I was seated immediately. Small, quaint interior with a front and rear dining rooms. A lot of options for the type of soufflé. I chose the grand marnier which was so light and fluffy it almost feels like you're eating flavored air. They pour the grand marnier on top and leave the bottle at your table. Tempt me why don't you! It was delicious. French chefs know what to do with this cut of meat (pork) and I was wowed. The salad (Salad Nicoise, 23€) was almost forgotten as the pork dish took center stage. Service here is terse. The restroom is down a steep flight of stairs. The place serves many tourists, and does so in a manner that doesn't inspire one to harbor overly fond memories. But here's the recipe for success: find out what the chef's special is that day and order that. That's how you do Café Mademoiselle.
