Today was a get a free sandwich with a mobile order as long as you got a meal however, we didn't order a drink with our Cobb salad. One of the workers was very rude about it. She said in a very rude demeanor that you only get a free Mac and Cheese even though we got an email that stated that today was a free SANDWICH day in all caps. read more

This is definitely the number 1 fast food restaurant in the area. Though I was resistant at first to chick fil a, they have definitely won me over. The food is always great, and so is the service! First off, I LOVE Chick-fil-a. I'm from GA, I grew up on it. But this location has some issues. First off todays visit- didn't get my fries. When I asked, the gal looked at me like it was my fault. Then the food.. ICE COLD. The orignal chicken sandwich was way overdone, dried out, and luke warm. That is UNACCEPTABLE. In fact, half the time I visit this location, my order is wrong and my food is cold. I'm getting sick of it. There are other places to eat around O' Fallon that will serve me hot, frest food. Oh- and one more thing that bugs me. The employees are very friendly, and that's great. But.... the line they spew like robots "my pleasure". They say "my pleasure" so much now, it's annoying. I tested one of the employees by saying "Isn't the weather nice?" instead of "thank you", and she responded with "My pleasure". That just told me they do not even LISTEN to the customer. This is the literal best chick-fil-a ever. It can get through a insanely long line so quickly!! The staff members are beyond kind for the most part I have had some expiences where people have rolled there eyes but i feel like it is nothing unusual and that is 1 out of 10 times (i go there wayyyyy to often). The chicken is fresh and tasty, but the smokey honey BBQ sauce is the shiznit. You can actually get the Chick Fil A sauce in tubs. They have to ring it up like you are doing a catering order. But if you want some of that sauce to use at home or put on your BBQ, that beats having to tear open 100 little packages. This location is always clean. Employees are very courteous. EVERY time I go here, my order is ALWAYS right! My sandwhich is always steamy hot, even after several bites in! Seems like alway made fresh, cooked to order...which is rare in the fast food industry! I come here about once a week and love it. I usually get #1, so I don't know much about the other meals. I also get the dream cones and chocolate shakes. The shakes are better than anywhere else I've had them. The service is good, too. Not sure why other people put less than 5 stars. I think it's one of the best fast food places around. read more

Terrible location, unfriendly service from John. Very dirty location. The bathroom was disgusting. I had to change my baby but couldn't because the changing table in the bathroom was gross and had no changing table pad to change my baby on and it was filthy everywhere. I really do love chick fil a, but I'm not going to write about their beliefs or donations because I believe that is a different thing. Anyway this will only be about the food and service, let's continue. I am a teenager And work a minimum wage job, so I understand the frustration of rude customers but I always try to be extra nice to them because I understand that the older customers can be a hassle, but all customers can be that way in general. I also have to put that I hate the new thing they do where they all have to stand outside; they ask me my order and I literally don't know what's on the menu because I don't memorize the menu for Chick-fil-A, all I know is that I want a chicken sandwich and I have to tell them that but sometimes I don't want a chicken sandwich and I don't feel like asking them the whole menu so they won't be annoyed, so then I just order the same thing every time even though I really don't want the chicken sandwich all the time, sometimes I want the chicken nuggets but I feel like since I cannot see the menu I have to order the same thing. Another problem that I have here is that recently for some reason the staff is very feisty, like extra feisty they are kind of rude but I guess it's just because of all the people that want to come in at the same time maybe? Besides the staff and that stupid outside thing that they do ALL the time, I genuinely love Chick-fil-A (maybe not their values as much), and I come here a lot which I should probably stop doing so I can lose some weight, but I recommend this Chick-fil-A because they're super fast and I guess most of their staff is nice. read more

SO MANY REASONS! Delicious and healthier than most fast food. The bathrooms are nice. Free refills. They get you food out very quick. The employees are extremely nice it's overwhelming. This is the BEST Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. We have moved out to Wentzville and sadly we miss our O'Fallon location. The weekly family nights with either balloon guys, face painting, or magic shows were a God send when my husband travels! My kids loves this place which stinks because my wife and I hate it. I took them here the other day and they were doing face paintings and had a teenager in a huge cow outfit walking around the small ass dining room. Needless to say it was a madhouse and you could barely move around. The girl doing the paintings was doing a good job but she was very slow. I was there an hour and some kids that were in line when I got there were still waiting. Not too mention the kids in line were blocking access to the high chairs. I've worked in the food service industry and i'm pretty sure the idea is fast turn around. Keep customers coming and going. People were getting pissed because too many soccer moms were wasting table space waiting on their kids to get face paintings. They do have a good spicy chicken sandwich. I'd recommend avoiding the drive through here and getting carry out from the dining room. PS I think the kid who took my order was gay, hopefully the owner doesn't find out. read more

Chick fil a used to be good, back when they were in the malls. Now they have gotten too cocky the fries aren't the same. I asked for more salt and they won't add it only will give me packets. As a frequent Chick-fil-A customer, I wouldn't recommend this particular location considering they regularly scrimp on the salad ingredient portions or prepare salads incorrectly. I would advise individuals who live in the immediate area to travel a little further & visit the Mid Rivers/St Peters Chick-fil-A instead. read more
