However, the dish was much more unique and flavorful than I expected. It was a thin omlette cooked until it was crispy and then wrapped around the chicken and green chilies like a crispy tortilla. Really creative and delicious. Each time our server came out to check on us, she brought me a refill on my diet coke, which was awesome, and she even offered to grab me a to go soda as we were closing out. My favorite part of this chain - they dropped the check while I was eating. I know this annoys people, but when I want a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast and I don't have the time to sit around all morning, this chain has always been my go to. And they've never disappointed. Payment was taken at the front, as always, so I don't have to wait for a server who might be busy. I think I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. I would say make it here before 9:30 otherwise you WILL have a wait. Even for the community table. We make it over around 8:15-8:30 and are seated immediately every time. Nice modern decor. Free Wifi. Booths, two tops, four tops, all the staples. Get the morning meditation juice. Coffee, orange juice, water that's all fine but don't lose out on the morning meditation. SERIOUSLY. No alcohol so you'll have to get your breakfast bloodies elsewhere. This is certainly a family place. Bring your grandparents or parents and avoid the huge Snooze lines. Torn between a three or a four rating for this place. Have to go with a three because the menu variety could be better. Not a lot of sweet options, even for a healthy place. They do have the usual omelette suspects and some griddles they sound suspiciously the same as the omelettes (minus an egg or two and with more cheese.) A seasonal menu is a nice touch but overall I find myself only getting three menu items time and time again. I'll certainly be back when my family visits for breakfast. Every time I come to First Watch I am never disappointed. When you first arrive you are asked to check in and give them a phone number so you will be notified when a table is available. Then at every table there is coffee cups, and silverware waiting. The staff gives us the appropriate amount of time to look at menu, as well as tend to our drinks as needed. I am a creature of habit but when it comes to this place I feel adventurous and try something new every time. I am never disappointed. I've never had a granola that has maintained crunchyness through a minimum of 30 minutes. You may also purchase their coffee to brew at home or elsewhere which I enjoy very much. The atmosphere is very laid back music isn't too loud but there is a sense of urgency when delivering food to tables which is important. read more

Another great meal at First Watch! Since the YELP ELITE event, I haven't quite gotten as good of an experience, but I think it is because First Watch is always very busy! Expect a wait to be seated but once you are seated, the meal moves quickly. This visit, I opted for lunch! I got the pick-two market veggie (mushrooms, zucchini, sqinach, and basil pesto mayo) and the superfood kale salad. All very fresh and very good! The salad portion of the pick-two meals is very large, so that is nice for extra filler! I kind of regret not getting the roast beef & havarti sandwich. I had that for the yelp elite event and have been dreaming of it ever since. This is a great nearby option for breakfast/brunch/lunch. I will most definitely be back! read more

I really enjoyed my experience at First Watch. I would love to give them 5 stars but the wait was almost an hour to be seated for breakfast. That wasn't the only issue. My father in law checked us in and they use the yelp app to track your spot in line. He had no idea how to use it so had I not been around to explain this to him he would've had a hard time. It would be nice if the hostesses could explain how the digital side of things work for the convenience of their older customers. Once we were seated we were promptly greeted and given coffee. Oh no!!! Today was just sad sad sad. Hubs and I were so excited to be in the area for brunch today. But from the moment we sat down, the vibe today was very different. (I would like to note that we've been to the one in Northglenn a couple of times and were fairly pleased with them.) We wanted a booth and unfortunately all of them were dirty. No matter, we were ok waiting for our server to come clean it and offer us drinks. Hubs looked at the menu, decided what he wanted, went to the restroom and was back before our server ever showed up. We waited an additional 8 minutes before finally asking a young lady helping the 2 tables right by us if she was our server. Nope, but she was happy to get our sever for us. When our server showed up she arrived with coffee (we can't have caffeine) but I appreciated the thought. We were ready to order, water to drink, hubs got his favorite roast beef sammie and I ordered the pumpkin spice pancake meal, eggs basted. When I got back from the restroom the water jar was on the table. It had grease all inside and outside of the bottle. Gross. It was solid droplets of grease all inside and outside. How did she not notice this? I don't know but we waited 10 mins before I finally just got up to take the jar to the hostess instead. We saw the server 2 more times. To drop the food off and to drop the check off. Her attitude wasn't terrible but we felt like an annoyance not a customer. The food? Well Hubs enjoyed his sandwich but I was not pleased with my meal at all. The eggs were clearly not fresh (fresh yolks stand high and proud. See pics of my sad eggs) my chicken sausage was so tough and the pancake somehow got water all over it so it was soggy (maybe from the basted eggs?) Needless to say, I left hungry and we both felt just so let down. I want to go back but I'm not sure if hubs will allow it. Come on First Watch, I KNOW you are better than this. Please. Perfect breakfast spot for a party of one, two or more. We came here for a breakfast with a party of nine and we were able to be seated right away. Now, you might think that if a place can seat you that quickly without a reservation, the place might not be worth it but today it was just luck! Or maybe because it was a Friday morning. Either