My wife went to get a flat fixed, 2 days later the tire is still leaking air (obviously it had 2 leaks in it the first time, they just didn't take the time to find them both, rookie mistake) I take it back and drop it off and 2 hours later they call and say they won't work on the tire because it is too bald. If that's the case, why repair the first leak? It actually wasn't too bald, I went home and measured it, they just wanted to sell tires. If they would've had good work ethics, I would get my tires from them, now ALL my work will be done at Big O. Not a good way to start here in Maricopa, firestone. read more

Thank you Brandon! I walked in this afternoon thinking my newer vehicle would need an oil change. Brandon told me I was not ready for an oil change just yet and asked me to refer to the owners manual. Honestly, he could have not said anything and done the oil change but he did not - he was honest about it. read more

I came here looking for a set of tires and an alignment. At first I was skeptical due to the mixed reviews however from the first call I made they took care of me right away. I spoke to Rudy over the phone and had 4 new tires ordered and ready to go for me the next day. He was able to squeeze me in last minute and got me taken care of quickly. I am very thankful for these guys because when it came time with my alignment they were super knowledgeable with issues another alignment shop failed to tell me. They certainly have retained me as a returning customer in the future. Shout out to Rudy once again for taking care of me so quickly. read more

I went here to get a slow leak fixed in a tire. They got me in quickly, found out that there was a nail near the sidewall and the tire was not able to be repaired. They do not sell the brand of tire I have, so they recommended another business that does. They didn't charge me at all to remove, check tire, and put it back on. I felt this was very fair. If I'm ever in the area again and need tire service, I would definitely go here again. read more

Called around Maricopa to find a place to do an oil change and everyone in Maricopa said first come first serve. I called Firestone and asked them and they said they had an opening in the morning to book it online. Booked the appointment online, as they requested and was good to go. This morning, received a call from there workers that they confirmed my appointment but there were 90 minute delays due to all the people who came in this morning for an oil change. He told me if he can reschedule me and I responded "No I will keep my appointment for the time I scheduled". He continue to proceed about the long wait times and was doing everything he can for me to cancel my appointment, due to the high volume of customers that came in. The gentleman gave me every option to cancel instead of letting me know i have the option to cancel or keep my promised appointment time but it would be a little bit delayed. I called him out and replied "Sir, I know you are slammed and you are making every excuse in the world to make me reschedule but what's the purpose of scheduling an appointment especially on a Saturday when you just calling to cancel it and tell me you have no spots"? Worker had no response, stuttered a little and had no real response. I do not recommend this place. I have had issues more than once, with rude customer service, expensive oil change prices, and lack of dishonesty this place offers. read more

June 28, took my 2004 Nissan Frontier for an oil leak. They recommended to replace my valve cover gasket and a lot of other things. Had valve cover gasket replaced, got an oil changed, vehicle inspection, spent $696 for the whole repair. When I picked up my vehicle one of the mechanics said the the engine warning light went on but I should be ok and told me that if I wanted to have it diagnosed I have to pay an additional $98. I said that's ok I 'll have it repaired the next time since the budget was a little bit short. Took the truck home and it was running ok but the idle was a little bit rough like close to stalling when i'm at a stop sign. I opened the hood and the first thing I noticed was they left a screw driver on top of the hood where the windshield wipers are located. I also noticed that there are at least 2 disconnected small vacuum hoses that where not connected to anything, it was just there unconnected and hanging on the side of the engine, I was able to reconnect one of the hoses. With this experience, I will not be going back for repairs at this Firestone Repair shop, I will be taking it somewhere else who cares about quality work. Really disappointed. read more

I took my car here Saturday for an oil change and to replace the windshield wipers. I had a 7 AM appt. I was first in the building after the gentleman took all my information and my keys I asked how long it would take, I was told 45 minutes. I walked over to get some breakfast and when I came back 20 minutes later my car was still sitting out front. I made a comment about this and the gentlemen got on the loudspeaker and told the 'Oil Change' guys to get to work. I got to talk to him about the windshield wipers, he was saying how expensive they had got over the years so I asked how much they were (my fault for not asking when I called in) He told me approximately $140.00 for the pair. I told him to cancel the Windshield wipers, I would look elsewhere. I looked on Amazon when I got home and for the SAME EXACT BOSCH wipers they were going to charge approx $140.00 for I could get on Amazon for $24.00 - what a RIP OFF! 90 minutes later I was on my way (double the time I was quoted). I might be back but I think I will check out Big O Tires first. read more

