The employees here treated me poorly . I got 4 new tires and a alignment , which took over 4 hours. I had a magazine that I was reading and put down on the chair which they took away . read more

I went to do the wheel alignment and waiting in the store , when I saw my car was done , they were still keep talking to the phone and the new customer just came in. I been waiting for a long long time and no one come to talk about my car until I came to talk with them . The other guys in the store was really in a bad attitude. I think they might need a better customer service read more

I've been taking our cars to this Firestone location for many years. They are always courteous, honest, and reliable. I tend to keep cars a long time (we have a 1997 Honda and a 1998 Toyota), and appreciate their diagnostic and repair expertise in keeping my cars running well all these years. When I have waited in the store lobby while work is being performed they have always done the repairs in a timely manner. I've bought tires here, too, which have worn well. An easy choice for me to give this facility five stars. read more

Fast, fair, and honest. Our sales rep Steven Gormley didn't try to hard sell us on anything. He presented the options and offered ways to maximize value. read more

I went in for an alignment. After an hour of waiting they told me the issue with the car listing to the left was do to the left front tire being low on air. They then sent me on my way without even filling the tire with air. Horrible customer service read more

They help me keep my older Saturn running. I can go there for all of my dealer-recommended services. If a car breaks down, they are the first people I call. They are knowledgeable, and will not over-sell you. They do what needs to be done to keep the car going, and realize (especially with older cars) that you don't necessarily have to solve every problem to keep the car safe and running well. read more

Second time I brought my car in there and both cars they refuse to do a standard oil change and try to sell me on synthetic. My car is late 90s and never came from the factory with synthetic. Why offer standard oil change if they refuse to do. Poor service on top of wrong info! read more

My Audi A4 was idling very rough and seemed to have a slight loss in power while in motion. I called to make an appointment at University Audi and was told on the phone that since my vehicle did not have the check engine light on, they would recommend a tear down of the engine and needed 6-8 hours at $145/hour just to tell me their recommendations. After reading countless Audi nightmare stories online, I decided to try out Firestone to see if they had any insight. I made an appointment with Michael (store manager) on the phone and he agreed to take a look at the vehicle. Michael was fantastic. He was emphatic with my situation and recommended we try a few lower cost items in an attempt to resolve the issue. He called me multiple times while the vehicle was with them, spending more than 10 hours troubleshooting the issues. Unfortunately, none of the repairs seemed to work. Michael, Stephen and the rest of the staff really gave it their best try and spent so much time working on the car. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, my bill was only $130. I was so grateful and realized that they certainly lost considerable time and money trying to assist me. These guys were honest, trustworthy and genuinely care about their work. I later took the vehicle to the dealer and was told that my 2010 with 82k miles is an "old" car and what did I expect. The story certainly continues from there... read more

Awful. Husband took truck night before to confirm that they can work on brakes and oil change. Instructed to bring truck back next morning at 9AM and assured brakes and oil change will be done. Next AM, today took truck in at 9 and no update until 4PM. We called to get update as the day is almost over and told they would call back. 10min later they called to say they are unable to work on brakes! A whole day wasted, false promises and assurance they can work in something, lack of professionalism and ZERO respect for the customers' time. We could have gone elsewhere if they would have told us in advance or at least day of that they are unable to work on this truck. Now other shops are closed and most are also closed on Sundays, so we just lost a weekend to be able to work on truck. Very disappointing. Awful. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere. read more

I can't believe that these others on here have had such a bad experience with this Firestone. I have been a long time customer of theirs and have nothing but good things to say about there professionalism. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed right, In the approx. 10 years i have been going there i have only ever had 1 problem which they corrected immediately and even gave me a coupon for my next oil change free! A++ work if you ask me! Go there and try them out, ask for Tim Or Brennon they are the best! read more

Grown to know the Firestone team through severe car problems. Over the course of several visits (due to my car being mechanically neglected before) they have been patient and diligent. Don't know how they keep their families fed with what they charge because they've repeatedly been very competitive. Oh, and did a magic trick last weekend when my car seemed about to explode - called, barely got there, but they squeezed me in and bingo! Fixed. Free. OMG! Glad I was directed to them. read more

