My kid loves eating here so we come here fairly often. Most of the time this location has good food. Some of the time you can get fries that are not hot and fresh but tonight they were great! Service is usually spot on, but when getting drinks the guy was so messy, there was soda all over the cup when he handed it to me (maybe I am too picky, but if that was my way of getting ice and soda in a cup then I would certainly wipe it down before handing it over). They are usually busy, so our table and chairs were a train wreck. So, we had to wipe everything down the best we could. read more

We grabbed this at about 8:30pm last night on our way home. We ordered ahead and at this location they have a lane specifically for order ahead orders, which is awesome! We were literally in and out in 3mins, it was so handy! The staff were super friendly and Our order was 100% correct. The one and only thing I would've changed was the amount of salt on our fries. We like pretty salty fries but someone definitely got too heavy handed on the salt. But that being said I still rate it 5 stars, everything can't be completely perfect every time, even tho it was pretty close! When you go to order delivery from chik-fil-a on the app, their delivery is partnered with DoorDash. Chik-fil-a does not have their own workers deliver food. If they are going to partner with DoorDash, chik-fil-a needs to be responsible for fixing orders when door dash won't. I order a delivery, got the entirely wrong order 40 minutes later, and chik fil a said my order was picked up 30 minutes ago and that they wouldn't re-make my order unless DoorDash printed another ticket. All DoorDash would do is refund me and told me I could just order again and wait another 30 minutes and pay full price again. When I first became an addict I rolled up to the drive thru wondering why there were no other cars. It was a Sunday and I didn't realize they were closed on Sundays. In Georgia, there were CFAs everywhere. Here, not so much. The closest one to our house is 15 minutes away without traffic. Like all CFAs I've ever been to, this one in Cottleville is super busy and this parking lot is way too small for the amount of people that visit. A lot of times you may have to park in the adjoining Home Depot parking lot. Staff is super friendly and courteous, but I will say many do not say "my pleasure". Both the drive thru and the dine-in lines are usually long around lunch and dinner times, but they do move quickly. The food is consistently good not only at this location, but location to location which is quite amazing to me. Eat more chicken!!! read more

This is the most RELIABLE Chick fil A in the entire world. Amazing service with a smile, and always a positive atmosphere for kids, families, or just yourself! I have patronized this Chick Fil A for almost 6 years with the same level of outstanding service. Their renovations to the drive thru not only make customers lives easier, but they also have a lot of allotments for the employees comfort (even though, im sure its hard being outside regardless) at least they make efforts to care for their employees unlike a lot of other companies. In addition to being super efficient and delivering a high quality product despite long lines, the steps they are taking to keep their staff and patrons safe is pretty awesome. All employees in gloves and masks inside and out, and there's little concern with handling the bags or food without excessive disinfection efforts. I think they deserve a fair amount of praise for making people feel safe when dining with them. read more

My church was on a mission trip in town and we decided to drop by for dinner at the local Lords chicken. When we arrive inside a worker named Rachael approached us and ask to speak to whoever was in charge of our group. When we pointed her in the right direction she approached our youth minister and rudely told him that they need a call ahead! She turn around and speeded away before our youth minter had a second to respond. Then proceeded to inform our group 40mins later (not anyone else in the building) that the dining room closes in 5 mins. I have never in all my life experience such an awful interaction at a Chick-fil-A. I would assume the girl had a rough day at work, but there was no need to speak to us in this way. Obviously it wasn't her pleasure to serve us. Hopefully she will have a better day in the future and others will have a better experience. read more

Friendly employees, and my food came out fast and hot. This location was really busy on a Thursday night--the parking lot was decently full, and I noticed a lot of balloons and kids inside. Turns out, the employees sometimes dress up as Toy Story characters! This made finding a seat a little more difficult, but I managed just fine. The food tasted fine. read more

I used to love Chick Fil A. Now I've had two bad service experiences at this Hwy K restaurant and I'm done with them. Taking the order was fine. But apparently, producing a sausage burrito is some sort of earth-shattering event. It took at least 7-8 minutes, and all the while the rest of the food sat on the counter, getting cold. But boy, were they serving the drive-thru in a hurry. Inside? Not so much. When they finally managed to give me the completed order, no apology for making me wait, and the food was cold. Last time, once again, it was slow service to the sit-down customers. If you don't want to serve anyone but drive through, close the dining room. Truett Cathy is spinning in his grave at what his restaurant has become. Chick Fil A...you have enough enemies, so you should at least keep your friends satisfied.
