Revision - So, I was contacted by Firestone corporate to see what was going on, told them, and then I received a phone call from the owner/manager of the shop I had gone to. After a short discussion, and talking through the whole situation, he was able to make me feel heard and understood and even refunded the amount that would bring all 4 tires to the same cost across the board. I was very impressed with Juan's handling of the situation and I more then appreciate the time and the effort Firestone took to help me out and help me feel appreciated as a customer. Hopefully Erik will feel better and not have anymore bad days. Thanks you for the assistance Firestone!! My first visit went great... got 2 tires and a life time alignment. My 2nd trip however is a different story... for $30 les then the 2 tires and alignment, I got 2 tires even after getting a response twice about a much lower cost. Talk about so shady dealings. Erik was great the first time, then I'm guessing he decided since I was back, he could screw me over since I got the work done I needed and won't be back again.... So true, so true. I was contemplating letting them do more work... not after I walked out this time. They may have gotten over on me, and its not like I can say.. no to paying for the services... Next time(as I should have done and forgot - My fault!) I'll be sure to get the adjusted price in writing.... this after printing the original quote, which was wrong.. oh yeah... it will be this price... NOT!! read more

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Went here last January to purchase a tire, hubcap and get an alignment. The employee told me that the alignment numbers didn't match on the sheet, but that it was ok. Doubtful. After leaving, I realized that they left my spare in the trunk instead of putting it back. The trunk was otherwise empty so it was moving around, making noise as I drove. You would think for the high prices they charge, they could at least do that. They did not have hubcap in stock, but said they would order it and call me in a few days when it came in. A week later, I called and was told it hadn't been ordered, but they would order it today and call me when it came in. Never received a call, went somewhere else. Apparently, I'm a glutton for punishment because I went back in July to purchase another tire. I asked them to make sure that they put the spare away since this had happened to me before. After waiting 3 hours for one tire, I drove away and once again heard the spare rattling around in the trunk. I went back in a few days later asking them to put it away. I was told it would be a 90 minute wait so I left. I wrote a message on their corporate website and received a call from Juan Lppez, the store manager. I work 7 days a week so it was a couple of weeks before I could take more time off to come back in. When I came back in, they put the spare back in, but it was now obvious that they had damaged my trunk floor. They ordered me a new one after I came back in again when the manager was in. When it arrived, it was folded in the packaging so it has a permanent bubble towards the back. They gave me a free oil change, but that didn't equal to the pay I lost for several trips. Poor, poor customer service especially by Juan Lopez the store manager....How he got this position, I'll never know. - - Rude and didn't listen to the customer's wants or needs....Paid 66 dollars to have 3 or the 4 front lights on my car replaced. When ready I noticed that they only did 2 of the 3 that I had requested. They wanted to charge me for labor again after I had just finished paying them. Juan Lopez (the poor manager) refused to listen and stated, "Do you want us to give you something for free?" - - I just paid you 66 dollars for labor and because of YOUR oversight, you are wanting to recharge me labor....Must be some type of heavy duty meds or something. read more

Second time I've gone in this week, this time with an appointment, and I still don't have my oil changed. Ask me how much I enjoyed entertaining my 6 month old and 18 month old for three cumulative hours while they did God knows what to my car, because it's oil still hasn't been changed. read more

Excellent customer service, had a oil change and shocks replaced was done in about hour and a half. Very professional!

Terrible place, simply dreadful. The attendants are rude and literally interrupt and talk over you as you explain what's wrong. The disgusting slob of a 'tech' left oil all over my seats, door, steering wheel and keys. And worst, I waited 1.5 hours....and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING apparently, as my car is still having the same issue. Stay away from this place; there are far better options closeby. read more

BEWARE THE SCAM ARTISTS! I came in today on 09/18/15 for a simple state inspection I had heard from a friend that they tried to scam him by tearing his windshield wipers to make him buy additional parts for his inspection I however trusted the firestone name and came in anyway however I took photos of my wipers first and checked to make sure there was nothing wrong with them roughly 30 minutes after dropping my car off they call and tell me that my car failed inspection because my wipers were torn I went back and looked before even going into the location and my wipers which were only a month old had been torn at both ends the exact half inch that makes it a requirement to replace it. I asked to talk to the manager and he told me to prove it and tried to keep my keys!!!! NEVER GO HERE! they are flat out scam artists only interested in making a buck!!! read more

