This is my first time here. I'm visiting from Las Vegas. I got the classic eggs Benedict. The eggs were a little too done for me, personally but it was still SO good. I have eaten there twice so far and I need to compliment everything about this eatery! From the appearance, decor, roominess, the servers and most of all the great food! The servers are very welcoming and polite. If you have any questions about the food items or would like to change something in the dish, they answer any questions and give wonderful suggestions to help satisfy the customer! I have never had such polite servers who really make you feel special! The food is amazing! We loved the French toast and their potatoes! And their bacon is the best bacon around! I could go on and on about the food and the servers. Also, The prices of the dishes were very reasonable! We will be going back there many more times! read more

I had never heard of first watch before but the friend recommended it and I'm so glad she did. everything was decently priced considering the atmosphere of the restaurant and the food was delicious. I got the breakfast tacos and they were so much better than I was expecting. the employees were very nice and respectful and everything was clean and felt safe to be around in the midst of a pandemic. going to try the one in longmont next time I go (it is much closer) but if I'm in the broomfield area and want somewhere to go for breakfast/lunch/brunch, this will be my first choice! read more

We went to First Watch on Saturday November 20th for my husbands 65th birthday. I had been there the Friday before with a friend and the meal was okay. A salmon frittata with salad. On November 20th we had to send both of our breakfasts back because they were both cold. New ones came and they were better, but still not hot. I had the salmon with poached eggs and hollandaise. I won't order that again. The tomato salmon on top made the eggs and the hollandaise cold. I just ate it and didn't want to ruin my husbands day. The biggest complaint I have is the bathroom walls. They were the same "dirty walls on November 20th as they were the previous week. Not okay. The windows could have some attention taken to them also. I don't think I am the only person that notices these things either. I love the décor, but sure hope those 2 issues will be addressed. read more

I love this chain restaurant! I wish there was one close to where I live! I love the healthy, fresh options. They use fresh and sometimes locally sourced ingredients. We've been to other First Watch locations and this location is no different. The food always tastes fresh and the service is excellent. There are plenty of menu options and I've never had anything I wouldn't order again. Okay, so, again the Yelp rating system is too limiting. So they only get 3 stars since the definitely are not a 4 star restaurant. That said, for a breakfast diner type place the food is pretty good. Lots of things to choose from. Generally good food for the price. Where they did me wrong, and I mean terribly wrong, is with the Eggs Benedict. Assuming, I ever go back, I will never order the eggs Benny ever again. They have no concept of how to poach an egg. The egg they served me was essentially completely raw. Like horrifyingly raw. When I told the waitress so I could send it back, as it was completely inedible, she could not understand what was wrong. Even though I was showing her the runny egg whites. So my guess is that she had no concept of what a poached egg is. Here is what the really crazy thing was... I sent it back. They took forever to remake it and somehow the new egg (assuming it was a new egg) was over cooked in the middle and yet the egg whites were still runny, albeit not as bad. I don't know how that is even possible. Maybe they nuked it or something. Anyhow, I would go back, I just would get something else. read more

The food is amazing. The Eggs Benedict was outstanding, and the seasoning they use on the potatoes is fire. The wait staff was very quick and friendly, and the food came out in about 8-10 minutes. The only reason they don't get five stars is because the bathroom wasn't clean. Paper towels all over the sink and floor, splatter marks on the stalls, and the urinal was a pubic hair farm. Very nice! The taste was good, and the quantity was enough (probably more than enough). I always worry about portion sizes, even though I never am able to finish my plate no matter where I go. But when the food came out I was very surprised and happy at the amount. The waitress brought us a pot of coffee that we were able to pour our own cups with endless amounts of coffee. The creamer is what comes in those little cups you can find in the store. The sugar was raw sugar in packets- something I'm not used to but enjoyed. It's always nice to branch out. I ate 'The Work's omelete. It comes with a side of atrisan bread (very thick slices!) And a salad. You can substitute the salad instead for potatoes- I am sensitive to black pepper (something which was sprinkled on the potatoes) so I didnt eat much of them. I cant remember what everyone else from my party ordered, but it all looked very nice! We sampled from each other and it all tasted nice! The staff were also attentive and nice. I would suggest sitting in a corner booth if you like to watch the interactions of others. We enjoyed sitting there, sipping our coffee and watching the activity around us. The space is very open and nice with a good atmosphere. The dishes range from $10-15 so it may seem pricey to some. Once I saw the portion size I did think the price better matched it. All in all, would highly recommend! I wish I could have also tried the pancakes! A table next to us ordered some and they looked amazing. read more

We have gone to this restaurant for at least 10 years when it was an Egg And I. We loved it and seldom went anywhere else. Now First Watch has taken over. They took out most of the walls and expanded the seating spare making it very loud like a cafeteria. The menu has changed completely. The 3 egg omelets are now 2 egg and the cost nearly doubled. The quality of the food barely tolerable. "Good enough we ate it," fully describes the quality. We went during the remodel and they again after the total rebranding. We probably won't go back. It's certainly not worth the price. read more

I'm sad that Egg n I became this. The waitstaff is still amazing but I wont return. The menu is disappointing. My kids liked the eggs Benedict but the breakfast sandwich was not good and the chikachanga (whatever its called) gave me food poisoning. The potatoes on my plate had a mix of just out of the fridge and cooked. Clearly, the kitchen was having an issue with my part of our order, but I see no need to give a second chance. We used to love coming to the Egg n I and it's nice the waitstaff is still the same, but their service has tanked since switching over to first watch. We no longer get water offered to us, and the water glasses always have spots and smell of detergent. This time we ordered ice water and it was never refilled even though there was opportunity for it. Our waitress only took our order, asked us how our food was once, and dropped off the check. Hardly any interaction, and we know she and the other waitresses were great at the Egg. I think the new management ruined this place, and after 4 attempts, we will not be returning to this location. read more

I loved Egg and I. Friendly, warm, great service, great food. First Watch is sterile, corporate and unwelcoming. We had 2 favorite locations. We have given each several tries. We won't be returning. The 'get on the list app' frequently doesn't work and yet they don't accept call ins, referring to the broken app. There are empty tables and people waiting in line. Servers we know and like are swamped. Food has been cold or poorly prepared every time. First Watch is Village Inn with an upscale-sounding menu, high-end prices and mediocre food. read more
