This was my first time at this establishment. They have a nice menu and friendly staff. I enjoyed the house salad and baba ganoush.

The food is absolutely amazing. The ambience and decor is on point and very beautiful, but their wait staff has zero personality. We go often , sometimes only ones in there . They act like they've never seen us before. Their food has always been 100% fresh and delicious . In this age of entertainment restaurant industry, they need to have a hostess or a greeter with personality that talks to people that walks around and welcomes people . We use to go to Salem's , the owner always came over and greeted us and said hello. We would bring large parties there and they always treated us like gold.

I tried this place on a whim, it was perfect, service was amazing, food was out of this world delicious, plan on taking loads of food back home, serving portions are generous. I'll definitely stop by next time I'm in St Louis.

Thank goodness for small favors, what a find. Living in west St Charles county can result in some lackluster ethnic food. That is not the case here, the food was delicious and the dessert delightful. If you love Mediterranean food....Bam! Try this place

Great middle eastern restaurant. It's quiet, friendly, and fast. I love the shawarma, shish tawook, tabouleh, baba ganoush, and hummus. The baklava ice cream sandwich is delightful.

This place is a hidden gem! The girls that work there are absolutely amazing and have the sweetest personalities. The owner also came out and talked to us about the business and gave us a small sample of something to try for next time. We've been back three times and tell everyone about this place. If you like hot tea, definitely try their Arabic tea service. It's beautiful and served with the neatest presentation. The pistachio ice cream baklava pie is one of my favorite desserts ever. It was so unique that we gave it a try on our second visit and bought it again on our third time there. The mixed grill is large enough to share with two people and still have leftovers and the grape leaves were delicious. I loved the hummus, but my husband who isn't a huge hummus fan didn't care for it, but if you're like me and are a hummus fan I'm sure you'll enjoy it. The warm naan bread service is wonderful too. I really can't say anything negative about this place. It's even super clean inside!!! Go check it out.

Nice to have a Mediterranean restaurant in O Fallon. Mr. Pita is a new restaurant that brings great food to the local area. We had Mediterranean food before and Mr. Pita's menu provides all the dishes you would expect. Our server was very attentive and answered all questions about the menu. We order a couple of appetizers as well as a couple of entrees. Everything was presented perfectly as well as being full of flavor. Mr. Pita can accommodate large groups and recommend calling ahead. Overall great experience and will be back.

Great new place in Ofallon!!! We needed a Mediterranean spot. Stopped in today and so excited for the new addition. The inside is super cute- well decorated and a ton of seating! Lots of tables and booths- you could easily bring a large group here. You order at the front and then grab a seat. The lady behind the counter was very nice. We grabbed a seat and us + another couple were here at 6:30pm on a Monday. Food came out within 15-20 minutes and the portions were large! Food was delicious and fresh. Seasoned to perfection. Prices are more than fair for the portion they give. Our meal came with complimentary pita and hummus as well. My shish tawook was wonderful and my husband loved his mixed shawarma plate. We will certainly be back! 10/10

Beautiful fast casual spot for a yummy meal! I stopped into Mr. Pita on a whim and was surprised by the details in the restaurant decor. To order you walk up to the counter and place your meal. We had some chicken and beef shawarma wraps. They came with fries or hummus and were incredibly reasonably priced. I was going to snap some photos of the actual food but oops, we were too hungry and they were too tasty!

This place is amazing! We had a pot of mint tea, Yalanji, steak shawarma with fries, and the chicken shawarma with fries. The restaurant was clean, well decorated, seats are spread out, food was delicious and service was great!

Had lunch at Mr. Pita today for the first time. I trkes the Shish Tawook sandwich and my wife went with the Arabic Mixed Shawarma sandwich. Both were excellent, and the prices were quite reasonable (which isn't always the case these days at restaurants). Bonus points for offering Diet Dr. Pepper! Make sure you try the garlic sauce. It's so so good! The interior is an inviting and comfortable space, and the service was top notch. Highly recommend.

The restaurant is pretty large and spacious, but felt a little dated, and had that stale smell in the air. We were seated right away, and everyone was nice and pleasant. I ordered the Mezze, which came with baba ghanouj, hummus, 2 pieces of falafel, and Arabic salad (which is essentially just tomatoes and cucumbers, neither of which I eat) for $11.99 The baba ghanouj was very good. The falafel was good as well. The hummus was just ok. Not the best in the Metropolitan area, but certainly not the worst either. It also comes with pita bread, which I declined. (I'm avoiding gluten due to a gluten sensitivity issue) I ordered a side of rice ($2.99) instead (I mix everything together with the rice). The rice was good; I think they add turmeric in it. I also requested grilled onion, which I just realized they charged me for, along with the tahini and hot sauce (which they call shatta). Not a big deal at $1 each, but it's always noteworthy to me when places nickel and dime you. I also ordered the grape leaves. 5 dolmas for $5.99. The dolmas were served cold, which I'm not used to. I like when they're served with warm rice and leaves. (I warmed up the leftovers in a pan, and they tasted so much better). My guy ordered the Lamb Maklubeh, a traditional Palestinian dish. He said it was good. All in all, it was a nice place and the food ranged from good to decent. And the prices were decent as well. I do wish they were more knowledgeable and accommodating to vegans though. When I inquired whether certain dishes and sauces were vegan, the waitress said she couldn't guarantee it. I didn't like that. Aside from that, it's a cool place and worth a try, especially if you want to try some traditional Palestinian cuisine.

We usually go as a family of 4 (all adults now; although we started to go when the kids were in high school). We love the Lamb Curry (both my sons' favorite), the Beriani, the Qabelli Palau, and Chicken Teekha Masala. The Sambosas are great starters. The chutney they serve with bbq the Naan is a family favorite. To steal a line from Frank's Red Hot Sauce "We put that sh*tuff on everything ". Finally, when we have room (and sometimes even when we don't), we get the rice pudding. The service is usually good, but not necessarily great. It's always personable and genuine; just sometimes a little slower than expected. Also the place (opened circa 2005) is showing its age a bit and needs a little TLC. It's very clean; it just needs a little refreshening in certain high traffic areas. The takeout/delivery business seemed good on the Sunday night we went there, but the in-store business was pretty quiet. However, it was one of those sub-20 degree nights, so I'm hoping that was the reason for the lack of in-person dining. Go there are experience some really great food and let's keep this gem of a locally owned restaurant in business. Based on food alone on out most recent experience, I'd rate it 5 stars; service and ambiance probably should drag it down a bit, but I'm still going with a 5-star review, because for the food and flavor it produces, it deserves a strong review and some positive energy to keep people trying this great food and supporting this local business.
