Used to go here all the time and was very good. Today got a toasted 12 beach club. There was so little turkey in it I thought they forgot it. Usually it's falling off the sandwich. I even called the store to tell them they forgot it. Said it was under the cheese and the tiny amount that was there was hidden under the cheese. Last time I ordered from this location, it took an hour to get my delivery, and when I called to check on the order, they acted inconvenienced. Today I ordered pickup, got a message that it was ready, came in and waited for another 20 mins. Then they started making the lady behind me's order before mine. I stopped here passing through town. The service was very fast and friendly. I asked for a small cup so I could get some water for my dog who was waiting in the car. They gladly gave me a cup and then asked what kind of dog it was. I told them and then when my sandwich was ready they gave me some roast beef slices for my dog! It was so sweet! I'm confused by the low scores, so I felt compelled to write my review. This location is probably 3 min from my office and I frequent them at least every other month. I'm primarily a fan of the #11 Country Club, easy mayo. Ingredients are always fresh and I love their bread. So I have to say I have never been so disappointed with this Jimmy John's before but today I am extremely upset in their decision to not want my business. As a regular not only in house but for delivery business also I was told that due to "new corporate policy" they can no longer deliver to me. First off they are a franchise so I don't know how corporate has anything to say how much money they can make or who they can sell too. I could understand if they were infringing into another locations territory but they aren't! But because of this I will never visit this location again and whenever someone I know suggests to go there I will definitely have something to say to sway their choice! Definitely a fan of the JJ......they have a good selection, the sandwiches are tasty, service is super quick, and the prices are very reasonable. On the downside.....they only have 8'' sandwiches- at Subway you at least get to pick between 6'' and 12''. When I'm really hungry, 8'' don't cut it, though the sans do tend to be pretty substantial. I went into the store and ordered a sandwich. I was waiting for them to ask me what type of bread I wanted etc. The next thing I know they handed me the sandwich on white bread! Fast service, yes, but No one thought to ask me if I wanted wheat? And when I mention that I wanted wheat but no one asked, they did offer to put it on wheat, but not before explaining to me that they are not like other shops that ask us what bread etc. All that would have been fine, but I felt as if they were telling me what I was going to eat rather than asking me what I wanted. Since it was my first time there and I was not sure of the experience, they made me feel silly for not knowing how they do things. That is the attitude that bothered me.. I would have liked to have seen more customer service and less excuses as to why I was not asked about my preferences. Fast delivery and a great sandwhich. Yes, it's true, I did not actually walk into the restuarant, rather I ordered online. While my experience may differ from some folks, it's still worth a review. Online ordering was easy and the site gives you just about every option you could think of to build your sandwhich the way you want it. They delivered in around 10 minutes which, considering the rain outside, was great considering how hungry I was. After buying a sandwiches and sodas realized all the carbonation was out on soda machine. We told them their soda machine was broke and they said yeah we're waiting on a replacement tank for the carbonation. So only options were tea and Powerade. I bought a soda for a soda...not tea I hate tea & no refund offered. What's worse is they continued selling customers after us sodas and not telling them everything was broke expect tea and Powerade. If I could give zero stars I would. I am a repeat customer, as my office is located right down the street. The locationcharged me for three sandwiches instead of the one I ordered, and didn't bring the chips. When I noticed it the delivery person called the manager. I spoke to the manager and he wanted to charge my card again for the sandwich I wanted (it was one of the three) and then wait until the additional charge just fell off in 3-5 business days. When I told him it was unacceptable to charge my card again, he replied. "well I can just have the delivery driver take everything back then." The manager expected me to hold a charge for $30 of sandwiches I didn't order, and then have me pay for the one sandwich I wanted in the mean time. My boyfriend is usually a big fan of Jimmy John's, I am not. Decided to get it, something different. We called in our order, it took 45 minutes for them to deliver it! When we called to see what was going on, they claim to be freaky fast. They said they too busy. Once we received our subs, they messed up our order. My boyfriend called to the store, they once again said they were so busy. If you are too busy to put peppers on a sub, but you can charge us for it? We will not be going to this location ever again! The delivery truly is freaky fast and freaky good. The order always gets to me within about 15 minutes of ordering online. I have never had a bad meal from here. The Italian nightclub is the best sandwich they have hands-down. Their iced tea is phenomenal and they will send sweetener with it if you ask them to. I was a big fan of this place and was in there once a week for about 6 mo's if not longer. One day I was ordering a #9 and noticed 2 not 1 workers behind the counter stick their hands in a trash can with latex gloves on and return to a food prep area without changing gloves much less washing hands. All this occurred in a span of 30 sec. I realize that this type of activity likely goes on in every restaurant but at least I didn't SEE it. Just left Jimmy John's. I had 3 small kids with me and I ordered 5 sandwiches. They put the sandwiches on the counter & told me they were ready. I asked for a bag & they told me I could reach behind the counter and get my own bags. They said this was customer policy & Jimmy won't let them bag sandwiches.
