Two times in a row the order took over an hour to complete. When I brought it up to the staff, they said they didn't care. This was our regular go to pizza place. No more, we will taking our business somewhere else. read more

The order and pick-up had me curious... An advertisement for a free medium pizza hooked me to try the pizza. Buying a salad was my personal best choice in spending the additional $3.99 to get the free pizza. Waiting for the pizza at the restaurant had me introduced to the workers and some of their families that came to pick up their orders. ( More of a family restaurant vibe than a chain restaurant.) I wish they offered more dining seating and more restrooms for dining at the restaurant. Once the pizza and salad were made I left on this rainy night for home... Wishing I paid for delivery. Once home- the pizza was thin crust, but seemed like standard cheese (versus StL's proof) and was good. The Greek salad vegetables were great and well packed in the container (the soybean oil dressing was the only let-down). I am a fan after my first visit. . read more

I'd choose these guys over Pizza Hut any day of the week. The supreme with chicken added on is

Like most have said, this location is hit or miss. Mostly miss lately. Last pizza was a large pep/sausage Magnifico for $31.00, delivered with tip. Delivery stopped tracking. Excellent pizza but Missing a slice!! suspect the cook, because one of the pieces was cut twice, and we could not make a circle out if it. Doesn't really matter now. There's other pizza places to eat at. read more

I love, love, love this place!! The employee's are so sweet and great ppl. But, oh, gosh, the pizza is hard to beat!! Very reasonably priced!! (This one I'm talking about is in Wentzville). I could truly eat it every day!! We get the pepp, pineapple & gr pepper pizza! read more

Pizza is OK. Reminds me of Domino's. Chicken wings, more soggy and undercooked. Best thing is the price. It's cheaper than most places. Service was friendly and good. read more

It's hit or miss with this location. I've ordered before for delivery, was quoted approximately 30-40 minutes for the pizza and had to call after an hour to see where my pizza was. Then when it's delivered it's cold. Last night I ordered and was quoted a 6:17pm delivery time at checkout. I was ordering for my sons, and forgot about the pizza until 6:45 when I texted my son to see if it arrived. It had not yet. I tracked it online and it was showing as "on the way." The delivery person texted me at 7:30pm that the pizza was just delivered. Two hours after ordering "ASAP" we finally got the pizza - on a Tuesday night. Unfortunately, I think I am done ordering with this location. I may have to pick up from Wentzville. read more

Got wrong topping on one of the pizza, staff member realized it before giving to me but was told by boss to put the wrong order on the bottom and act like nothing happened. I saw the whole thing and told the first person I interacted with, who then did offer to remake it but it would be way later. I took a minute to call family member for suggestions and that's when things started to go wrong. I was then left standing there for 30-40 minutes while my pizza getting colder and colder. While a staff member standing behind the counter swearing and cursing because they were having 15 orders (I thought it was a good thing that they are having so many business, but apparently they are not appreciating that) another staff member ( the one who first saw the order was wrong but was told to put it on the bottom) was looking at me and I waved my bank card at him and was getting ready to pay. He walked to me and started in a hostile attitude " what's wrong?! What's going on?! What's wrong?!" I have a 4-year-old with me and he was talking like I was gonna fight him or something (I'm a 5'5" size small girl btw). So I said " You know what's wrong. But you know what, I'm just gonna pay for it so that I can go." Then his attitude changed a bit and was telling another person "She is ready to pay for her order". Then he got agitated again when the register machine was jammed and repeated " I'm clicking it, I'm clicking it, I'm clicking it 4/5 times!" My fault??? After paying that order I realized I really shouldn't after his terrible attitude. Another customer was speaking up for me but they totally ignored her of course they would ignore her! Most time my husband pickup the order so I rarely go inside. But today, whaaaooo!!! Sorry guys but I might have to start to spread the words now. Did I mention one of my pizza is smaller than the other one? read more

Marco's Pizza - Did I mention my order was supposed to be XL? So I got a hexagon probably large. My other XL pizza on the same order is definitely bigger. - Salad Near Me - Saint Peters, Missouri

They delivered my food and I had a salad missing and when I noticed the salad was missing I had already tipped the delivery person $20. They said that that would replace it but I would have to come pick it up. Considering that it wasn't my fault, I shouldn't have to pick up a salad in which I was charged a delivery fee and in addition gave the person who del my order a $20 tip. This was my first time trying this place but it was my last. I feel if you give poor service you have to be accountable for the mistake and not make it the customers burden. I guess some places don't care about repeat customers so they offered a refund and that is how much they cared, saying " I'm sorry that happened to you but there is No way we can have someone deliver the salad we forgot to give you, sorry." read more

Love the pizza and the delivery guy is nice. I also love the loyalty program that they have.

