We went to firehouse at 7:20pm(they close at 9pm). The person taking orders appeared disgruntled and it took 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches because the other employees were performing closing duties. We felt it was pretty early in the evening for the staff to be frustrated about customers coming in. We got a chicken bacon ranch with ranch on the side and a meatball sub. Neither sandwich had pickles despite the staff member specially asking if we wanted pickles and the reply was "yes". The food was good but the staff behavior was not what we would expect. read more

First timers! When we came in the gentlemen saying "Welcome to firehouse sounded very annoyed". Nicole we expressed we wanted to do the free birthday sub we received via email. Nicole would not help us stated this was app or online only. I asked her to help with online as I wasn't seeing the option. Nicole refused. I showed her the email that it said in store as well. Nicole still refused. We ordered a Turkey bacon ranch, drink and chips and total was $10. Pretty steep since we only got a small. The sand which was smaller then my hand. read more

Firehouse is known for its excellent subs but its chili shouldn't be overlooked. Mostly meaty (it has a few beans) it's loaded with flavor and mild pepper heat. Another plus: this restaurant is typically clean despite an open dining room and being very busy at peak periods. Friendly staff, too. read more

Service is zero out of zero stars. The girl that took my order didn't speak English. They also don't know how to check gift card balances. Food turned out good however the wait to get the food was the issue. Ordered online and was quoted a 5:55p pick up time. When I arrived there were only 2 employees making sandwiches. I ended up leaving with my food at 6:20p after standing and waiting with several other guests waiting on our orders or walk ins that ordered. The employees didn't even really say much or offer anyone a drink for the wait being so long. I thanked them anyway and know it wasn't their issue. I love my Firehouse Sub, but the manager there with the colored hair is rude. One employee was communicating with a customer as she was getting drinks, the manage loudly states, get those drinks ready (obviously for Door Dash or some other service), then proclaims in front of customers "this is why we pay you for your job", was this really necessary? I responded, "that's kind of brutal". Being a manager and director myself, I would never see me belittling an employee ever; but to do that in a public area. There should be management training skills to iron out or weed out these manager's who think they are the king of the store. This is not the first time seeing this. But it make me wonder why staffing is short handed and sometime unhappy faces. read more

The sweet and spicy meatball is out of this world. The other sandwiches are comparable to jimmy johns & subway. But.... I love hot sauce and love the idea of mixing and matching different hot sauces on my sandwiches. Sometimes I like to keep it simple so I can focus on the sauce. I never thought I'd like hot sauce on my sandwich, but you really can't go wrong with mango habanero (sweet and spicy) kick on anything! I've been here a year or so ago, and I loved it. Just came the other day, and was not so happy with it. We ordered a couple sandwiches and got some chips. After three tries of people that didn't show up, I finally received my meal. Word of advice for the store. Ask who the people are that are standing in your store so they can be taken care of. Stopped in for a quick dinner last night since I had a birthday coupon and there super close to my house. Loved the decor here, super cute and everything is in theme and subs are named with the firehouse theme as well. They will even give your kids fireman hats, super cute. They have a pretty good selection of hot and cold subs, size S, M, L- M being 6 inches and L being a foot long I believe. They offer a few salads as well. I opted for a M hot italian and instead of bread asked for over a bed of lettuce and they were super easy going about it. Their service was great, super quick and they were all very friendly. I got my salad/sandwich to go and it was awesome. The meat and cheese was hot and had the toppings and italian dressing over a huge bed of lettuce. Was really nice to see that you can make this place a little healthier/low carb/ keto friendly- definitely opens up more options for dieting people. Good prices as well. read more

Finally! I tried this sub sandwich chain that everybody always speaks highly about. This place did not disappoint. I came in and was greeted with super friendly staff who gave me a well detailed and well-informed tour of the menu and all their options which made it much easier for me to make my decision. With that decision I went with the hometown favorite and at hot specialty sandwich that was noted here on Yelp, the beef brisket and cheddar. It was fantastic, and I feel it was at fair value. I most definitely, most definitely love the wide array of hot sauces. I love hot sauce! They had them categorized from a heat level arranging for 1 through 10, they were labeled with stickers. I also thought that soda machine they have with 150 plus flavors was also legit. I had seen it before , but I had not really used this awesome machine often. It was a treat! I enjoyed my experience at Firehouse so much I had to come back the next day to try the New York steamer and capture that Duke title really quick, because I knew nobody else had it yet. Lol. The New York steamer consisted of corn beef pastrami and a melted cheese I can't remember what it was I inhaled a sandwich too quickly to take a picture of it. That is one of mine faults I guess. I had a buddy bring me here about 3 weeks ago he was raving about it, so I figured why not. I'm going to have to say the sandwiches are very good as for the cole slaw for my side, I would have to give that 1 star. I just decided to put a bunch of hot sauce to give it some kind of flavor. I tried firehouse subs a few weeks ago after a workout. The staff was very helpful when I asked about which sandwich had the most meat. The sub I ordered was the big philly and cheese with sautéed mushrooms. The sandwich was outstanding. It cost me 10 dollars. Their vast collection of hot sauces was something that I found very cool.