I am really dissatisfied by the service of guy named Steve. After I had a talk in phone, I headed for a oil change in the place. I parked next to change oil drive not blocking any customer, as I was promised by phone if I came in 15 minutes, I should be ready for oil change. There is no greetings or hello to customer. The guy Steve upon asking who is Steve says "Whose car is this? Change your vehicle to the drive way down.." with a big pissy tone. He was hustling and walking like as if something terrible was happening and the customer who he was helping - chinese looking guy was also looking as if he is being mishandled by Steve. I came without changing oil. Steve needs to learn what customer service is. Thanks Micheal for being polite though. read more

My car had a check engine light on that needed to be fixed before it would pass smog. Picked Firestone because they were the only repair shop nearby that seemed to have an emissions technician working on a Saturday. I was charged $470.00 to have the problem fixed. The problem was a bad knock sensor, which is a $45.00 part. These guys will rip you off. Criminal! I even called the Subaru dealer to find out how much they would charge and it would have been under $200. I will NEVER go to a Firestone and I will tell all my acquaintances to go elsewhere. read more

Steve and Katrina provided absolutely outstanding customer service from beginning to end, not only to me but to everyone I saw or heard them interact with while I waited for my car to be serviced. 1) For starters, they have the best phone presence of any service people I've known. They're quick to answer the phone; not only extremely polite and respectful but also genuinely personable and friendly; knowledgeable, clear and patient communicators; and were very gracious when I unintentionally missed my appt. and had to reschedule, and also in dealing with a walk-in customer who wasn't very pleasant, to say the least. 2) They kept me updated on the progress of the work on my car while I waited, which I really appreciated. 3) Steve took the time to show me my car's dirty filter and explain why it needed to be replaced but without pressuring me with a "sell job." 4) Chau, the mechanic who worked on my car, was also very impressive. I had a question about the check engine light, and he, like Steve and Katrina, was outstandingly respectful and an obviously motivated, trustworthy and knowledgeable technician, and very patiently explained things to me and answered all my questions. 5) All told, this Firestone is wonderfully managed, down to an impressive collection of upscale magazines on the tables in the waiting area, and a pleasure to do business with. read more

We received an honest-to-goodness, exceptional customer service from Sam Peralta last Monday January 16th. We had a tire explode in i5 and this was the nearest tire center. The place was busy that day, being a holiday. We were told that waiting time is 2 hours minimum. We had an impatient toddler in the backseat, and our tire was really flat, as in zero psi flat, as Sam checked. Needless to say, it was stressful for us. Thank God for Sam, as he did explain that our tires could run 50 more miles at their current state because they were run-flats. He provided us options (drive home, or drive to the car dealership which is in Seattle). As an added bonus, he put air in the flat tire (which ended up being useless since air was coming out anyway), and checked the psi of the other tires. We ended up going to the dealership where they changed the tire. But the hero in this story is Sam. Firestone is lucky to have an employee like him. read more

I've always taken my car here to get routine oil changes, but this past Saturday, I took it in to get an oil change, tire rotation, transmission flush, spark plug replacement, and a fuel system cleaning and I have to say that I am VERY HAPPY! First of all, I'd like to comment Steve, who took my phone call on Friday evening after 7 PM, which is when they close - he was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. When I took my car in, Mike helped me at the front desk, gave me a discount with the coupon I had, and was very helpful! The best part of this experience was the turn time! I had taken my car in at around 8:20 AM and for that much work, I expected at least until the mid-afternoon for it to be completed, but around 11:45 AM, I got a phone call saying that it was ready for pick-up. Again, Mike helped me when I went in to pick my car up and he was very helpful and courteous. Steve and Mike, thank you for your help and knowledge in making my experience at Firestone great as always! Will definitely be coming back time and time after again! 5/5 stars!!! read more

I called this location to request a quote on a standard brake job and gave the year make and model for the car we drive. I was quoted a price of $129.99. for pads and replenishing the rotors. They said it would be $269 if the rotors needed to be replaced. Fair enough so my wife brought it in. After the amount of time had passed they had quoted her she called back and was told they were still looking into pricing for the rotors. What? They had already given me a price if the rotors. So my wife called me and I called back to inquire why they needed to get a price for the rotors when they had already quoted what it would cost. The guy then said did I tell her rotors, I meant calipers. Its going to be $585. I then told him no thanks, put it back together, I will take it elsewhere. To which he replied, "Oh its not safe to drive, you have to have it done here." At this point I asked to speak with the manager named, Brady, who apologized but insisted the work needed to be done and that $585 + tax was the discounted price. Hum, I took it down the street to Walt's done for $250. Try anywhere but here! read more
