    What time did you arrive? It doesn't matter. The tracker showed that we checked in long after we had arrived. I've been to at least 3 other Discount Tires. This is the only one where time estimates have been so extremely far off. Verbiage on their automated tracker is unclear. Arrival window sounds like the time you arrived at the shop. I'm told bayed out is the time service was completed. I assure you my vehicle wasn't bayed out at 10:15. It was over an hour after that before my vehicle went into the bay. I will say, once they got my vehicle into the bay, service was very quick. The notification that service was completed came through when we were almost an hour down the road, though. I will continue to use Discount Tire. Apparently this shop was just having a bad day. I appreciate management taking the time to reach out.

    They offer free Tire Fill-up! Tons of parking because it's part of a plaza but they took care of me right away on a weekday after work with no appointment. The plaza across the parking lot is picturesque. Standalone building seemed modern and clean. Staff was friendly and professional, and this establishment seems reliable. Like magic, my tire light disappeared, making the value of this service completely worth it. They said I needed 2 new tires. Thank you Discount Tires

    Schedule for a 2:15 pm appointment for today, they didn't get the car in, in till about 3pm. I told them I wanted two new sets of tires in the front since my two back ones are in good condition. So they did, I ended up leaving around 4pm went straight home and came back out to a flat tire on one of the tires that was replaced.. Like wtf ? Now I'm driving 8:43 PM TO A OPEN TIRE SHOP TO REPLACE THIS TIRE. They are close tomorrow so I can't bitch at them in till Monday. ! What a waste of time and money! By the way , Where are the seniors at? There's nothing but young kids working here.! (should've been a red flag) Update : I was told it was the valve releasing air... What a headache! But still there's no need to go through this.

    Can't trust the technicians to put all your parts back on. They left off my center wheel caps for a 2007 Hyundai Tucson. All 4 are missing!

    I had 4 new tires installed before the ice storm. After arriving home, we realized they left all 4 center wheel cap covers of the center of my rims. Each of my wheels had a Hyundai logo center wheel cap protector. Now I have exposed wheel parts that are subject to rust and rain thanks to your "technician" not putting my parts back on after they finished installing. Date of visit: 01/28/2022 Salesperson: Oscar O. Dude you owe me correct service and a full replacement of the parts you left off my vehicle. It's time to make this right. I have contacted your store and corporate.

    This is the only place I allow to come near my tires. The gentleman here are extremely professional and always take very good care of my tires. I recently came in for the second time in 3 weeks because my low tire pressure indicator turned on. The guy that put air in my tire said this wasn't normal and checked my tire and they ended up finding a nail in it. They were able to patch it up. I didn't have to wait long. The whole process took about 40 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I was handed my keys.

    From Indiana, did you know if you buy tires from here, you get free patching? Hit a screw with a rental car, tires going flat and called in. They fixed it for free in 15 minutes. Fantastic service! Make this guy famous and try this awesome place.

    Absolutely terrible experience!…read more After continuing to experience low air pressure on my front left tire, I had taken my vehicle to Discount Tire on March 17th and was told the rim was bent on the inside. Discount Tire removed my two front rims and installed my factory rims because I wanted the two front rims to match each other while that chrome rim were being repaired. On March 18th, 2026 my friend took my rim to LoneStar Wheel Repair and the repairs were completed, we paid $154.50 and picked up the rim up on March 20th. On March 20th 2026, Discount Tire removed the factory rims, replaced the chrome rims, put the repaired rims on the opposite side. On March 21st 2026 when I got in my car the air was back down to 19, so I called LoneStar Wheel Repair, but they close at noon on Saturdays. So, I went back to Discount Tire they checked the tires/rim and it was determined it wad still bent and needed to be repaired again. On Monday, March 23rd, 2026, I called LoneStar Wheel Repair and was told to bring it in. This time I drove over and when I got out of the car, the Owner, immediately guaranteed me that it was a different rim. Even before she liked at it. The, owner insisted they "mark" all repaired rims but refused to let me see these so called markings. Instead of even trying to understand what happened, she accused me of damaging another rim within less than 24 hours and blamed "the way I drive." Completely unprofessional! They refused to take responsibility and charged me another $154.50 to fix what was clearly the same rim. No accountability, no customer service, and very disrespectful treatment. I would not trust this business especially if you drive a nice vehicle and expect careful honest service. This experience made me feel dismissed, disrespected, and taken advantage of, please stay away

At the $139 price tag I honestly had some concerns, but with the Texas summer quickly approaching I gave it a go. I was advised to go early so I wouldn't have to wait too long so I got in around 10am. I was shown the different options of tint and was even given the choice of choosing the not so legal variety. I had some of that foggy film on my windows that I forgot to wash off, but they said it wouldn't be an issue as they clean it off before applying the tint. I was told to come back in 2 hours and when I did I could barely recognize my car with the new tint. Upon closer inspection the job was really well done so much so that my buddy that drove me there, Albert N., set up an appointment to get his windows tinted at that moment. JR's does a lot more than just tint (they advertise on rims, audio and just about anything else automotive you can think of) and with the courteous and professional people there I can't see how you can go wrong here.

The front desk guy (not JR, to be fair) right away said how much he dislikes electric vehicles ("What you gonna do with them batteries one day..."). Also said he wasn't aware that VW still made the microbuses. I said mine is right out there and he sneered and said, "kinda hard to miss, ain't it." Things went downhill from there as he started in with his criticisms of government from an extremist Maga viewpoint, that windmill blades are running the planet ("Them Chinese melt down the old blades and dump them in the ocean), how the past presidents have let all of "those people," and so much more. No real help and loads of insults. My advice: look elsewhere for your retrofit needs.

    Absolutely horrible! I'll start by saying that I manage many…read moreof our company cars, so I've been to many Firestone locations in various cities. I have never had an experience as bad as this one. The person I assume to be the manager, 'Dustin', is the poorest representative of a company that I could imagine. I brought a car in for 2 tire sensors and a headlight.. same headlight they fixed less than 2 months ago. I called before coming and Dustin told me they could get the sensors done in about 2 hours; that they were slow at this time. I took him at his word and showed up 20 minutes later. In dropping the car off I asked again the time to complete the job. He said it should be done in 2 to 3 hours. Though he had extended by an hour, I was still okay with this. It is now 4 1/2 hours later and I am still waiting for them to finish. He also added that a 3rd sensor didn't work. Odd, because the other 2 sensors registered just fine before coming in here. Now that I'm waiting in their store, I'm not even asking for them to fix the headlight they reported (and charged me for) fixing before. I just want to get this car and get out of here. When I asked Dustin, his only other comment to me is that I could just get my car and take it somewhere else.. really?? What a poor response for a place that should focus on customer service, right?? Dustin left around 4:30 and the Service Manager, Ashton, was left to deal with all of the messes Dustin made. I will say that Ashton was very nice and tried his best to untangle the messes made before him. He did give me his card, but there were no others available. I will add that I 100% feel that I was charged for parts that were not replaced. I will be escalating this to Firestone corporate, as well as verifying with a local Ford dealership. I think it's also important to note that in every Firestone location I've been to there are business cards out for everyone, including the manager. There are no business cards out at this location. Coincidence?? I think not!

We are now waiting for AAA to arrive and assist us. You should have better customer service specially when there's a child involved in this Texas Heat. Do better!
