I have been a firehouse sub fan for aome time now and no matter what state I'm in, it is always great! Price has definitely gone up quite a bit. It is sad to say that it honestly isn't worth the price anymore but if I had the choice, firehouse sub would definitely be my go to sub. The service at this location is pretty nice. The female employees are nice and friendly but the makes seem to have a chip on their shoulder. The restaurant itself seems pretty clean. Not alot of hot sauce choices though. I took advantage of a T-Mobile deal where I can get 2 hook and ladder medium subs for the price of 1. I ordered though the app and was quoted that it would be ready around 545pm. I arrived pretty early and there were already a few people waiting for their subs. I sat at a table and waited. Around 548, my order was ready. It came nicely packed in a paper container, and also had napkins and house datil pepper sauce as well. I took it all home. When I went home and opened the container. I saw a nice 7-8 inch sub loaded with turkey, ham, lettuce, and tomato. Mayonnaise and mustard were also added, and put some of the sauce in it as well. It was cut in half, so it would fit in my hand. It was sloppy, but delicious. There were ample amounts of turkey and ham to enjoy, and it tasted fresh. The tomatoes and lettuce in the bottom were quite fresh as well. The bread was soft and my sub did fall apart a bit, but it was ok as the meats and veggies were still good. There was a nice dill pickle included as well. I enjoyed the second sub a day later, and it was as good as the first. This was a nice deal for a little over 9 dollars. Service was friendly enough, but looked busy. The staff seemed a bit stressed as there were people waiting, but still did a good job making the sub. The seating area looked clean, but I decided to eat at home instead. For the loaded and delicious subs, I felt like it was with the wait and the T-Mobile deal. read more

Had lunch at this location yesterday with my mom since this was the closest to her physical therapy appointment. We told the cashier my mom was here to get her free medium birthday sub. The cashier did not seem very friendly, but did wish my mom a happy birthday at the end of the transaction. It was kind of busy in the store, but our subs still came out hot and fresh, in a timely manner, and they did taste delicious. Firehouse subs is one of our favorite places to go for subs. It's nice that they still offer a free birthday sub and points if you sign up towards free subs. We will be back to this location. read more

My husband and I wanted a little something for lunch and when we saw the sign for the pork and slaw sandwich, we had to try it! I understand why Firehouse subs is my husband's favorite sub shop. The sandwich was AMAZING! The pork was savory, flavorful, and perfectly tender. The slaw had the perfect crunchy and slight sweetness. Who doesn't love a good Hawaiian bun to complete the sandwich. We made it a meal and had jalapeno chips and peach cream soda. We also got a cup of white cheddar macaroni and cheese for our son. The macaroni and cheese was hot, creamy, and delicious. Our son ate the whole thing! We had never tried the peach cream soda before, but it was a great combination of fruity and creamy. The employees were friendly and provided fast service. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We would absolutely return, and each get our own pork sandwich or Hook and Ladder! Rating from F to A+++, it gets an A+++! read more

This was our first visit to this location. We were greeted as we walked in. Our order was promptly taken with patience as our grand daughter (9) was ordering for herself. ( Thanks, Hudson!) My family comes here every Saturday and has been for years. The staff here is always friendly and helpful and greets us as soon as we walk in. The subs are always yummy and the ingredients taste fresh. I've even ordered one of the standard menu items and requested they switch out one of the meats and they did it no problem. And if you sign up for their rewards program you can get a free sub on your birthday, which is awesome! I have to give a shout out to today's staff because they remained pleasant when I knocked over my freshly filled large soda. It was a total flood and my dad was lucky he had moved out of his seat minutes before as the flood poured right into his seat. I offered to clean up my mess and they wouldn't have it. These guys has one job and they can't do it right maybe they shouldn't be representing fireman. When you can't take direction and simply do there job. Maybe that crew needs to be retrained. And they can't even put the sub together uniformly and I don't think the know where the oil and vinegar are stored...sucked I would of give them no star if I could. read more

