    My car had a big problem... a big BUG problem on the front of the hood... best wash just couldn't quite do it... CAM TO THE RESCUE! This man came around and explained how to prevent it from caking on again, and proceeded to SHOW ME BY DOING IT HISSELF HOW TO REMOVE IT! The customer service inside was awesome! Shout out to my fellow indoor smoke hater Michelle! She's the best! They did my vehicle inspection quick fast and in a hurry, while also keeping me happy by shooting the breeze while I waited. All in all, I will drive the 30 minutes again when I need things done right! Excellent work to you all, I tip my hat to you! Not sure why so many negative reviews, but give them your time and they will give you what you deserve!

    Apparently, this place closes an hour early. No answer on the phone. I went by Monday, 27 April at 6 PM and everything was locked up.

    I went to the take 5 oil change today between 8-9am this morning, on 2/19/2026. The manager on duty…read moreand his employee (i wasnt able to catch names) greeted and did my oil change along with offering me some air filters and a coolant flush (which i declined the flush, purchased the air filters, silly me) and went about my way. Only to find out these employees damaged my oil pan bolt or oil pan and now it needs to be replaced completely, which is looking around close to another $1000. When I arrived back at the location, the manager swears that my car was already leaking and typed up some code in his computer and shoved the paper in my face, claiming that they explained this to me before handed that they shouldn't have done the oil change, but did anyway. 1. If you shouldn't do an oil change, why do one? To which the managers response was "With people like me telling them no doesnt go well" 2. If my car was leaking this much within a matter of minutes (see attached photo of oil puddle) why would you fill it up or do an oil change knowing it would be empty in less than a half hour ??? Then i ask his employee if the he heard the manager tell me the car was already leaking.. he says yes.. lol such a joke.. the manager says out his own mouth he never told me anything he told his employee to tell me SO NOONE TOLD ME ANYTHING! This manager needs to be fired. There are so many reviews for this location of similar situations happening. Something needs to be done. I don't care if I need to take it to the news. I don't care if we need to take it to small claims. Something needs to be done and I'm not going to stop. The way these oil change places in mechanics take advantage of single women thinking they dont know whats going on is sickning!.

We found getting the subscription works best for us! If you only wash your car twice a month, you've almost covered the subscription. If you wash it more than twice a month, it pays for itself! It is no longer special! Now it's no different than any other drive-thru carwash. I noticed 3 weeks ago they started putting in less than quality brushes. The last 3 times I have gone through this wash, I am now having to pull the brush material out of the seams on the vehicle. They have stopped using the scrub brush on the front and rear of the vehicle. Get used to stuck on bug splatter! Yes, I heard the sales pitch of the new bug cleaning agents they have implemented, which by the way DID NOT remove any heavy bug splatter. I had to use their cleaning towels and a bottle of ozarka to remove it. They no longer tape your rear wiper blade down. Be prepared for that to be broken! They have removed the gentlemen who used to hand dry it after leaving the wash. The agents used in the wash/wax cycles do not appear to be as good. My wheels did get as clean as they used too. I was there last Sunday and they had 4 people cancel their memberships before 10am all disappointed in the way that the carwash has let us down on the quality of wash and service we were accustomed to receiving. Instead of focusing so much on their pressurized selling technique's for memberships, they need to get back to the basics of operating a unique and wonderful carwash. I hate when you tell them NO I do not want a membership they keep hounding you through the entire payment process. DO NOT stand their holding my credit card and proceed to give me a final sales pitch before handing it back to me. Also..... Why are you not allowing those individuals who already have a membership to just not pull up to the gate and proceed, instead you have a team over their trying to up sale those people too. You DO NOT need a team of 4 selling memberships. Common! What is wrong with corporate! Sad to say they want you to pay more for a wash that is nowhere close to the quality it used to be. Now that is humorous! I live in Fort Worth, so I would always wait to wash my car on Sunday because I'm in town that day. This car wash used to be unique and special! The team used to make sure you were treated right and took extra care to ensure the vehicle looked clean after leaving the wash cycle. That is no longer the case.... I have been a faithful customer for 5 years. I can honestly say this wash has lost their way and Corporate needs to wake up and give the customers the type of car wash they had come to love. I spoke to 3 team members at the wash last weekend expressing all these items of concern and they said that it was out of their control. This is why I am blaming corporate. The QR code on the wall is specifically for evaluation of the team, they asked me to not use that as it directly impacts them. I asked how to contact corporate and they did not know. They do not have a customer support team online. You must deal with the physical location manager. Absolutely missing the opportunity to have faithful happy customers.
