Order tires through amazon.com for my wife's Porsche Macon what a savings over going to discount tire company where they're almost $700 apiece. Something to have to do with the speed rating. When I ordered the tires off of Amazon, they were $385 each & curiously I was being prompted for $65 for both tires installation service to be added onto my purchase with arrangements made to have the tires delivered directly to the tire store "just Tires" at whatever location I wanted and I selected the Coppell location because they are absolutely phenomenal & their customer service outreach. I used to go to Hamms Tires, which is just a dirty crappy old shop off of Carroll & 30 that I've been going through for 40 years but they wanted $40 a tire for the service absolutely ridiculous just a couple years ago. It was $5.00 dollars a tire. You know what I expected it "Just tires" though: The same crap that we get at Costco tire shop where they tell you: you gotta pay for the rebuild of your TPMS sensors because we can't guarantee them when we take off the tire & put on the new tire which is funny to me because in order to Put the new tire on the TPS sensors have already gotta be on the inside of the rim anyways. HEY COSTCO???: GET A FREAKING CLUE - BE CAREFUL DISMOUNTING & REMOUNTING THE TIRES IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION & YOU WON'T HAVE TO GIG THE CUSTOMER WHILE POCKETING THE FEE AS AN EXTRA GREEDY-GORDON GEKKO CRAPITALIST "GAIN". Just tires, never even mentioned the TPMS sensors they need to rebuild them. They need to be careful with them. They need to blah blah blah blah blah. They never ever extorted me one bit for any extra service or any extra roadside road, hazard, blah, blah, blah blah blah they were happy to change my tires . They were efficient. They didn't put me in the waiting room for hours on end like I would've ended up with at Discount Tire Company & they were very cordial @ nice the entire time. What a NICE experience. I'll drive out of my way any day of the week or month whenever I need a tire removed & replace replaced or even serviced. I've been taking my corvettes to be serviced here for the past 6 years. Overall they have done excellent service and very friendly. This week Junior took my vette in and handled the service. He was very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars except for one person working in the service department. That is the lady with the glasses who you pay when you come to pick up your vehicle. Very rude, not friendly and should not be working with the public. I've spent over $ 100,000 buying from Chevrolet. But to be demeaned by her was unacceptable. She should NOT be working there. Sorry Chevrolet, she stole 2 of my stars from you. David S and DreShawn were extremely rude when I visited. A close friend came in to get a tire 7/16/25 for my vehicle since I was pre-occupied with work. He went to this autoshop instead of the one I suggested so I was unaware of costs. I was dissatisified with the charge of $200 for one tire as I have gone to many places and paid less. David immediately gave my friends and I energy as if he was hesitant to assist us when we walked in. No greeting at all. I explained how overpriced it was for the tire and that I was requesting a refund. Tire was never used and was immediately returned. David proceeded to inform us "lol if its coming off the highway, i cant do anything about that. I told the guy everything up front" which was a lie. My friend informed me he was told that he would receive the tire for $70 plus minor fees. We were confused as to what he was insinuating with the highway comment and proceeded to laugh and say "HOW DID YOU ALL GET HERE IF YOU DIDNT USE IT??" Sir...there are 3 ppl here with vehicles..obviously another person drove. DISRESPECTFUL. The so-called "manager", DreShawn, was hiding behind David saying things under his breath. He stated "that sounds like a problem between you and him sooo..." and "um thats not how that works". Both employees chose to be disrespectful and told my friend when he returned today (7/17/25) that "that lady is crazy!". Lol I BARELY said anything in response. I was stern (not yelling or acting out) and demanded a refund regardless of what they were trying to say to get me to leave without it. I never have issues and I am always polite when I visit any place for a service UNTIL YOU DISRESPECT ME as many of us would. They believed they could speak to me disrespectfully and I was not going to defend myself. They both walked away and got on their computers like I still didnt need assistance with figuring out what I need to do to refund it. I brought the broken tire in. The manager, Chris, was very polite. I explained that 2 months ago was my first time at just tires. In August, I purchased 2 brand new Goodyear eagle tires for our sedan $540. Today in October, I was on my way to drop off my child at school on old Denton and Frankford. The tire fell apart. The top of the tire separated from the hubcap side of the tire. Thankfully we did not have an accident and no one was hurt. Chris, the manager, saw the broken tire. He called Goodyear for replacement authorization. I only had to pay $30 for installation. I do recommend this business ; it is customer service oriented! read more

I came into the shop with nails in my tire. They then had told me that I had to replace the entire tire. They didn't have my tire in stock so they tried to sell me a tire that was different from mine. Why would you ever wanna do that? The service felt like I was trying to be sold something the whole time. I was in disbelief because the tire only has 10,000 miles on it. So I took it to discount tire in Lewisville and they were able to repair my tire for me and for free! Mind you they charge $25 here so I would say it is not worth it. read more

found a nail in tire after driving to Lewisville from Dallas. Costco and other competitors all had 3-4 hour wait. I drive up to this location Coppell. I was immediately greeted by a nice technician. He said nail should be easy to take out, $25 and about 30 minutes. 35 minutes later I was back on the road. Took my vehicle in for a 4-wheel alignment (have been here before) and they did get that right the first time, no complaints. It's only after I stopped several miles away did I realize my leather steering wheel and my seat were covered in black grease. I was the first appointment this morning and my vehicle is very clean (even underneath) so I was a bit puzzled. The other thing that was off, was when I got into my car to drive away, it had a horrific smell of body odor in it - had to leave the windows down to air it out. Not something I was expecting when I had my vehicle serviced. Will definitely be on the look out for these things the next time I need an alignment. read more

The tire was 300.00 for one tire. I was shocked at that price. When my son in law left a poor review he was told that this was just a joke when he drove up. He was asked if he could not take a joke. It was raining cats and dogs and I needed a windshield wiper. Does Just Tires sell windshield wipers? Yes! Nathan helped me find the right size that I needed. I expected to pay for the wiper and then go outside in the rain to clumsily attempt to attach the wiper blade in the rain. To my surprise, Nathan offered to remove my old wiper blade and install the new one. Before I could decline his kind offer (I didn't want to take up his time for something trivial) he started walking outside intent on helping me with the installation in the middle of a downpour! Who is this guy?? Wow!! He's amazing!!! He was kind, pleasant, courteous and fast. He seemed downright happy to help me. I was almost speechless. This was crazy-good service! VERY rarely do I write reviews, but this man was unbelievably fantastic and he needs to be recognized and praised for his exceptional service.
