I went there last night to get my favorite sandwich, #9. Italian beef. Unfortunately, it will be my last time. Your prices have again went up! I paid 12 dollars for a sandwich and a soda no chips with a five dollar off coupon. If I didn't have the coupon it would've been $17. That is highway robbery and ridiculous! Your prices are so inflated, you will probably go out of business! It's unbelievable! And, you had 5 kids working with no customers. First time here. Staff was great, friendly and helpful with menu items. My grandbabies loves the white cheddar Mac and cheese, they usually share but they both loved it so much we bought a second one and they ate that too! We got a #13 with peppers and mozzarella and it was excellent! One got the veggie and said it was great too, also got the BLTC and it was very good. Whenever I'm at my parent's house we will order from here, and have for many years. Food is always great and nice staff. I almost always get the buffalo chicken sandwich, but the pizzas and sides are super delicious too. I have been very disappointed with my deliveries the last several times. They don't have the pick two offer anymore, my tomato soup has a layer of oil on top and was not edible and my sandwich was burnt. I feel they have gone downhill over the last several months. This was my very first time coming to this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a chicken caesar salad and a bowl of tomato soup. The salad was crisp and the croutons were crunchy and delicious, I liked the dressing as well. I enjoy a bowl of soup all year round and I was not disappointed with this soup, it was mouthwatering and I will have to go back and get some to store for later. I struggle with my review. My first trip here started with a request for Pastrami. It wasn't up on the menu at all, so I asked the counter for help. The puzzled response was "Past what???" How does one in the sandwich business not know one of the biggest classic meat choices available? That having been said, I later came back to enjoy a far more pedestrian ham and cheese sandwich. It fit the bill a lot better than other places around for sandwiches, but still seems like it's missing something. The people and the location are great. The food was mostly above average... but not exciting. The namesake choice, the pickle, seemed rather unremarkable, even more so with the wide variety of pickle choices in the greater area around the shop. Almost went with a 3 for dissing the pastrami.... but my scores are about the actual experience. read more

First time here and it was great! I ordered the broccoli cheese soup and club sandwich. The soup was so tasty and the sandwich was loaded with all the meats and veggies. Did not skimp on the ingredients. My hubs ordered the cuban sandwich, he said my sandwich is excellent! He also ordered the pulled pork mac n cheese and oh my gosh so very good. I don't usually eat mac & cheese but I asked for a bite and went back for a second bite. Yes, I did, it was just that delicious. First off, I was supposed to wait for my wife to go with me because we have passed it another of times since we moved here, but never stopped to try it! A few days ago, I was in the area and had an appointment close by and saw the restaurant just glaring at me, so I thought, what the heck, let's try it! I ordered the turkey melt sandwich, and it was very, very good! Toasted to perfection, the only way to eat a sandwich in my book, and I also ordered a bag of chips and a Pickleman's bottle of water! When I went to pay, the cookies were just too yummy to pass up, so I added one of those to my order also! Pickleman's is one of those places, "I'd take it or leave it". I was a victim of their social media marketing when they followed me on Instagram, then they liked a few of my photos, and suddenly they stopped following me. Well played, guys. It worked. But I wasn't really that impressed. I've been to two different Pickleman's locations, and they were alright. It's always hard to keep in mind they are mostly a deli. The one thing that stands out in my mind is, while their sandwiches were good, Pickleman's doesn't offer any of them bigger than 6". Thought that was very strange. Yes, I was still hungry. I did have a couple slices of my nephew's pizza from here, and it was okay. Any place that has the "Coke Remix" machine (or whatever its really called) wins points with me. If a Pickleman's location opens up in my town, I won't get that excited though a lot of people may be. read more

Thank god their food is good. Their delivery is just awful. I have ordered an Italian beef several times and every time, they forget the sauce that comes with the sandwich. Sometimes, they forget the peppers, too. Even when you leave a note, they still forget it. They don't really offer anything except to drive the sauce back to you. By then, your sandwich is cold. Management doesn't seem to care either. Really frustrated with their delivery service, so probably won't use them again. read more

Pickleman's is a regional chain with locations in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Arkansas. As "gourmet" in the name implies, it's several steps above Subway. Meats, for example, taste more deli-like than out of a plastic bag. Sandwiches, soups, salads, and pizza are made to order. A you-pick-two deal is a good value. My Italian sandwich was on the smallish size (slightly under 6 inches) but also didn't have an oversize baguette dominating the meat and cheese. It was delicious. The half romaine, half spinach salad was a nice portion by itself and fresh tasting. But, the potato chips I added--Deep River Rosemary and Olive Oil--wonderful! Don't skip the chips! Placed an order right as they opened and had all 6 workers working on just my order. My bill was 110 bucks which is fine, idc at all about that. But they forgot, 8 pickles, garlic cheese bread, and 4 cookies. I drove it all the way out to my clinic in warrenton just to realize it. I called and asked them to bring it out and they refused and didn't even make it right with a refund or anything. I'm easy going but this was just weird as f*uck.
