We had a large party so we wanted to meet and eat inside. This Imo's has a large inside area to gather and enjoy those "squares beyond compare". You do order up at the counter but not a bif ordeal and they do bring your pizzas out to the table when ready. The place is clean and staff was great/helpful! read more

It would be great if the person that answered the phone last night was so entirely rude. It was a female and she was so rude. It was ridiculous. If you're not gonna have any customer service skills then you definitely should not be answering the phone and I've been ordering from this Restaurant for over six years and this was the only incident of rudeness that I've experienced other than sometimes my pizza was cold when they got it to me. read more

I had a pick-up order this time and was told two pizzas would be ready in 20 minutes. That sounded long for late afternoon--not quite supper time. So, I placed the order and headed for the restaurant 5-10 minutes away. I arrived just before the pizzas were boxed 10 minutes after ordering. I had a fine experience at this Imo's. Had a quick bite while I was out doing some holiday shopping in the area. I could tell they were quite busy with both in person and to-go pizza orders. I opted for a soda and an order of toasted ravioli. I think my food came out within 5 minutes of sitting down! I knew it would be a long wait if I ordered pizza...sometimes I'm smart like that. Food is always on point however when you get to the restaurant your asked to pay a different amount when using credit card. They need to update the system so the amount you are told is the amount you pay. I understand credit card fees but a large business like this however franchised should be working on mitigating these cost or easing the price and not passing directly on to the consumer in this manner. read more

Just picked up our pizza for game 2 of the St Louis Blues hockey playoffs. Poor O'Fallon 1 Imos. Not your best day. You had the wait times all goofed up and the lobby was full of people who were told 15 minutes for pick up and waited 20 more when we showed up. That's ok but deliver on the quality. The thing about Imo's is if it lacks sauce, its dry and very cardboard like. I literally think y'all forgot the sauce. Can't taste it or see it Worst pizza ever from Imos. Such a bummer. My family and I eat at Imo's at least once a week (it's our regular "pizza night" place.) Tonight we randomly had a mistake and Mike (manager maybe?) was so helpful and bent over backwards to turn our dinner experience around. Customer service lacks in so many places, and it was very much appreciated tonight. He didn't have to refund anything or make us a new pizza, but he did both. I accidentally gave the delivery man a $100 dollar bill, I wasn't able to catch his name but he was an older white male. He returned it to me, I wished I could have tipped him more and thanked him more for his honesty but unfortunately my dog was trying to be an escape artist. Ordering online was so easy and I asked in a delivery note if they could write Happy Valentines day on the box and they went all out with heart doodles and such cute things that really made his day. How can you write anything negative about Imos???? Well when your sister who lives in Ohio comes back for a very rare visit and the only thing that she would like to have is an Imo's Pizza and when it arrives it's cold and not just cold - it turned to cardboard. I love imos so much, even if they have messed up a lot on my orders they always make up for it, but this time was just so gross I don't think I could come back after this. I got pizza so me and my siblings could eat and watch a movie and I HAD THIS IN MY MOUTH! Thank god I shined my flashlight on it and realized it wasn't like that cheese that burns, it was a curly hair. They refunded me but I'm not sure I want to come and eat here again. Loving this place! First off I'm a big fan of flat bread pizza! Everything here is yummy! Ordered 6 different styles of pizza and each one of them popped! Pizza was ready on time and steaming hot! Smoke was coming out of the boxes! LOL. The pepperoni and pepper is one I made it, make it was super tasty, the meat lovers and veggie pizza! Their house dressing is amazing, so if you order a salad, in addition to whatever your preference of dressing is, try their house salad! And they have some cool video games in here. The driver showed up at my door mumbling about dropping the pizza, so I open it to find it wasn't even the right pizza. Says he'll be back, and leaves. I mean....it was ok but I was a bit disappointed with the lack of choice of toppings so ended up just with jalapeno and It felt like it could have done with something more. So first- 5 stars for the service. I was visiting in the area and actually called the wrong location. They transferred my order and applied a coupon which saved me money. Who doesn't love that? This place does not disappoint when I visit the St Louis area. Tonight my family and I got a large deluxe pizza to bring back to our hotel. The only thing we switched of the toppings were hamburger instead of sausage since one of my family members does not care for sausage on pizza. The pizza was excellent. I asked for some paper plates since we were staying in a local hotel and was provided them no problem. Overall we were very pleased with our late night dinner after spending the afternoon at the art museum. read more

The last two times we ordered from this store we had issues. The first was an issue with the General Manager telling me it would be 45 minutes to get my order. After and hour I called and the manager said there was no way I would get it then. About 10 minutes later the pizza showed up but it was cold and the rest of my order wasn't delivered. They gave me a 20.00 discount. Now tonight my order didn't go through on there end but my email showed it went through. Now they say it will be another hour before it arrives. I ordered lunch for some coworkers and I. It never showed. After over an hour of waiting and lies when called to check on it, I found out that it was taken to a completely wrong address. When I talked to someone at the corporate office they said it would be passed to the manager but nothing happened. This company obviously does not value it's customers.
