Right before i went inside, i watched a family drop off a person who looked like they worked here. At the same time, they also dropped off their trash. Not in a can. But in the parking lot. When i came inside i was greeted with smiles and great service. I love coming into this location, and the food is always fresh and made to order. The people/employees at the registers are always very kind and outgoing. They're super quick to get your order. However, just keep in mind it does take a little bit longer to get your food. I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at Culver's. The customer service was downright awful. The three employees I interacted with had monotone voices and displayed absolutely no attentiveness or welcoming attitude. It felt like they were just going through the motions with no care for the customer experience. To make matters worse, while going through the drive-thru, I noticed around 10 workers in the main lobby area standing around, looking visibly annoyed and careless. The overall vibe was unprofessional and uninviting. The highlight of our visit was Nick. He ran our food out to us. He was kind, had a smile, and thanked us for coming to Culver's. What I love about Culver's: Obviously, their scrumptious custard. Like today's flavor, midnight toffee: espresso and dark chocolate with bits of heath bar. I mean, C'mon! Lots of mixed baby greens, not that pale iceberg you expect from fast food joints. Really good stuff. Grilled chicken burger: The chicken is good and usually moist and flavorful. I'd say this is a strong like. Don't love: GF bun- yes, it's so cool that they have GF buns. BUT they are served in a baggie that is all steamy. The bun is moist and a tad soggy. Halfway through eating your burger, the bun will completely fall apart, leaving you with a naked patty, a scrap of lettuce, and a slice of tomato. So sad. Hate: Their straw wrappers! (October'22) They're these clear straws with clear plastic wrappers. They're really hard to unwrap. Like grab it with your teeth hard. That's so unladylike! Going to Culver's is our tournament treat - whenever we are traveling for a hockey tournament, we try to find a Culver's since there are none around us. We visited this location four times in five days. They have good burgers, good variety, and amazing custards. The service is has always been good and they bring your food to your table once it is ready. The price is reasonable for what you get and we always had a good experience. There is a drive-thru and patio seating in addition to in-door seating. It is casual but can get busy during lunch and dinner rushes, but they seem to keep people moving through. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again. read more

This better than normal fast-food restaurant offers kid's meal- that my old self can order that supplies me with a regular sized hamburger and free refills on my drink. The burger was excellent with all the toppings. The bonus is the free scoop of ice cream for dessert. The dining room was surrounded by windows but the sun above only gave a view of the parking lot. I did have good enough lighting to realize the wood paneling was faux... However, the attempt for ambiance of a welcoming experience is appreciated. They are attempting to have a second drive through lane, similar to chick fil a. But isn't isn't working. The employee outside is on a cell phone, passing orders to someone inside the store. It's strange and making several people in line uncomfortable. They are sticking a post with a number to your car and having you park in a numbered spot to wait for food. Not a good system and took entirely too long for my food to come out. People that were in line and ordered after me got their food before me. Employees were wandering around confused looking for which cars they were to deliver food to. They need better organization if they're going to try to do something like this. read more

Placed on order online for pickup 90 minutes in advance as we were driving through on a 16 hour drive. Arrived at the specified time and was told my order would not be ready for another 15 minutes because they needed time to cook it. The staff were friendly and apologetic, and comped custards for my kids while we waited. When I finally got my order, it was missing two major items (a corn dog and an eight piece chicken tenders) and I had to remind them about our drinks.
