If you are looking for a hearty breakfast diner in the Broomfield area, Le Peep will definitely fulfill that need! I've been to Le Peep a couple of times now throughout the years, and this establishment has yet to disappoint. I've visited Le Peep during Wednesday and Saturday during brunch time (approximately 10AM - 11AM). Parking is very open and easy for Le Peep as the restaurant is located more in the suburban shopping area - there are plenty of spots which is great. Service is fast, as you will be seated quickly and receive your food quickly after ordering. Do note that the restaurant will fill up quickly - usually around 10:30AM and beyond, more and more customers will show up. The ambiance is quaint - definitely as other reviews have mentioned, a no frills restaurant that serves solid brunch foods. I've tried the Desparado in the past, but I'll focus more on the Lumberjack ($14.95) as I feel it is the most standard brunch in terms of items received. The waitress mentioned that if you are looking for something filling, get this item! This meal includes a stack of two pancakes, two eggs, two sausages, and some hashbrowns. I got their lemon zest with ricotta spread pancakes, which was delicious - you could taste the hint of lemon in the pancakes and the ricotta spread is hearty and thick, goes nicely on the pancakes. As usual, you get your choice of egg style, I decided to get the sunny-side up, which was cooked nicely - runny yolk as you can see in the photo. The sausage and hashbrowns were standard, I don't think there is much I can say on that front. For bang for your buck, I would say that Le Peep is a solid option in Broomfield. You'll likely spend $10 - $20 for some solid, filling, and delicious breakfast food. This restaurant is a nice place to catch up with friends and eat a good breakfast together as a family for a good price. This had been a staple for years due to the gluten free options and going to Le Peep nearly all my life since a kid. The country potatoes were not the staple they used to be and looked like a frozen substitute or reheated in some way. No traditional flavoring. The eggs not fluffy or tasty. Since my wife and I have been in Broomfield for a while we discovered a wonderful little restaurant for breakfast and brunch called Le Peep. They have an excellent selection of foods, and a staff of friendly and helpful folks. Service is unusually fast but there are no corners cut on quality. We are normally seated quickly although it can get busy on Saturday and Sunday but it's well worth the wait. I highly recommend Le Peep. read more

The food and service were both issues today. Only 2 employees taking care of seating, waiting on and cashing out customers. Long wait time to get seated and waited on. Food was very slow coming out. I ordered the Mini Denver omelet. The omelet was well done with hardly any cheese. The hash browns ( order one) were not cooked . I asked for a replacement and one side was cooked and the inside and bottom side were raw! I think the cook wasn't happy with me. I ordered sour dough bread but received white bread. Usually good food and service, but on 11/27/24, I encountered rude and dismissive service from the hostess. I wanted a booth and she tried to seat me in the last one on the east side of the restaurant and which was almost directly in line with the door. Since I didn't want a cold breeze blowing on me every time someone came in or out of the place, I asked to be seated in one of the empty booths on the west side of the restaurant *which was entirely empty), but the hostess informed that the west side of the restaurant was closed. When I said that I was just going to go elsewhere, she informed in a dismissive tone that that was just fine. I went to Great Scott's in Broomfield where I was politely enthusiastically allowed to sit anywhere I wanted to. Closing half the restaurant to seating customers just so the wait staff won't have to walk a few more steps to serve the patrons (until business picks up for the lunch crowd) is just lazy. Not only did the restaurant lose out on my money, but the wait staff lost out on my tip. When places like Le Peep put young girls in charge of the guest seating, they suddenly think that they're Big Stuff and couldn't care less if customers like their attitude or not. Fortunately, there are many restaurants in the north area that do want to cater to my seating preferences and they get my money several times a week. read more

Everything! :) I recommend trying something new every time you go out to really satisfy your hunger and really boost your mood after leaving! Always loved this place, everyone was so nice, food was amazing, coffee products are all super yummy if you like sweeter things but not to worry you won't ever leave unsatisfied! I do wish they added mimosas or something of the sort. Although it would be nice it's not going to stop me from going to eat their amazing food! The ambience is great and staff is amazing. I was in CO visiting a friend and one of the Le Peep locations was within walking distance to her home, so we went there for brunch before my flight home. I haven't been to the other Le Peep locations, but this one was super modern, bright, and huge! We were seated right away and after perusing the menu I knew I wanted something with eggs. They have so many options for vegetarians and even vegans. They also have a section that is for lighter/healthier fare and offer a lot of options if you want to make something healthier. My husband and I slept on Le Peep for 2 years - my fault - I just thought it looked bad because it's in a strip mall and it's called Le Peep. I take it all back and am officially a "Peeper" (unofficial term for fans of the restaurant). Service was quick and friendly - even at peak breakfast time which is nice. I had an order of pancakes we're were fluffy and exactly what I wanted. My husband enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, and our friend enjoyed his skillet quite a bit. This isn't a hip or chic restaurant by any means - the decor reminds me of a Holiday Inn restaurant, ya know? My wife, mother in law and I went here today for their grand opening. This is much more modern and updated than other Le Peeps around. The food was great, the service prompt and friendly. Take out service needs improvement: Called to make a take out order and a polite young lady asked what I wanted. I told her what meal I wanted and she asked if that would be all. I told her no, that wasn't all, and that I wanted my eggs cooked over easy and that I would like an English muffin with my breakfast. I purposely arrived 5 minutes after I was told my order was supposed to be ready only to learn that the person who took my order had forgotten to ask an additional detail about how I wanted my breakfast prepared, so had to sit and wait for it to be cooked. The manager himself brought my order out. I paid and went home only to discover that there was no English muffin in my order. (So not only did the staff fail to get my order right, the manager himself forgot to give me part of the breakfast I paid for.) When I called to complain to the manager, he interrupted me to reiterate why my breakfast was not ready when I had arrived (which was redundant information) at which point I had to ask him not to interrupt me so that I could explain about the missing portion of my breakfast. (Poor service AND poor customer skills) Take out orders aren't rocket science and should not be this badly handled. read more
