read more

Visited twice so far and definitely the best breakfast/brunch option in the south jersey vicinity. I absolutely love they have fresh pressed juices as well. Anyway, they have great coffee, good service, and fresh menu items. What more could you ask for in a breakfast spot? I haven't tried lunch items yet, but they all look super tasty as well! Don't forget to try the cold brew coffee! It tastes like chocolate water, sounds weird but its yummy. read more

The food is great at least what I've tried so far. The artisan bacon is decadent and scrumptious. However, the hostess is not the friendliest and it might be just me but do they always seat people of color back by the kitchen? At least that's been my experience every-time I've been there. Anyway, The food is good so try it! read more

This place accommodated our whole girls soccer team on a busy Saturday morning. The hostess Beth was in control of the whole seating arrangement and never got flustered. Beth was courteous and kind as she maneuvered how to sit 30 people. Our waitress Isha had the same demeanor and handled our orders seamlessly. Isha kept the coffee flowing and made sure that everyone's drinks were full. The food came out quick which was a worry because we had a soccer tournament to get too. Breakfast was delicious the cooking staff did a phenomenal job preparing a tasty breakfast. One of the best breakfast places I have ever been too. read more

We went on a Sunday and it's definitely when brunch is at its busiest time. We didn't know that we could go online to put our names down for the waiting list, but the wait wasn't that bad. They offer refreshments while waiting which makes it bearable. I definitely enjoyed the food, but my bf was disappointed by their poached egg since it was over cooked. Other than that we really enjoyed it! read more