Uses doordash without informing or asking you and takes an hour to an hour and a half to get to your door

place is disgusting and unsanitary so much mold and dust workers don't use gloves, hairnets etc. wasn't anywhere to sit floor is disgusting in the middle of the pizza making workers scratched face and hair touched clothes never recommend coming here read more

The store located on mexico road in O'fallon is AWFUL. I would give them 0 stars if I could based on customer service alone. The only male in-store worker/manager on 9/13 between 3:30-4pm cusses at customers and is extremely rude. Highly recommend they reevaluate their staff. read more

0 stars if I could. I ordered a large pepperoni and green olive pizza. I got it home and there were literally only 6 green olives on the whole large. What a joke. No wonder places like this are going out of business. Absolutely terrible. read more

Tracy at the St. Peter's Mexico rd. location went above and beyond to help me get delivery to Lake St. Louis. I wasn't able to execute the order online and she worked her magic and customer service to save me money with a coupon! Haven't had service like that in a very long time! Thank you Tracey! :) read more

Great service we ordered salad , pizza and cheesy bread. The pizza and cheesy bread was hot and delicious. We will be definitely going back.

The crust is what makes a pizza for me. The hand tossed pizza crust at Marco's Pizza is some of the best. They have a 10 inch single topping pizza for $4.99. I always get hand tossed crust. Beyond delicious! You will thank me the rest of your life!!! read more

I think we found our new pizza joint! Cheesy bread was delicious! Pizza was great too. It's right next to Family Video and we received a coupon for a free movie. We will definitely be back. We have tried just about every pizza place btw K and Jungerman and this one is the winner. read more

This was a pretty awesome surprise. We ended up ordering from here because we had a surprise stop on a road trip. The guy at the hotel suggested Domino's over this. I'm actually glad that we chose here. We went with the Sausage Magnifico and the Pepperoni Magnifico since they were the special. They did not disappoint us by any means. The kids chowed down on them. They combined a couple of free crust flavors for us, the garlic butter and the parmesan one. They loved it. One of them grabbed the other kid's pizza and ate the edge of her crust. The delivery was very timely even though I ordered close to their closing time. The delivery guy was absolutely the nicest guy. My daughter's boyfriend was really impressed by him. Their prices were reasonable. I can't complain. read more

Best chain pizza place. We make a special trip to get it and it's worth the drive. The old world pepperoni is so delicious. Add the garlic and cheeses to the crust and it takes the pizza to a whole new level. read more

I had this for the first time since I started driving by this place a few years ago. I now know why I never just went in to order. If I hadn't gotten this pizza at an event for $5, there is now way I would have paid $14 for it. It's not horrible, but I think Little Ceasar's taste better and that's not saying much! If you want sub-par pizza, that's overpriced for what it is, this is your place! read more

This place is vastly understaffed and incompetent. Three times in a row we have had something wrong with our order and it had to be remade. Last night was an epic disaster. Nothing was ready when we arrived, 20 min later they couldn't find our order again. Then to top it off they made our pizza and salad wrong. We decided to leave without any food after waiting over 30 min. Man I Wish Bellacinos was still open because I won't ever be coming back here. read more

i always get great food & service at Marco's on mexico rd. i'm on a low carb diet & there are many options..plain wings.. meatball bake..salads..pizza bowl-(amazing pizza toppings & sauce no crust.)..& they have Pepsi - not coke.. read more

Marco's has become our favorite pizza place. The service is quick and the people are friendly. They always have deals and the pizza is extra cheesy. Not a ton of sauce but we don't mind. Our favorite part is the crust when they add the garlic butter and parmesan cheese. We haven't tried the other crust options because we fell in love with this one. The cheesy garlic bread is good too (similar to the crust). It's also a nice bonus to receive a free movie rental right next door! read more

Really liked this place. Great Flavors, great service. Getting ready to place our next order.

I'm changing my review YET AGAIN because seriously this place has gone downhill. Poor customer service, overly greasy pizza (literally dripping out of the box last time) and they spend way too much money sending me mailers every week from the manager saying "we haven't had you order in a while". No thanks. I'll take Little Cesar's over this place any day - and that's sad. read more

Very good pizza. Some of the best in the area. Can't say that for the salad. Needs some improvement.

Pizza was on par with Domino's. Very disappointed. There are too many great pizza places close by to waste money here. read more

1 star not for the pizza but for the people who work there. Pizza is good but can't get an x-large in thin crust ? Really! Will getting pizza from Papa-Johns from now on. read more

i ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. They said it will only take 15 minutes and I said ok and looked for a movie. They were busy so it took 30 minutes for my order. When they called me saying my order is ready another guy walked in and ordered another cheesy bread and they gave them mine. So I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for another to be made. Wouldn't refund my money so I had to wait. 45 minutes later I finally walked out. Poor customer service. read more

I like the pizza But, do not use the online order it never works. Then when you call it in the person on the phone sounds like it just a big pain to help you. They send letters to get a pizza special but you have to use it ASAP. They are about to loose a customer . I know I'm just one person up I was telling people get the food there . I will not be doing that any more read more

After an hour and a half wait we called to find they delivered our order somewhere else. Then when they finally sent pizza out it was pretty basic. Dominoes is even better. Salad however was great! Surprisingly. Overall don't waste your money. read more

Good pizza at a good price, better than domino's or papa john's if you're in the mood for hand tossed pie. Try the parmesan dusted crust!
