I like this place. It's fairly low-key, which one would expect from a BBQ place. I found the ribs to be very acceptable. The pricing is pretty good too. I ate at the bar top. There is an abundance of TVs. Emily was my server and the bartender. She exudes kindness and servitude! My one critique would be that 1 or 2 of the TVs needs replacing. Worst service and worst burger I ever ate an food took forever server was rude bc we had a big party

We have enjoyed this place since moving to the Hamilton Place area about a year ago. Decent food, decent prices, and close by. We have probably been half a dozen times over the last year. We went one night a few weeks ago and got takeout since they are one of the only places open late. We picked up our food and when we got home, had pretzel sticks instead of a chicken sandwich for one of our meals. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. When we called for a refund they said they would process it. 10 days later it still wasn't credited to our account. When we called back they gave us a hard time and said we couldn't prove it. It was only $20, but still, we didn't receive what we paid for and should be refunded. Now we won't go back out of principle. Disappointing for sure. read more

Came in after travel. Was hungry and tired. No issue with parking which is free. It's off a busy road but accessible. Kacie was my server and she was very sweet and helpful. She walked me through a few menu items and checked on a substitute that I wanted to make. . I was sad as a non beef and pork eater that I could sub chicken for a dish I really wanted to try. I ended up with children and Mac and cheese. It was cool. I enjoyed the meal but waited something a little different. The atmosphere seemed cool, people were friendly. Kacie was really great. Boy, one of my past favorites has really gone down hill. It's a ghost of what it used to be from food, facilities and service. First food was not that bad, many menu changes but the core is the same. BBQ and sauces all the same. Facilities was changed to more open concept years ago so now it just shows you how empty the place is. The mens restroom smaller so bad you will have a hard time getting your appetite back if you go before you eat. More staff and servers than people inside while I was there and yet the service was terrible. Forgot my order and never put it in, had to come back and ask me again what I wanted. Took forever to get a refill. When I did I got a sweet tea with no ice, warm tea. Asked for ice three times then I see him and guy he's training in back snaking and having a drink. I get up and go to bar for ice. About 5 minutes later he brings me ice. I already had drank my tea and now had ice and no tea. He never came back again until I had went to restroom to wash up. Somehow when my friend ordered one, it came with all the strawberries from my review. Ours didn't have any. I also ordered a Five Wits American Dream. I was looking for something local and it was a pleasant beer. My husband ordered loaded French fries, but they were seemingly forgotten because the server was able to quickly retrieve them from the back. I ordered the brisket chili to get a little warmup and because of the brisket. I noticed that brisket was in quite a few entrees, so I wanted a little taste and it was great. I did ask and got them. They were very okay. The slaw is mostly mayo and the fried pickles are mostly fry. My partner got a buffalo chicken sandwich. It was very dry and he put quite a bit of bbq sauce on each bite to get through it. Later he said he felt like he ate a rock. He had broccoli for his side and said it was fine. Its steamed. We are there and it's been a very long time. I wanted the cornbread with pecan butter. It is $8.99 now for four little pieces that taste like jiffy mix. It used to be a large round you could get several slices from. It was way overpriced. Other good was bland. The potato wedges were overcooked and had some type rub I did not like.