Scheduled an appointment for 7/3/2018 to get my radiator coolant replaced. I made this appointment in the previous week and was told 7/3 was "all clear" so I made the appointment for 8 am. I showed up on time on the scheduled day, went through paperwork, and handed over my keys shortly after 8 am. I stated I would be waiting for the car and not leaving it there for pick up. At 9:05 am, the car was exactly where I parked it when I first got there. When I asked the person at the counter about my car, I was told they would get to it in 20 minutes. I asked what was the point of the 8 am appointment I was told "a person who is no longer here scheduled all these appointments etc. etc. etc." The person who scheduled my appointment was standing right there behind the counter, could hear every word, and didn't say anything. The person I was talking to was obviously lying. The courteous thing for Firestone to have said might have been "we don't do radiator work here" or "we're booked for the next 3 weeks". Then I would have just looked for another shop to do the work. Instead they scheduled the work at a specific day and time then let me wait for an hour while they did absolutely nothing with my car. Very unprofessional, amateur hour business. I will need tires soon and was silly enough to think why not just get them here at Firestone when the time comes. I will never ever go to this shop again. Ever. read more

If I could give them a 0 that's what it would be! When we first moved here it was under different management that was awesome. Since then the management has changed and the service has gone downhill the policies have changed and the service sucks! We have since been going to Bo Knows Auto LLC. We had taken all 3 of our vehicles to them under previous management with no issues. Today one of the tires we had bought new from them will not hold air and we are on our way out town. They told us to bring it in under the circumstances and once my husband took the time to drive there an Extremely Rude Heavy guy told him no, not until Tuesday. I followed up with a call only to be yelled at by the same Extremely RUDE guy! NEVER again and I will be following up with a call to their corporate office. From here on out it is No Knows Auto LLC all the way! Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your time or be disrespected. Horrible... read more

I had my 2001 Toyota Sienna XLE taken in today (6-3-2018) because I thought I needed a new alternator. Since I was going to replaced that I was going to have the battery and the serpentine belts replaced as well. Jeff quoted me a price of $884 for everything. When the minivan was dropped off Gary suggested the battery diagnostic first. They did the test and advised that the starter, alternator checked but the battery was good but low charge. They charged up the battery for me. They could have told me that I needed the work and took my money that I didn't really have but instead I walk away with just a $24.99 diagnostic. Thanks Jeff and Gary for being good guys! read more

Came in for regular oil change on my SUV, the staff was friendly and polite. I came in on a Sunday and had to wait about 1.5 hour for my car. They gave me recommendations of things on my car that may need to be replaced soon. I would definitely come back again. read more

I went there to have two rear tires put on my car. They had to order the tires and should have by the next day. He quoted me a price. I went the next day and they made an error on the quote. Stopped in with a rather emergency situation today! My muffler was falling off and I asked if they could lift it up and have a look. Good lord I was told they can't help me until Thursday. Any place I have ever gone to has the means to help out situations like this. Went over to breaks plus... they jumped right in and took care of me. Shit customer service firestone and thanks again breaks plus. The guy working the firestone counter was a a jerk and cared nothing for my situation . read more

Public service announcement: DO NOT go to Firestone to get your car diagnosed for anything. Stop giving them your business. I went in last week to have my car checked for a steering fluid leak. They tacked on seven extra things which would have totaled me in 3500$ in work. My steering fluid leak was WORSE after I left there and they claimed there was a second leak. I felt like they made my leak worse so I'd have no choice but to come in and have it repaired ASAP. The steering leak alone they said would cost me $1500!!! I didn't buy it because I had a bad vibe walking in there period. I felt I was being cheated because I'm a female walking into a repair shop alone. There is a brighter side to what happened: So I asked around town and heard about Pablo Sergio Cardenas at Maricopa Auto Outlet. I reached out to him after numerous people telling me about him in town and seeing the things he does for this community. I told him about what happened at firestone. I wanted a second opinion. What I didn't know was I was about to get blessed. Let me tell you: Pablo is literally an angel. He understood my situation being a single struggling mom and did not charge me to look at the car. I almost cried when he told me to just buy the part and he'd do the labor for free. My car drives even smoother than it did before I dropped it off and he and his staff are friendly and professional and so sincere! If you need ANY work done on your car give this kind and honest man your business and you will be undeniably satisfied with his work. I hope his business grows and continues to flourish. Shame on Firestone and thank God we have Maricopa Auto Outlet here in town!!! read more

