A chain restaurant doesn't give much possibility for changes so expect a limited menu, excellent Progresso soup (I'd swear it is but reliably good with a little parsley added) it was just not hot and a microwave zap was denied. Meh, cold under cooked burnt potatoes. Water logged mushrooms. With a 1.69 up charge you would hope for cooked mushrooms and melted cheese. My omelette was over cooked and had hardly any ingredients in it. A breakfast place that can't make basic food. Perhaps it was a off day, but some basic cooking techniques for breakfast was not applied today. Also the manager/owner was sick and coughing the whole time we were eating. Not just a basic cough, it was like a hacking whooping cough. It made you not want to eat food, as every time she coughed we felt that we were going to get sick just sitting there. Wow, this was terrible! The Trifecta showed up after 20 minutes and was obviously cold. The server returned the plate to the kitchen and the returned after another 10 minutes. Same pancake, now 30 minutes old and the server stated she watched them make a new one. Impossible since it had the same charred black spot as the original. Trifecta is a sad,sad, excuse for breakfast. One sad egg, weak pancake and one sausage link. Really?!? Our Chopped Chicken salad was better but the breakfast from a breakfast place was the worst I have ever had. The cashier then asked "How was everything? " I replied "Not good. Great friendly staff unfortunately serving sub-par food. First time in since the rebranding and the pandemic and was very disappointed. Ordered the traditional breakfast and was amazed how bad it was. Undercooked breakfast potatoes, bacon that appeared to be microwaved into a hardness that should be a standard of measurement on the mohs scale and toast that wasn't, well toasted. There must be no quality control to have such a bad breakfast allowed to leave the kitchen. Worth what paid for? Not even close. read more

My husband and I love this restaurant and tend to go to the Parker location but since we found out this one is closer to our place we have started coming here recently. Today we decided to stay in and order delivery, we ordered through the website and waited for our delivery. We ended up receiving the wrong order so I called the restaurant and spoke to a guy I think named Jason who was very apologetic and said they would remake it and send it with the next driver. An hour later I receive a call from a frustrated Doordash driver saying she is been waiting there for almost an hour and has been going back and forth with the employees because they refused to hand over the food since it apparently had been picked up already. I called the restaurant again and spoke to a lady who told me my food would be remade and sent over, which I am pretty sure I won't receive since she didn't even bother asking my name. At this point I should be refunded for the terrible service and after this experience We will probably won't be coming to this location or ordering from it again. read more

Not pleased that this replaced the Egg & I. Went there today for the first time. Service was horrible. It was not busy by the time we sat down. Took forever to get drinks. The water glass had the previous users lipstick stain. Then had to wait over 15 minutes to order our food. The food was awful. Ordered the traditional with a waffle, scrambled eggs and chicken sausage patty. The food took at least half an hour for 3 plates of food. My chicken patty was burnt black, there was 1 egg fried and cut up to make it look scrambled, and the waffle was hard as a rock. My other two guests did not enjoy their food either. Not one order had eggs cooked the right way. The waitress never came back to check on us or clear our plates. She just dropped off the bill. It was so overpriced and horrible service on top of it all. Will never be going back. So disappointed that this replaced the Egg & I. read more

First off, realizing it was Father's Day we went on the website and held our place in line. Said it would be about 30 minutes so we drove over. Checked in and was told it would be about 30 minutes (now an hour). We walked around the strip mall for 40 minutes waiting for a text. I went in and asked status only to be told about another 30 minutes. Forty minutes later we were sat to wait another 10 minutes for our drink orders. The food took another 40 minutes to come out (No drink refills). I would not suggest this place for anyone wanting a normal meal. read more

Expensive. Food was...meh. If you like your scrambled eggs with a snot consistency and your bacon as hard tortilla chips this is the place for you. My husband's breakfast was $22 because he wanted a side of bacon and eggs with his French toast. I've been to other First Watch restaurants and they were good. This one falls short. If you want a traditional breakfast go elsewhere. If you want a trendy type breakfast complete with avocado toast, it might be more your speed. I mistakenly thought they could do both. read more

This was our family's first time at this location for Saturday lunch. The place was busy but we were seated quickly. The service was great. She was kind, professional and prompt. The kitchen was a little backed up, though not bad given it was a busy Saturday. When our meals took a little over 20 minutes to arrive, our server apologized and comped us. Went on a Sunday morning. They were not that busy so got a seat right away. The music is too loud. Our server had an attitude. Eggs over medium were served over easy. Cheese grits were a cold lumpy thing with cheese (most likely nuked over the top) - don't ever serve grits like these to someone from the South please. My friend ordered cheese grits as well and they came with butter instead. When he reminded the server he ordered cheese, our "server with an attitude" said he asked for regular grits - correction, sweetie, you heard differently. She brought a small bowl of cold shredded cheese instead of replacing the entire bowl - seriously? Was that too hard for you to take it back to the kitchen? Not going to return. Very disappointed after having eaten at the Egg and I in this location for many years, I expected much more. I ordered much the same breakfast that I have always ordered - Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patties, and a waffle. What I got was what looked like one egg, scrambled, sausage links that were not nearly as tasty as the E&I version, and a smaller waffle that was okay. On top of that, the price was more. The E&I scrambled eggs were very ample in size, looking more like three eggs. First Watch didn't offer patty sausage only links and the waffle was only just acceptable. I am looking for an alternative in the area. read more
