I was honestly pretty nervous about eating alone, but from the moment I walked in, the environment felt so comfortable and welcoming that it eased my anxiety quite a bit. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially my waitress, Sarah. She was so kind and made me feel completely comfortable, which meant a lot to me as someone eating alone for the first time. She truly made the whole experience that much better! And the food... WOW. Every bite was packed with flavor, and I absolutely chowed down The fries were perfect, and I loved the Cajun seasoning on them. The smash burger was delicious and cooked perfectly -- although it was definitely a little messy, so consider yourself warned haha. The mozzarella sticks had an AMAZING cheese pull, and the sauce was absolutely divine. And then there was dessert. Let's just say it was probably meant to feed two people... but I ate the entire thing by myself because it was THAT good. Overall, I couldn't have picked a better restaurant for my first night and my first solo dining experience. Great food, wonderful staff, and such a comfortable atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

They share the space with Malone's which is on the left when you walk in. The hosts at the front directed me to the sliding doors on the right where Harry's was. I got the Steak Sandwich with a side of crinkle fries. It was good. The fries were crispy and hot when they came out. When our food first came out, I didn't anticipate my sandwich to be pretty small. It was definitely smaller than I thought. I felt like my fries felt more plentiful than the main sandwich. The Steak Sandwich was delicious. I liked the provolone cheese and caramelized onions. And the steak was cooked pretty good too. My only complaint food-wise was that I expected more for the price I paid. I wish the sandwich was larger. Lastly, when me and my friend were in the middle of talking, our server interrupted us to ask if we needed a box and check. Our food was almost done, I was in the middle of eating my food listening to my friend but it was just such odd timing to ask that. It felt like we were rushed to be kicked out or something. After our waitress left, my friend and I looked at each other in confusion for a good moment. Also, we didn't "overstay" in the sense of staying and talking at our table for hours. We were just in the middle of our meal. I've dined in at a decent amount of places, and the waiters and waitresses have always swung by at a good time and sometimes later than we want which is understandable due to busy circumstances. But to ask with half a bowl of fries and a quarter of my sandwich left while I'm still eating and conversing? Maybe she's a new waitress and doesn't understand cues yet, but I've never experienced poor understanding and customer skills from a waitress. Visited this location this past Saturday, and was it busy. Being welcomed in the door with a smile and the door held for us was a nice touch. We were told about a 20 minute wait, but it didn't even seem like that long. As we were waiting for our table I noticed the welcoming of the staff and calling people, who I assume were "regulars" by their name when they walked in the door was impressive, it made it feel more like a "mom and pop" type place rather than a chain. As soon as we sat down we were greeted with coffee & the server even left us a whole pot! Amazing. Why don't other restaurants do that? It would save the server a few trips to the table if they wait on people who love coffee as much as me and my family do! Leighann was an incredible server, came to check on us just enough but not to be overbearing, she must've known we were there to catch up. She convinced me to try that new burrito you have a special, just by her description in itself, and boy was she right. I think I need one every day. The final touch was having 4 different employees telling me to have a good day as I was walking out to leave. This was the first time at this location, we stopped by before our shopping trip, but it won't be the last. read more

Our meal was fantastic and the service was phenomenal. In times like this where the world is crashing down around us, it's nice to be able to go into a place and feel like home. There weren't many employees working, but the ones who were made our experience that much better. They were all in good spirits despite not knowing what they were going to be facing today or tomorrow or even the next month. So thank you, First Watch employees for putting on those brave faces and letting us feel like everything was going to be okay although we all really don't know what is going to happen. I truly hope when this "pandemic" is all said and done that First Watch returns to help bring more normalcy into my family's routine. Again, thank you for today. We needed it. read more

There's parking on the street, and I also saw a couple of parking lots. We were fortunate to get parking on the street. I ordered the ham eggs Benedict, served on a homemade biscuit with one side. I couldn't decide between grits and potatoes, so I told them to surprise me. They brought the potatoes, and clearly they knew what they were doing. Delicious! They sell the seasoning by the door, along with their own hot sauces, which is good to know after you taste those potatoes. When you sign in, you can choose indoor, outdoor, or community seating. I took community seating which o assumed meant we might share a table with strangers, so we said yes. But we were offered the first seating at the counter area. The eggs, biscuit, and potatoes were all very, very good. They're generous with the hollandaise, so if you prefer a little less, ask for it on the side. We also ordered a bacon flight because, well, it's a bacon flight. Unfortunately, ours arrived cold, even though we saw it sitting in the window, I guess they just forgot to eat up those pieces. That was disappointing and really the one thing keeping this from being a solid five-star breakfast. My husband had the chorizo hash and said it was good. One thing to know about the biscuits and gravy here: the gravy is white gravy, with sausage available for an additional charge. Personally, I want the sausage already in there. But regional biscuits and gravy flavors I also tried the toasted coconut coffee. It was a little sweeter than I prefer, and I just asked the waitress to kindly give me a little more coffee, so dilute the sweetness Overall, a delicious breakfast.