I don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to for this. Ordered BOGO Hook and Ladder subs and a can of Coke through Uber Eats. Received a bottle of Sprite and the subs were just gross. Described as "Smoked turkey breast and honey ham smothered with Monterey Jack, served Fully Involved® (mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, deli mustard, and a pickle spear on the side)." There was NO CHEESE, mustard or pickle. What I did receive was drowned in mayo. The lettuce and tomato were sad. I ate maybe 1/4 of a sub, and tossed the rest. I love firehouse subs. Their new sandwiches are really good! I enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich. And my baby girl had her very first kids meal with a turkey sandwich that she seemed to enjoy as well! Staff is very friendly. They always say hello right away, and they continue to check in on you. I rate this location 5 stars because they have great employees and of course the food is always delicious. However, I do wish their restrooms had changing tables!! We place the order to purchase a few sandwiches. We were very detailed with placing our order. In fact, the nice cashier repeated the order back for accuracy. However, when we got home we realized that two of the sandwiches have been improperly made. We make a call to the store and spoke with the manager. We had advised the manager that there was a previous call made with reference to one sandwich, but now we're realizing that there were multiple sandwiches not made to order. The part that gets me is - the manager asked that we bring the sandwiches back there. Ok... Not the receipt, but the sandwiches that occupants of my home had touched while looking to see what was missing on their orders. That immediately grossed me out and I couldn't finished my sandwich. I asked the manager was he seriously asking customers to bring back food that was touched and at someone else's home during these times with COVID 19 being present? He said yes that's the policy... Firehouse is the best fast-food sub place around. The Hook and Ladder is my personal favorite, but the Steamer and Club are great also. My friend suggested topping off my "fully involved" Hook with Capt Sorenson's sauce. This is a semi-spicy bbq sauce. I didn't think it sounded very good, but I tried it and it was delicious. I placed an order to-go & when the order was delivered I realized my sub was missing almost every topping. I called the store to tell them the issue with my sub and the girl who answered hung up on me. When I called back and finally spoke to a "manager" I told her the problem with all the missing toppings (throwing in a light chuckle because I've worked in the food industry too & know that mistakes happen). The manager explained to me that when they received the order that it said I DIDN'T want the toppings that were missing on my sub. I told her that that must've been a mistake because I clicked on the app that those were ALL the toppings I WANTED. I've ordered using the UberEats App more times than I care to admit & Ive never had an issue with ordering from Firehouse Subs on Daniels Rd. But, aside from whether it was my mistake/the UberEats App mistake/ or Firehouse's mistake, the woman was rude & not helpful. She responded with "Well, that's how we received the order" and she left it at that. Seeing that she clearly doesn't know how to work as a manager in the food industry I told her "No worries, I'll just write a review". She replied with "Ok." and then hung up. I didn't even receive an apology for the mistake, nothing! I spent $20 to have a sub with almost nothing on it. I don't need a free sub or anything for free for that matter, that's not the point. I would've been happy with the toppings in a bag. But, after reading all the reviews about the bad food & poor poor management they have, it all makes sense now. This is my first experience at a Firehouse Sub which is a bit ironic since I was a firefighter / paramedic for 6 years. The staff here is very friendly and they keep the premises very clean. So much for the good news.... I ordered the cheesesteak and I have to say the bread is delicious. The meat to bread ratio is also very good. However, the meat was over cooked and under seasoned. The menu says "sauteed"onions and green peppers but basically they are microbaked / microwaved and never developed the wonderful flavor that a true grill sautee develops. They are warm but still crunchy and have the raw taste. Maybe the cold cut subs are okay since the meat comes seasoned but this is not the place to order a cheesesteak. read more

Sort of a last minute choice for lunch. You can never go wrong with Firehouse Subs. I normally wait and hold out for the Kings Hawaiian pork sandwich, but it is a seasonal item and they aren't currently offering it. They say it's more of a Summer item. I settled for the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. I made a good choice because I forgot to take a picture. Very tasty and is also quite good with a side of A1 steak sauce. Also, the fancy Coke machines are always a winner. With all of those drink choices I still go with my favorite...sweet tea. Called to place a catering order, granted close to closing time. They asked permission to put me on hold, but instead hung up on me. I called back, stated what I needed and was put on hold, but I could hear the conversation in the background of apparently the manager and staff member discussing what an inconvenience that I was calling with a catering order. They came to the phone not knowing that I overheard and instead of being thankful for my business immediately said, we only deliver if it's an order of over $100. I stated it likely would be but didn't see prices online. She quipped, "all our prices are online and people see it all the time." That was it. I told her I was taking my business elsewhere and hung up.