This place is the worst place to go to. Do not take your car here to get repaired. They ripped us off so bad and all the employees are in on it. He went in for an repair and to repair the leak they charged him 1400.00. He drove the car off and the brakes are making noise. He goes back to tell them what did you do to my brakes and they said our jeep was making noise when we drove it in. Lies, if we went in for ac repair and we never heard a noise. It's like a bad dream. Save your money and go elsewhere. And to top it off the ac is still not fixed. So scared to take it back God help us now!! read more

Had to take a rental there for an oil change because the rental company has a contract with them. They were not busy, but I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes! For an oil change!! I had things to do, but I guess their time is more valuable than mine. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. read more

I had scheduled an oil change online. My service was set for 8 am today.. Juan, I believe his name was, was great. He offered other things like tire pkgs but was very knowledgeable, approachable, and made my first visit to this establishment a pleasant one. I will be returning soon for more services. Terrible service. Went online yesterday set an early an appointment and still waiting for completion 1.5hrs later. Appears they may have scratched the wheels as well and I'll need to inspect. There is ZERO speed or intensity. , first in first out then appointments take priority. I don't see that happening. Also, consider not assigning one man to the entire job but divide labor. But a man on your tire machine and balancer while others are pulling wheels/tires etc. if you could find ways to turn cars quicker your work day may actually get better. I doubt any management will read this, no problem. Unless you are just a die hard Firestone fan then stay away. Go to discount tire where they are probably staffed and seem to care about their customers time. read more

Took my car there to get A/C fixed and two new tires. I ended up not getting the A/C fixed there because they said it was going to start at $1600 but could easily be higher (I went down the road immediately afterwards to Auto Tech and they fixed it for $850.) What I was more upset about was the tires. I asked him to put the two new tires on the back because that was what I was always told. But when I got the car back I noticed that the new ones where on the front. I went back in and asked his to please rotate the tires and the guy made a big fuss about it saying that it not important to rotate the tires and doesn't matter where the new ones are. When they finally agreed to do it, I read the pamphlet they gave me and even it said to put new tires on the back. I think these people are just lazy. read more

Get a second place to troubleshoot to confirm the issue. Was told I needed new motor mounts bc I said it was pulling to the left. The issue was needing the ball joint and tie rod ends replaced. read more

I don't even know where to start on how awful my experience was. Yesterday (9-18-16) I had an 11am appointment for 4 new tires, an oil change, and a wheel alignment. First off, when my sister called to make payment arrangements on Saturday (9-17-16) she was given the run-around, as if there was no appointment scheduled. It took half and hour and two phone calls to get this straightened out. Then, I dropped my truck off at 10:45Am for my 11AM appointment. I was told to expect two hours at the most for the work being done. At 2:02PM, I called to see why I had not been called to come get my truck. I was told that they were "behind on orders from yesterday" and told it would take an additional 2 hours. Behind on orders from the previous day?! If that was the case they would have known when I dropped my truck off. At 4:17PM I get the call that my truck is ready. When I go to pick it up, I was informed that they could not do a wheel alignment because I needed a new Pitman arm, Idler arm, and ball joints, as well as a new power steering pump. All of which Firestone would be happy to fix for me, with a quote of $3200. Now, my cousin is a fleet mechanic in Alabama, and had already told me that all the truck needed was an alignment and POSSIBLY for the sterring gear box to be turned around. So, I go to another mechanic and ask to have my truck checked out, saying that I understand that I need the above mentioned things replaced. That mechanic then tells me that the only thing my turck needs (because the Pitman and Idler arms are brand new) is to have the gear box in the sterring wheel turned around... HRMMM! Imagine that! Now, I had asked when I dropped the truck off at firestone for the best of the old tires to be put as my new spare tire. When I am at the mechanic's I look at the spare... Not only is the OLD spare still on there, they didn't even inflate it or check it for me. So, I call Firestone, and get told that they have to check and see if my tires are still there from yesterday (9-18-16) They call me back and say blah blah about the old tires were no good , etc (which they were still in better shape than the spare) to which I reply, well that's fine, but if that was the case yall should have at LEAST aired up the spare, and told me that when I picked up the truck. At this point they ask me to come and and they will "see what they can find." Right after that, I got the correct info from the other mechanic. I drove to Firestone just to tell them that they should be ashamed of themselves for their false quote. Just because I am a woman does NOT mean that they can overquote me and quote me for things that do not need to be replaced. I will be reporting this location to the better business bureau as well as national consumer affairs for fraudulent business practices. We spent over $600 there yesterday (oh, yes, they couldnt even be bothered to write in the next oild change date or the recommended tire rotation date on the oil change sticker. ) I am very unhappy. I will never recommend this firestone, or any other to anyone. read more
