Best. Fried chicken. I've ever had…read more This place was on my list for idk how long and I went since my friend was craving fried chicken and it was near us both! There were a few groups/families upon arrival, but there was also a bit of a wait. I suspect everything was made to order and TRUST ME, the wait was worth it. It came out piping hot and so so delicious. I CLEANED the bones. And had I not taken a breath, I would've finished it all, but I couldn't. I was stuffed. You already know I took the left overs home and air fried those bad boys and it was still so so good!! I am still thinking about this place, drooling to go back for more. They must have remodeled because I did not see a walk up window anymore. There was indoor dining with plenty of tables/wooden booths available. If you haven't gone, you NEED TO GO!!

Omgggggggggg!!!!! We love this place. We tried it for the 1st time back in October at a birthday…read moreparty and had been trying to get over to St. Charles for awhile to get some more. Now peep this..........when we initially tried their fried chicken it was room temperature, might as well say cold. We arrived a little late to the party but when I tell you this chicken was good cold. We took some chicken home and reheated it in the trusty toaster oven.....not the air fryer even though we have one and JUST LIKE THAT it was revived to it's former glory. We stopped in Saturday night to pick-up some eats to go. The owner (the lady) was working the front counter while hee husband was in the kitchen cooking up a storm. When I tell you how incredibly sweet and kind this lady was........omgggggggggg We ordered the 4 pice wing special with fries and a 3 pice bresst combo that included two sides so we went with the beer battered onion rings and family recipe Mac-N-Cheese that was made with jalapeños and red peppers I think. We opted for only the hot sauce as a condiment. EVERYTHING is made to order so there is usually a 20 minute wait. No problem we left and went to Aldi down the street. We returned and our food was ready, hot as fish grease and DELICIOUS as ever. We had leftovers of course which we ate Sunday morning for breakfast and Monday morning. We found our new favorite chicken spot. We're working our way through the menu, want to try the fried catfish and other sides as well. I've been recommending this spot ever since. Definitely run and check out this family restaurant. There is indoor seating available, plenty of parking and I believe a drive thru.

I have a family member who absolutely loves their burgers and the spicy fry sauce. I do enjoy the onion rings and skinny fries. The frozen custard is quite good and the Reeses is my favorite. You can get your frozen custard as a concrete, a Sunday or a shake. The iced tea is brewed fresh. They have a private parking lot with plenty of parking.

First (and last) time at this Freddy's. Went in and ordered 2 Freddy Double combo meals and a jar…read moreof seasoning. Paid and went to sit down in a booth. Every booth had crumbs, catsup, spilled soda or trash on it. I went to the counter to ask for a wet rag so I could wipe down the tabletops . Now you would think management would be a little embarrassed. Nope the manager took a wet rag out of the bucket, rung it out and handed it to me. I proceeded to wipe off 6 tables. Upon giving the rag back to the manager, no thank you , no apology. The food was prepared and it was good. My wife said did you look at the receipt? The placards on the counter next to the register indicated the bottle of seasoning was $4.29. The receipt reflected $5.99 was what I was charged for the bottle. Upon going up to the register I asked the cashier how much was the bottle of seasoning. He looked at the placard and said $4.29. I showed him my receipt and he replied, "I guess it went up a little". I asked for the manager who was leaning against the wall. He came over and I informed him of the difference in price. He did not know how to refund money back to my debit card so he gave me cash. He then left the register not giving a care about the improper pricing displayed for seasoning, or correcting it. My advice drive by it there are restaurants all over the area.
