The general manager is extremely rude with terrible customer service skills. She would not remake a sandwich or get me a cookie when it wasn't delivered. It was through Uber eats, but the checked by part wasn't signed. She said she wouldn't remake it because "her sales would go down" and "she's tired." I'm a server and I know bad customer service when I see it. Makes me wish I could negative tip this place, specifically that rude GM.

LOVE THESE GUYS!! I came in 30 minutes before they closed and felt really bad about it, but they assured me it was fine and took my order like normal! They are so sweet and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Great management! Highly recommend!! Thank you guys!

Watched employees step over this spill for over 30 minutes. Really! If you will do that, what are you doing to my sandwich.

Firehouse Subs opened near me in the last few months. I've been there at least 5 times in the last three months and I've been pleased every time. I usually have gotten the "Turkey Bacon Ranch" sub (no tomatoes... eww), and my husband raves about "The Engineer". My order each time has been correct and delicious. I love pickles on my sub sandwiches, which they don't have (only pickle spears on the side... WHEN REQUESTED). The employees are super polite and prompt, even though you have to wait for your sandwich longer than most sandwich shops, and there is no clear "to go" wait area. You have to find a dine in chair to wait in, then wait for your name to be called. The store appears very clean with lots of dine-in space. They clearly wear gloves while preparing your sandwich. They have one of those self-serve specialty touch screen beverage machines which I like. Lots of different hot sauces to pour self samples which they have labeled spicy designations, 1-10. The "Firehouse" sauce is available for purchase and sampling, and is pretty damn good!

Great. Humongous portions. I'd suggest you just order one giant sandwich for every two people.

Good. They're different, but good for sure. Kinda pricey for just subs though.

When I say large, I mean it is massive. You need at least 2 to 3 people to eat the sandwich. Even if you took a quarter of the sandwich, you would be good to go for a meal. Often sometimes we will eat a quarter of it and take the other piece home after we split the whole thing in half. The soups here are phenomenal. They are made from scratch and they go fast. OH, and don't let me forget about the chocolate cake. It is wonderful! I try to get a piece every time I come. I believe the chocolate cake is homemade. Definitely a must have! The restrooms are well-stocked and usually pretty clean. The staff are pretty friendly,, with the caveat being that when the owner is checking you out at the register, he can be a bit prickly around the edges. Your main problem here will be finding a place to park if you go during a normal meal time. We usually park in the neighboring lot and walk over to the restaurant. Don't sleep on this place. It is SO good! Check it out for yourself next time you're in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We spent about $40 for two people and had table service, which was a nice touch. Our waitress was very friendly and had a great attitude, though it seemed like she might have been having an off night as there were a few small mistakes along the way. The food was good across the board -- nothing bad at all, just not especially memorable. The space itself is a plus: larger dining room, comfortable seating, and a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. If you're comparing Mediterranean options in Springfield, I'd probably give the edge on food to Greek Belly, but Crave offers a more spacious and relaxed dine-in atmosphere. Overall, a good, reliable option -- especially if you value the setting as much as the food.

It wasn't too busy, our waitress took us to a table. There were 5 of us. Menu was very simple and easy to read through. They have open kitchen, so you can see the cooks working it up in the kitchen. There are different variety of gyros and shrawma that they have. I usually order a either of it. So it's surprising to see more different one! I stick with the basic gyro and my daughter got the Philly cheese steak gyro and the beef shrawma dinner plates. We also order some appetizer and dessert. Food tastes very fresh and good. A must try spot.

But the portions are small, and I felt like a needed a meal less than an hour after eating there, so... Not worth the money. But it was a good little sandwich if you're ever not hungry at all but feel the need to eat something. But if you're hungry, or even have a normal person-sized appetite, best to go somewhere else. Also, service is slow -- kind, but slow -- and you won't be getting your tiny deli sandwich in a hurry. So if you thought, "oh, a deli, I'll save some time and get a quick bite." No. No you will not. Nothing personal, but this is a confused business model yielding low ROI for the customer in terms of portion and quality per price. If you have the time and want to pay this much for a sit down restaurant, go get full at literally any table service restaurant in town and avoid this place. But, if you like overpaying for tiny sandwiches that take forever to be served, then this is the spot for you. I just don't see how I could ever be compelled to return here. This makes no sense as a restaurant. It was good--but it was just a little sandwich snack that took well over an hour to walk in, sit down, order, receive, and then eat. The eating part took almost no time, however, because, as I said, the portions are tiny. It did taste good, though, so you get a second star.
