I went to Heavenly Wings when it first opened. Loved the flavor, but the Wings kept getting smaller.I once went back to ask if these were from baby chicks. They apologized and gave me a few more to compensate. The service stations have large whole wings. So I've not been back in years. I saw the sign which read gizzard & livers, cooked to order. My husband said he'd like a small order of wings. I warned him but, he said maybe they've gotten better. Well, on Mon & Tues wings are .69cent ea, ordered 10. I ordered livers for $6.99. We received our order. There was a small container with 10 wings. A large one with my livers. But, before that we paid our bill, which also asked if we wanted to leave a tip. My bill was $15 so I didn't leave a tip. Well, after a few minutes we received our order. A few wings looked like they had been cooked that morning or leftover from Sat night. Check out the pictures. I asked that my livers not be over cooked. Well they were. I would've gone back for a refund but my husband didn't want to go back & deal with it. So, this is what I'm telling you, don't know if it was due to us not leaving a tip or what. But, this was the last time I'll ever get anything from Heavenly Wings. read more

Since I am not a Chattanooga local, I did some searching which yielded this place. I wanted wings for the USA soccer game. I ordered 10 wings hot and 10 wings seasoned with some fries. The fries was bland and soft. The hot wings were a little too soggy for my preference. The seasoned wings weren't terrible. But nothing was good enough for me to ever recommend this place. read more

Roommate ordered food for us all from here tonite. Our order was completely screwed up -- ordered one onion rings one fries, got two onion rings. They also screwed up our drink order -- we ordered a Coke and a Doctor Pepper, without ice. Roommate called them out on it, and received two *VERY* watered down Cokes. The chicken was *awful*. The texture of the sauce was... gritty? I've never, in my life, eaten wings that could be described as "gritty." Felt like I was trying to eat gooey sand after trying to eat the first piece. Onion Rings were also terrible. The texture was rubbery and the breading was awful -- these felt like Walmart Great Value Onion Rings that were undercooked. I'd never had food from this place before and never plan to again. Clearly, the service was abysmal, from what was relayed from my roommate, and the food was absolutely terrible, too. My fault for not checking Yelp beforehand, I guess. You guys rock on with your 2 Star rating. I got to this location pretty often and they are normally good. Today will be my last time for sure. During my visit the staff argued with a customer over incorrect order while I was waiting at the drive thru window DURING COVID(could've pulled them up and had a manger handle it). Used to like this place. Would literally stop couple of times a week to get my fix. Lately all my orders are being messed up. I order chicken gizzards, price changes, order is messed up. Did an online order, website gave me a total of 20 boneless wings + 2 Dressings for be $11.29 and when I get there it turns out it's $16+, nothing she can do. I should have left and went to Sonic. The Wings were Sub Par and really cheap meat. The Hot had no flavor and the "Honey Gold" tasted like mustard. Overall, just not a good experience! Literally left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Terrible. Nobody was there and I waited 30 minutes for my food. You get a free ranch with 5 wings, but you get upcharged 50 cents if you want 2 with 10 wings. Stopped by to try something new and glad I did. My brother and I both really enjoyed the wings and will come back to try the other flavors. They have a freestyle machine which for me is a big plus. I have been coming to heavenly wings on Brainerd Rd since they opened. I love the food. Since COVID, the service is TERRIBLE. I just waited in the drive thru over 20 minutes, for a online paid for order, only to have it wrong. This has become our favorite place to get wings in Chattanooga. It used to be Taco Mac, but because of the spotty service and difficulty of parking, we have been coming here more often. The wing sauce is different, but it is still delicious and hot here. Or you can get mild or medium. But it's a simple kind of restaurant and it's been around for a minute. We have been coming here on and off for years. You can order wings or combos. I usually get the 20 wing combo with the 2 drinks and split it with the Mrs. The wings are pretty sizable for a non-chain restaurant. We leave full and satisfied! Now, there isn't table service like the aforementioned competition, but sometimes they will bring your food out to you so you don't have to wait at the counter. I'm ok with not having table service because I don't pay for it here. You can help yourself to the drink fountain as much as you like. There are tv's on both sides of the eating area usually tuned to a ballgame. The staff is very friendly and will help you with your order. The restaurant has always been clean when I've been there. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but they are clean as well. Definitely you should visit if you are in the area. read more

This is total comfort food. The boneless hot wings are wonderful. The fries are not bad by any means, but if you get a combo to go they put the wings and fries in the same styrofoam container so, they get soggy (from steam). They ask you when you're ordering if you want ranch or blue cheese dressing, but fail to mention they're 50 cents each. The drive thru has the longest wait in town, but (it's fresh!) I went in for take-out and waited 30 minutes for them to get an order of wings up. I finally walked up to the counter after watching the guy that came in ten minutes after me get his food. They quickly pulled my order out of the window and then proceeded to ask me, "Does this look alright to you, Sir?" They're not kidding when they say "heavenly flavored" wings. These wings taste like they were made in a restaurant in the Holy Kingdom and Jesus was the head chef. These wings turned my life around. I was lost in the world until I took a bite of the savory goodness and realized that anything is possible. These aren't just wings, they're happiness units. If Heavenly Flavored Wings was a basketball player, it'd be LeBron James. Basically what I'm trying to say is that if I was on death row and they asked me "What do you want your last meal to be?" I sat at drive-thru 26 minutes ordered 20 wings 10 medium and 10 sweet and tangy. What I got was 20 bland peg legs no sauce, no heat, and no flavor. I called back to ask if they put the sauce before the peg legs were cooked because they had no sauce. The person claiming to be manager says "Well I'm sorry about that " and that was the end of it. There was no bring them back or we can redo your order just sorry about that. This is an unacceptable way for a successful business to respond to an unhappy customer. I have been here a coule times. As everyone has said, the fries leave a little bit to be desired, but they are not bad. But the place isn't called heavenly fries. Its Heavenly Wings, and I LOVE the wings. They have 15 different flavors to pick from. It does take a minute to get your food as it is made fresh. My wife and I think they are worth the wait.
