I had done a call-in and pick up earlier in the year and was impressed but waited until I did a dine-in to really see if my second experience was as good as the first...and it was even better! Pizza arrived hot out of the oven with delicious molten cheese and accoutrements so perfectly covering every square millimeter of the pie that you ate ensured a delicious bite each and every time. Need gluten free options? This is the place for you. My friends loved their pizzas. It was enough for dinner and breakfast for the next day. Since I was a bit outnumbered, and love gluten. I opted for chicken parmesan. The noodles were thick, the fettucine sauce was buttery and creamy. The TWO chicken breasts were a great size and wasn't dried out. For the price, it came with a side of salad and breadsticks. It was WORTH IT. I also heard I was supposed to try out their toasted raviolis. Which is fine. We tried this place to get a descent meal instead of eating the hospital food, very disappointed. I'm out of almost 40 that included tip for pizza that was dry almost as the box it came in. Now let's review the baked lasagna that didn't taste baked, dry as well and not tasteful for consumption. We move on to the horrible lemonade that didn't taste like anything lemony nor drinkable that got flushed down the toilet. I work to hard for my money to not be able to eat a meal from this establishment. I could not recommend this eatery to anyone. What happened?!?!? We put in an order on Stef's website for a large 1/2 sausage 1/2 pepperoni pizza and an order of toasted raviolis shortly after 11 a.m.. The order confirmation said our order would be ready at 11:30. My son arrived back home with the food at 11:30 (the restaurant is less than 1/2 a mile from our home. The pizza would have been great if it was not luke-warm, similarly the toasted ravs were not hot. The flavor and amount of toppings was good. Perhaps the pick-up time needs to be adjusted? We pre ordered some pizzas for a birthday party to be delivered by a certain time, we'll it was late, but not horribly late. Probably about 15 minutes. However, the pizza quality, temp and taste more than made up for it. I see bad reviews on here for this location and I cannot agree with them at all. The pizzas were all hot and seemed very fresh for being delivered and were of good quality. We will definitely do it again next time we want pizza! read more

Stefanina's throughout St. Charles and adjoining counties are managed by various family members and friends. Despite close similarities their menus and recipes can be different. The differences can be slight but the point remains that a favorite item at one Stefanina's can be a bit altered at another. My Stef's House Salad was fine--nothing to really complain about except the overly salty green olives--but not exceptional. I ordered from the Jungerman location in St. Peter's MO. I was hosting a party and once I got home I saw that one of the pizzas was burnt. I called and spoke with the owner two days later and his response was sorry you should have called that night. I told him I was hosting a party and couldn't call him. I also asked what difference did it make when I called a burnt pizza is a burnt pizza. He said I will not do anything for you sorry bye. Located in a strip mall it is a hidden gem. Went on Monday and they had a pizza special. Large pizza for the price of a small. We had toasted ravs and cheese garlic bread for appetizers. I'm a regular at the Stefanina's in Chesterfield. Love their pizza. Happened to be in St. Charles and tried out this Stefanina's for the first time. While it wasn't bad it was not as good as what I'm used to in Chesterfield. The pizza crust was slightly thicker and the pizza wasn't really cooked long enough. They wait on you here as opposed to chesterfield where it's counter service only. The service was friendly. The place was clean and decently busy. I'd give it one more chance. read more

My husband and I had not eaten Stefanina's in 10 or so years, so thought we'd try it since we couldn't remember if it was any good. Traditional pizza didn't sound very good so I ordered the 12" small taco pizza and my husband got the 16" large pizza with pepperoni and extra sauce. Because we live close, we decided to save a few bucks and go pick it up. Our order was ready within the stated 20 minutes and held its temperature well until I got it home. My husband said the crust was a little disappointing; he would have liked a crispier crust, and there was too much loose flour on the bottom that got all over your hands. He asked for extra sauce but it didn't seem like they added more. Everything else about the pizza he got was good though. My taco pizza was the JAM! I always think taco pizza sounds like a good idea, but it rarely ever meets my expectations. Something is always bland, soggy, or just generally off. Not so with this rendering. This taco pizza is OFF THE CHAIN! I ate SO much more of it than I should have and talked about it ALL NIGHT. I even commented the next morning how surprisingly good it was. I'm a college student who loves pizza just like anyone else. As you know St. Louis is known for their "cracker like" pizza with provel cheese. Imo's is what comes to mind to most people when St. Louis style pizza is brought up in a conversation. However, Stefanina's is my favorite by far. Stefanina's' has St. Louis style pizza. I got a half Pepperoni/Sausage Xtra large that fed me and my parents. It was gooey with provel cheese while the dough has a magical texture. I also fell in love with their hot wings, they were juicy and not dry. It was a good pre game for the main course. The atmosphere at Stefanina's is very homey. It's small but that's what I love about it. There's plenty of room between tables for privacy so a date here is not a bad idea! There are three big televisions and will be put on whatever channel you desire if you wanted to watch sports... Etc. The service was phenomenal. Quick service to get your food. Everyone is very friendly overall. This is my FAVORITE pizza place in St. Louis and will continue to eat here! 5 stars. read more

My family and I used to go to this Stefanina's almost every Monday. It was our ritual and I loved it. Referred several people to this place as it was one of my favorite places to get pizza. We would order a family meal deal consisting of pizza, salad, and cheese garlic bread. There have been a couple times our order has got messed up... an incorrect dressing or wrong topping on the salad nothing too crazy. And usually the delicious pizza makes up for it as it is super cheesy and flavorful. A couple of weeks ago, we got the same special. We had eaten almost our entire salad when what did we find in the bottom, but a fly. My entire family was very disgusted. This was at the bottom of the container and we had eaten the entire salad almost before even realizing it. I had my boyfriend call about this, and was very disappointed when he was told. "oh these things happen." Stefanina's didn't seem very apologetic and I have to admit, I find it hard to believe no one saw this insect as it was completely at the bottom of the Styrofoam container before any salad was added in. The manager said our money would be refunded but it has been several days and we have not seen the credit as of yet. I would have just liked a bit of an explanation or sorry instead of "these things happen." I'm sure if one of the staff members there opened up a salad with a fly in the bottom they wouldn't have liked that very much. You can look for yourself if you'd like to view my photo. Being a staunch Imo's fan, this place takes the cake for thin crust pizza. It's the only place that no matter what variety you get....my mouth still waters before I can dial the phone. Not to dive too much into standard pizza detail, this place has an amazing cheese + sauce combination....drool....it's a little tangy, but not tangy if you know what I mean. I'm a fan of the loaded pepperoni of course, but the veggie is pretty fantastic. Its square slice thin crust but a little thicker than Imo's and its own original taste.
