The order and pick-up had me curious... An advertisement for a free medium pizza hooked me to try the pizza. Buying a salad was my personal best choice in spending the additional $3.99 to get the free pizza. Waiting for the pizza at the restaurant had me introduced to the workers and some of their families that came to pick up their orders. ( More of a family restaurant vibe than a chain restaurant.) I wish they offered more dining seating and more restrooms for dining at the restaurant. Once the pizza and salad were made I left on this rainy night for home... Wishing I paid for delivery. Once home- the pizza was thin crust, but seemed like standard cheese (versus StL's proof) and was good. Like most have said, this location is hit or miss. Mostly miss lately. Last pizza was a large pep/sausage Magnifico for $31.00, delivered with tip. Delivery stopped tracking. Excellent pizza but Missing a slice!! suspect the cook, because one of the pieces was cut twice, and we could not make a circle out if it. Doesn't really matter now. It's hit or miss with this location. I've ordered before for delivery, was quoted approximately 30-40 minutes for the pizza and had to call after an hour to see where my pizza was. Then when it's delivered it's cold. Last night I ordered and was quoted a 6:17pm delivery time at checkout. I was ordering for my sons, and forgot about the pizza until 6:45 when I texted my son to see if it arrived. It had not yet. I tracked it online and it was showing as "on the way." The delivery person texted me at 7:30pm that the pizza was just delivered. Two hours after ordering "ASAP" we finally got the pizza - on a Tuesday night. Got wrong topping on one of the pizza, staff member realized it before giving to me but was told by boss to put the wrong order on the bottom and act like nothing happened. I saw the whole thing and told the first person I interacted with, who then did offer to remake it but it would be way later. I took a minute to call family member for suggestions and that's when things started to go wrong. I was then left standing there for 30-40 minutes while my pizza getting colder and colder. While a staff member standing behind the counter swearing and cursing because they were having 15 orders (I thought it was a good thing that they are having so many business, but apparently they are not appreciating that) another staff member ( the one who first saw the order was wrong but was told to put it on the bottom) was looking at me and I waved my bank card at him and was getting ready to pay. He walked to me and started in a hostile attitude " what's wrong?! What's going on?! What's wrong?!" I have a 4-year-old with me and he was talking like I was gonna fight him or something (I'm a 5'5" size small girl btw). So I said " You know what's wrong. But you know what, I'm just gonna pay for it so that I can go." Then his attitude changed a bit and was telling another person "She is ready to pay for her order". Then he got agitated again when the register machine was jammed and repeated " I'm clicking it, I'm clicking it, I'm clicking it 4/5 times!" My fault??? After paying that order I realized I really shouldn't after his terrible attitude. Another customer was speaking up for me but they totally ignored her of course they would ignore her! Most time my husband pickup the order so I rarely go inside. But today, whaaaooo!!! Sorry guys but I might have to start to spread the words now. They delivered my food and I had a salad missing and when I noticed the salad was missing I had already tipped the delivery person $20. They said that that would replace it but I would have to come pick it up. Considering that it wasn't my fault, I shouldn't have to pick up a salad in which I was charged a delivery fee and in addition gave the person who del my order a $20 tip. This was my first time trying this place but it was my last. I feel if you give poor service you have to be accountable for the mistake and not make it the customers burden. I guess some places don't care about repeat customers so they offered a refund and that is how much they cared, saying " I'm sorry that happened to you but there is No way we can have someone deliver the salad we forgot to give you, sorry." read more

The store located on mexico road in O'fallon is AWFUL. I would give them 0 stars if I could based on customer service alone. The only male in-store worker/manager on 9/13 between 3:30-4pm cusses at customers and is extremely rude. Highly recommend they reevaluate their staff. read more

This was a pretty awesome surprise. We ended up ordering from here because we had a surprise stop on a road trip. The guy at the hotel suggested Domino's over this. I'm actually glad that we chose here. We went with the Sausage Magnifico and the Pepperoni Magnifico since they were the special. They did not disappoint us by any means. The kids chowed down on them. They combined a couple of free crust flavors for us, the garlic butter and the parmesan one. They loved it. One of them grabbed the other kid's pizza and ate the edge of her crust. The delivery was very timely even though I ordered close to their closing time. The delivery guy was absolutely the nicest guy. My daughter's boyfriend was really impressed by him. Their prices were reasonable. I can't complain. read more

Marco's has become our favorite pizza place. The service is quick and the people are friendly. They always have deals and the pizza is extra cheesy. Not a ton of sauce but we don't mind. Our favorite part is the crust when they add the garlic butter and parmesan cheese. We haven't tried the other crust options because we fell in love with this one. The cheesy garlic bread is good too (similar to the crust). It's also a nice bonus to receive a free movie rental right next door! read more

i ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. They said it will only take 15 minutes and I said ok and looked for a movie. They were busy so it took 30 minutes for my order. When they called me saying my order is ready another guy walked in and ordered another cheesy bread and they gave them mine. So I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for another to be made. Wouldn't refund my money so I had to wait. 45 minutes later I finally walked out. Poor customer service. read more
