Placed an online order, took 9 mins longer than it was suppose to be. Then they didn't give me my fries. I drive 20 mins home after a long day. Go to call them 20x over 30 mins... just busy every single time. This is the 2nd time they have messed up my order. I am not driving all the way back there. This video was right after we got our order btw, the service wasn't good the manager was shaking her head through the window and looking at us rudely If she wanted to not work in fast food she could have tried going to college the concrete we ordered looked like soup off rip, genuinely thought it was a shake so I had to double check. Stirred it around to see if it was just the top layer and it wasn't the whole thing looked like they left it sitting out to melt while we waited for our ice cream. I rarely visit Culver's. I find it to be pretty much the same as Dairy Queen., another fast food place I rarely visit. To me both places serve uninspired, often overcooked food heavy on dressings and sauces that overshadow real food taste. Where Culver's is distinctive is its variety of fresh salads and soups. I had a small garden salad and almost fresh tasting chicken soup . The soup broth was overly salty but tolerable with an abundance of noodles and carrots. read more

This location gets very busy but mostly moves people through at a decent pace. My dog goes nuts when we take him here, as he highly recommends their pup cups. The food was actuallly quite good. The topic for discussion is the service. The manager was an absolute jackass. He came up to me while I was filling up the drink I payed for and took it out of my hands and pored it out. He kicked me and 2 others out because one got a drink and the cashier messed up one of the orders and said he got a water cup. We went thru the drive thru this afternoon and the lady working drive thru is the absolute BEST customer service cashier I have experienced in all of st Charles county. Very very good at her job. As far as fast food goes, Culver's is the upper echelon, and this is a well ran location. Food is always hot and fresh; fries are standard crinkle cut - but they have many side choices; you can even get mashed potatoes and gravy with your burger if you so wish or their famous cheese curds. They have great onion rings, and excellent fried Cod dinners. Culvers makes their own root beer which is very good, frozen custard is good. Culvers is like a WAY better version of Freddie's. And another plus - they recently switched from Pepsi to Coke products. Its a great place for a burger, or to hit the drive thru for a shake or concrete. Their custard isn't Fritz's or Ted Drewes but its on par with someplace like Lion's Choice and good enough. My kid likes the free ice cream with the kids meal. read more

We love Culver's but were disappointed with the service tonight. We didn't discover we were missing a hamburger until we got home. We drove back to pick up our missing burger, to then return home and discover they gave us the wrong hamburger. Not worth the third trip back there to fix this problem. I can't get enough butter burgers with the cheese curds. I eat here all the time and they have one of my favorite burgers. I will say my last visit the meat was burnt, but quality is usally not an issue on my visits. The custard is the icing on the cake. I usally get a kit kat concrete. read more

Shocked that I'm only just now writing a review for this because I've been a frequent visitor for years since my office is near here. When I say frequent, I'd say at least 1 time quarterly I visit. Between the burgers, crispy chicken and fish sandwich, those are typically my rotation choices. I've not ever had a meal from here that didn't meet my expectations. Everything is always very fresh and veggies are crisp. My only gripe with Culver's is that they carry Pepsi products to which I'm not a fan of, so I rarely have a beverage with my meal unless I'm eating in. The dessert, custard, is always tasty, but I try my best not to indulge. lol read more

I really wish I could give Culver's 3 1/2 stars for my experience today, but I decided that since I cannot give a half star, I would over-star it. I have been to this location several times, and have been impressed with the employees on nearly every visit. Today was no exception. The girl who took my order was extremely courteous and helpful when I forgot the name of the flavor-of-the-day. She was just as nice at the window. I hope they are treating their employees well because I know that some establishments... well... don't. I have to drive by Culver's to get to my home, which sorta sucks. Culver's, for me, is like a big, amazing liquor store with a drive-thru that offers really alcohol-ey drinks by the single serving for a person who is trying to get sober. I love their chocolate custard with hot fudge and Oreo cookies, but obviously this is not a good thing to eat if you're trying to lose weight. I avoid stopping here because I know how bad it is. Today, however, I saw Banana's Foster as the flavor-of-the-day, and am still not feeling quite up to par since attending Oktoberfest in Soulard. I admit it, my will power was miniscule. My work-out really meant nothing after my stop. I was really looking forward to trying this flavor, as I've seen it several times and resisted. I wish I would have done the same thing today. I had just a few small pieces of banana in my small serving. It really just tasted like vanilla custard (which I am not inclined to order). I wouldn't advise ordering this particular flavor, and wouldn't get it again. Like I said, though... the chocolate custard is pretty awesome, and I would certainly order that again. I know that I'm not reviewing anyone else's review, but I don't understand Mark O's review. They shouldn't be judged on their nutritional value. Clearly, a restaurant that advertises butter burgers isn't going to be a healthy place. If you're looking to eat healthy, don't dine here. It is clearly not a health food establishment. Awesome burgers, divine custard and rooty tooty root beer. It's not a recipe for weight loss, but soooo worth the cheat! To top it off the place is very well managed. The restaurant is clean, the staff is fast and friendly. Your Butter Burgers arrive at your table hot and juicy! Kudos to Culver's for providing very detailed allergy information. Most of their competitors just slap a "may contain peanuts" warning on all the doors. If you have a member of the family with peanut allergies it's nice to know there's a place like Culver's that has taken the time to provide clear ingredient information on every item on the menu. read more

My sister called me last week and said there was a special at Culver's. One dollar butter burgers! Some how I thought I had been there before. When I arrived I discovered I was wrong. The burgers were actually really good. Similar to Steak & Shake only they seemed to be a little bigger. They also have great frozen custard. I had a chocolate frozen custard with chocolate sauce and Reese's peanut butter chunks. I ordered my food at the counter and the sat down. The food was brought to the table quickly. I would say the service was quick but not to friendly. I will totally be going back for the burgers! read more

The employees who closed at this Culver's location on Saturday 06/29/2019 were incredibly passive aggressive and discourteous to us. We went into the restaurant around 9:50PM because we saw on their website that on Saturdays they are open until 11PM. Less than ten minutes into eating our meal, they began cleaning the tables around us and loudly telling each other to turn off the TVs and the lights. At this point we were confused as to why they were cleaning and closing so early, because not a single one of them gave us any heads up that they were closing. We then quickly packed our remaining food and left without hearing a word from any of the employees. If the hours on the website for the Highway K Culvers are wrong then they should be updated, but if the hours are in fact correct, then somebody should inform the workers who closed on Saturday, June 29th. read more

Culver's is a branded chain that offers burgers and a few other variety of sandwich's. They also offer Sunday's and milk shakes but it's again just average. Great service great staff and a good place for lunch. A bit pricey dinner for me and my wife cost us $20.00. read more

We aren't doing business with this Culver's anymore. We've had a couple "just okay" meals from this location while the same meal down the highway on Mexico Rd is wonderful. Recently we decided to stop for concretes and ordered a "pup cup" for our dog. When we got to the window it was about $3.50 more than it should have been. I asked why and they charged us for the pup cup. He said they don't give them away at that location and we had to pay for a small dish of custard. Normally I wouldn't fuss but seriously....the other Culver's do it. And why didn't he tell me when I ordered. Think we will stick with the Mexico Rd location. Where do they get these nice employees?? When I'm hungry and down in this end of K I can't go wrong with their chicken strips. Always hot and delicious. Their priced a bit high so not five star worthy. Burgers are solid too. Not as good as say It's a Better Burger (local place) but better than Steak and Shake. read more