Poor service I went to here Thursday walked seven miles back home and then came back later that day. My 2000 Chevy trail blazer was still not service so I took my keys after sitting around and giving them more time. Well I was told by Dave that I would be able to get a free oil change and done right away. So I went back today to get my free oil change and they told me there would be 15 more people ahead of me. Oil change is not that hard come on warning do not come here they will take all day and then some. read more

This franchise or company is what is wrong with service today nothings ever their fault and they don't care what the customer thinks or wants because they can just get the next one. I would avoid this Firestone for a couple reasons one, always behind it takes two hours to do a simple oil change but it's consistent with this locations service. The manager is a complete and utter failure in life. This guy continuously argues with customers tells them how wrong they are nothing is Firestone's fault as long as you're spending your money there. If you don't like what he has to say you can just go somewhere else. read more

This has to be the worst location ever. Not only did I waste my time going in today to get a simple oil change and yet again they have no room. I was told specifically to come in today and I get told this again. I'm thinking they say this all the time. Weekend or weekdays. Guess I'll have to change car companies that actually want clients. They sent me a promotion. When I tried to use it the Maricopa store did not honor it,b it jacked the price by 30 dollars. They said the sent the wrong promotion. 24.99 oli change/air filter. I was charged the same for just the oil change. Their competitor does it $8 less. Why would I take it there? Would not use Firestone again. read more

i took my mercedes into firestone thinking they would have great customer service. i actually paid more to purchase two tires because of this. rather than going to big o which was substantially less. i was told i would get a discount for my alignment. i was scheduled for an apt upon arriving my tires were not in. really??? no call from them. so i scheduled another apt, upon arrival. nope they had me in the incorrect time slot, however would get me in. i waited in there customer area. no coffee old from the day before. oh well. after they were done i was told they could not do the alignment due to a part they needed from mercedes to do this. really? they, scheduled me however, had no clue they needed this in advance. very well they might have offered the discount to get me to buy from them...very iffy now, i have to take my vehicle to a separate service center to do this. dismayed, david s. made every excuse and actually wouldn't stop talking after telling him 3 times to stop. i left, my tires had white goo all over the tires, which they didn't even have the courtesy to wipe off. i would never recommend this place. please go to chandler god knows what else they did. i will have a full inspection as well. calling coporate. twitter and facebook as well zoe read more

this place is a joke... brought my car in just for an oil change... they call me 5 minutes later asking to rotate the tires and perform my lifetime alignment an hour and a half later i get my car back and it pulls really bad to the left... the manager BILL says it does that because the tires were rotated and its different wear on the tires!?!? i just bought these tires earlier this year... i was told by rudy yesterday that i could bring it in at my convinience today and they would get it taken care of right away , but i show up and noone there knkws anything about my safety issue instead i get excuses from the manager as to why they have no time frame for it to get done!! they have no waiting area because of covid and will not give you a ride home either but yet they sit in my car not even donning proper PPE !!! everyone of those employees should take a course in customer service as another tech was listening in in the background and shaking his head when i was trying to get my point across .. im not stupid and my car did not drive this way prior to their incompetent techs working on it.... and for you BILL your staff DOES maKE mistakes ALL the time My previous car was a camaro and i also had it serviced there and your incompetent techs rotated my front tires to the back and my back tires to the front . even i as a woman know they can only be rotated side to side!!!! if you make a damn mistake OWN up to it instead of arguing with the customer about their own car ... ive been driving this car for 3 years.. i know when it feels different... so maybe try listening to the concern rather than try to undermind someone just because you "think" they dont know anything about cars!!!. this was your second chance to get it right and the service is just as awful as before... in this economy you should be thankful you even have a job ... treat people better we are the reason you have a job and a PAyCHeCk!!!! read more