way, I am glad it happened. Our server was friendly and everyone definitely enjoyed their food. Mine, in particular, was tasty and filling. I ordered off the sessional menu and was very pleased with my Carnitas and Cornbread Bowl. Black beans topped with a poached egg, pico de gallo, avocado and carnitas! YUM! Unfortunately it took us about ten minutes to get attended to when it was not busy, another person got attended to before we did and that's cause the person arrived there after us. Our server got there, didn't give straws. So we asked Erica (the other server) and she seemed bother and made a face when we had asked for a straw. We searched Yelp! and discovered First Watch, and I'm glad we did. First Watch has only been open for about 2 - 3 months. The interior is large, with high ceilings, and wooden looking tile floors. There are tables, and a community table. I don't believe there were booths. The interior has blacks, grays, greens, tans, and whites. There is enough space to walk between tables, but a baby stroller would be tough. Music plays in the background, but the noise level is loud, so it's difficult to hear the music. Lots of windows, so it's bright and cheery inside too. Both my husband and I instantly liked the restaurant when we walked in. The hostess stand is inside the door, with a few seats for patrons to sit at while waiting for their table. You will have to wait, as the restaurant is popular, but it's worth it. Service is good, not too much, and not in your face either. The menu is varied, with something for everyone. The prices are comparable to other breakfast restaurants as well. I had the traditional breakfast: bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast. It was cooked to order, and tasty. You can substitute Gluten Free bread with no upcharge, which is great! My husband had the Chickichanga, which was, "whipped eggs with spicy all-natural white-meat chicken, chorizo sausage, green chilies, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, onions and avocado rolled in a flour tortilla. Topped with Vera Cruz sauce and sour cream. Served with fresh fruit and fresh, seasoned potatoes." He said it was very good, and he would get it again. The menu also includes omelets, salads, sandwiches, eggs benedicts, frittatas, and power bowls. One of the power bowls, the Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowls, has, "Protein-packed quinoa, Italian sausage, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms and tomatoes, kale, Parmesan and EV00. Topped with two basted cage-free eggs*." I want to try this one. There are breakfast tacos, skillets, and so many other things as well. I want to try it all, but not at the same time! The coffee was good too, and you can get a cup while waiting, at no charge! There is a large private parking lot, which is shared by all of the other stores in the area, but there is plenty of free parking! The restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch, which keeps them busy. Good food, good service, good prices, free parking, comfortable interior. Brunch has to be one of my favorite activities of all time. Some people enjoy skiing, others hiking, but for me? Yes, eating is my number one choice. My heart always jumps with joy when I find a restaurant that fills this wonderful hobby of mine and First Watch has made it to that list. My positive experience with this restaurant began before I even arrived. As I searched through Yelp, I came across their business page. I decided to use their "wait in line" feature to put my name on the waitlist and drove my way over. As soon as I arrived to the restaurant I was seated immediately. How awesome is that? They have a large array of breakfast options. People with any type of dietary restriction can find something on their menu. From meat lovers, vegans, vegetarians, and gluten free people! Anyone who knows me are familiar that I enjoy ordering two breakfast options - savory and sweet. I ordered the eggs Benedict Florentine and one multigrain pancake. Neither dish disappointed! The service was also quick and friendly. Our server seemed knowledgeable and was able to offer menu suggestions while also being patient. All my fault, totally understandable. My biggest issue was when I tried to call and see if they could postpone my order I was connected to a call center. The lady at the call center tried to call the location and help me out but had no luck. She then gave me my locations number and I tried calling three times and still no answer. I've passed by this location many times on my drive home from work and finally got a chance to stop today before my friend's fitting at the bridal shop. The waitress was prompt, brought water and coffee for the table right away, and was prompt with our order. The Million Dollar Bacon was delicious, could have been a bit crispier for my taste. My friend and I both had the Mexican Street Corn Hash and found it very delicious. Our other friend had a chocolate chip pancake and found it the perfect size. The price point was perfect for the amount of food we got, and the quality was great for the price. No complaints on my end. One of the things that stood out to me is that the fruit is super fresh! I recommend trying the chicken sausage, that really stood out to me. I'll have to come back because there were like 20 other things I need to try ok the menu. They do terrible with attending to the coffee and water. They rarely provide enough mugs without being asked, waiting on coffee and water takes much longer than it should, and once we went our whole meal without being brought any water. Everything that came out around is was looking deelish!!! Ordered some coffee and got an entire pot. Wifee got decaf and got an entire pot! Sweet!!! Ordered their version of a chimmichanga, wifee got a frittata, and little one got a chocolate chip pancake and a sausage. Food is served quick even though it was a full house. Server checked on us frequently and cleared out tables promptly of unnecessary dishes, etc. One thing that I didn't like is their system will the bill. We were in the middle of eating when the bill came out. I understand no rush and what not but I just find that anything. You also take it the the front counter to pay.
