I'll be calling tomorrow to chat with somebody but this wasn't ok. Why charge us for something we didn't eat? I was very disappointed. We will not be returning. Very understaffed and the woman who served us was very unprofessional.

For food we tried the potstickers, duck fat fries, the burratta and prosciutto plate, and the lobster ravioli, over all the food was not great and I wouldn't order them again. Food and drink service was fairly slow. The hot chocolate bar felt cheaper then last year and the items listed on the menu were not all present at the bar. I will say I do like this Christmas mug more then last year. Overall unfortunately we will not be returning next year

People come in for the Birria grilled cheese so I decided to give it a try. My friends decided to have the wings. I was a little disappointed in the sandwich, the bread was already very soggy when it came out, when combined with the tenderness of the meat, melted cheese and consommé for dipping, it turned into a mushy mess. The flavors were good though. My friends were also a little underwhelmed by the wings. The meatball sub looked pretty good and if I came back, I would try that, I appreciate the staff's friendliness and attention to our needs
