My kid (who worked for Wingstop at a different location was even embarrassed and annoyed) we were missing pieces out of our meals and appetizers, missing a fry, and when I went back up there i was told they couldn't replace anything unless I brought the entire order back up there (3 people's worth of stuff plus an appetizer when we were just missing 2 wings out of one meal, a wing out of another meal, and a piece of corn out of the appetizer, and a regular fry) It didn't help that half the staff were outside smoking tobacco and weed when I got there. I spend a lot of money there and what I spend there VS what I was asking to be reimbursed were not in the same digits

I was honestly pretty nervous about eating alone, but from the moment I walked in, the environment felt so comfortable and welcoming that it eased my anxiety quite a bit. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially my waitress, Sarah. She was so kind and made me feel completely comfortable, which meant a lot to me as someone eating alone for the first time. She truly made the whole experience that much better! And the food... WOW. Every bite was packed with flavor, and I absolutely chowed down The fries were perfect, and I loved the Cajun seasoning on them. The smash burger was delicious and cooked perfectly -- although it was definitely a little messy, so consider yourself warned haha. The mozzarella sticks had an AMAZING cheese pull, and the sauce was absolutely divine. And then there was dessert. Let's just say it was probably meant to feed two people... but I ate the entire thing by myself because it was THAT good. Overall, I couldn't have picked a better restaurant for my first night and my first solo dining experience. Great food, wonderful staff, and such a comfortable atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

They apologized and gave me a few more to compensate. The service stations have large whole wings. So I've not been back in years. I saw the sign which read gizzard & livers, cooked to order. My husband said he'd like a small order of wings. I warned him but, he said maybe they've gotten better. Well, on Mon & Tues wings are .69cent ea, ordered 10. I ordered livers for $6.99. We received our order. There was a small container with 10 wings. A large one with my livers. But, before that we paid our bill, which also asked if we wanted to leave a tip. My bill was $15 so I didn't leave a tip. Well, after a few minutes we received our order. A few wings looked like they had been cooked that morning or leftover from Sat night. Check out the pictures. I asked that my livers not be over cooked. Well they were. I would've gone back for a refund but my husband didn't want to go back & deal with it. So, this is what I'm telling you, don't know if it was due to us not leaving a tip or what. But, this was the last time I'll ever get anything from Heavenly Wings.

Highlight of the drive. For the first time, today was different. The very friendly young women who first greeted us and guided us through the menu years ago are gone. In their place are unfriendly young ladies who would far prefer to chat with each other than provide even acceptable-level service. We were tolerated, not welcomed or even checked on to see if we wanted anything. I waited and waited for her to notice me at about ten feet away as I waved my empty beer can in hopes of getting a second one. Finally I had to interrupt the conversation between the waitresses by raising my voice above their conversation, "excuse me, may I have another?" Again, we were there early today. Just before 5:00 PM. That is how timing works when you are on the road. So the place was nearly empty. They weren't busy with customers. They were busy chatting amongst themselves. As we completed our fried chicken (still very good), she came by and did not ask if we wanted anything else but simply said "ready for the check?" It was a way to make us feel like we needed to leave. To add insult to injury, we passed by the hostess table outside on our way to the car as we left and we happened to pass between two Champy's young female employees chatting at the hostess station and blocking the way out. We had to say "excuse me" and walk between then as they kept talking to each other. Never did they bother to say "thanks for coming, please come back soon." So maybe after all this time...we won't.
