Ladies, if your tire pressure light ever comes on and you're not sure how to put air in your tires, just stop by any of their locations. They'll check your tire pressure and fill your tires with air free of charge. If it's something more serious, they'll inspect it, patch the tire if needed, or help determine what's causing the issue. They found a leak caused by a small nail, and they patched it up. Asked them if they could just check my other tire, and funny enough they found one there too. Got two tires patched and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The pricing was very fair and felt it was worth bringing in for them to locate and repair. As someone that's also in the Waipahu area, this place is great for getting my tire services done.

I rotate my tires every-time I change my oil so this alone makes it so worth it. The only downside is parking. Make your appointment early so you can get in and out.

Frustrating experience here…read more I was offered an appointment via yelp on a Saturday. After playing phone tag, the guy that answers the phone says Saturday isn't even an option as their alignment guy isn't in on Saturdays. I scheduled for today (Monday). Wheels were aligned in about an hour. I thought things were good to go. My tire pressure light went on while I was driving from the shop to work in Honolulu. I called the shop immediately and someone said a manager would call me back. No call ever came today. I took my car to get my tire pressure checked. Only one tire was filled to 33. The rest of them were filled to 18!! My goal tire pressure per the manufacturer is 35. Now I'm questioning the entire accuracy of my service. My two rear tires are brand new (literally days old). The only reason I didn't get my wheels aligned at Lex Brodie's where I got the tires, is because they don't align Audis. Super disappointed in the service here. I've never in all my years of driving had tire pressure that low, and to have it that low after a service is astonishing. Update: 6 days later and no response from the store via phone or yelp. My message got left on read.

Today I woke up to a flat tire. The day before I noticed a chunk out of my passenger front fire. I took it to Mike's Tire anf two technicians looked at it and said it was completely fine. I believed them and thanked them for their time. Clearly, it was not okay. I drive this vehicle for Uber so passenger safety is very important to me. I called Mike's to let thrm know ow what happened and the guy could care less, tried to sell me a tire, and gave no apologies. Called Pono,they looked at inventory found a used tire and got me in immediately. They were very friendly and the swap only took 15 minutes. I have new found respect for Pono Tires. Excellent work.
