Asked for 15 minutes to take order... Waited for 25 minutes while different cars pulled away... Told no substitution for onion rings... Afterwards- told to pull around and had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food This was terrible- only one lane was open to order and one cook... I should have driven away, but got stuck behind a lady waiting ... to order or for food? IDK I decided to drive over the curb to go around her... Overall- not being allowed to buy the 2 $4 meals and the wait was 45+ minutes... Try blocking off the dead side of the drive-thu or fixing the drive-thru... Hire more staff... Stop telling people to "drive around to wait for meals" already ordered or "take the money back"... Seriously- I was patient and did not just drive away, but now I wish I did. Horrible ants on my food and the lady when I ordered got mad at me because I ordered a lot I will not be coming back

I was told by an employee here that orders are cooked to order. Prepping my chicken, burger, and fries order apparently started when I pulled to the drive-thru window, rather than when I hit the order board: it was nine minutes AFTER I arrived at the window my order was handed to me. There's no advantage to ordering ahead with orders cooked when you arrive. That's good for freshness, but if you're looking for fast food this isn't it. read more

I went to this location on 12/19/2025 around 8:30pm and I'll start with the older lady who took my order. My order was $14.42 and when I got to the window, she said my total was $9.87. I told her my order was $14.42 and what I ordered. She was so drugged out on something and was not able to function or understand how to figure out the register/order screen to bring up my order so she could charge me the correct amount. I handed her $15 and she shut the window. I watched her struggle with the computer screen for 10mins and she finally opens the door and says " I'm not dealing with this " and she hands me back $5.10 lol I wasn't going to argue with her anymore. When I got home, I bit into my Deep Sea Double that I ordered the the fish fillets were so hard that I couldn't even bite through them. They were either days old or were from earlier on in the day and were re fried. The old rally's may not be the fastest or most updated burger place in town but the employees are friendly and the food is good. Just realize they work in a small hot building so don't be a dick on the speaker. read more

Fries were not fresh. Asked for fresh fries. Instead of new fries they looked and tasted like they just threw our fries back in the fryer to make them hot. My kid was so upset. He just wanted fries. We threw 1/2 our order away. So disappointing. read more

Wow! 13 cars, that you can't fully see until you have already committed to the line and can't get out, in the drive through with only one lane open. So far, have waited 15 minutes and I'm still two cars away from ordering. Last try for this location. But, if you want a car, looks like one of the employees used the second drive through lane as a place to park their car for sale. The food is really good here. Always good quality when we go. However, if you're on a time restraint, I would advise avoiding this place. You will be waiting for a bit for your food. That is their biggest, and only drawback. This location is just Really, Really slow. One time I waited for 15 minutes just to try and get my order taken. The cars in front of me never moved in that time frame, so we left. So, great food. Just Really needs to work on getting some speed. read more

Stopped in for burgers on special. Night Manager kept reading wrong info back. I corrected him then got told he won't serve me as he didn't have to take this kind of abuse. At NO time did I yell or cuss at him I just wanted a correct order. Pulled in back of car at window and he's tellin them how he refused service. I finally pulled up and asked his name. He refused and locked window. I asked again and he picked up phone calling cops. I waited... The cop showed up and was cool. He simply asked me to leave. Found out I had been reported as irate and revvin my big diesel truck engine. Funny thing is I own a GAS 2002 Ford V-10 factory exhaust... it AIN'T loud!! I used ta know a few folks there as I stop in a bunch for snacks and quick cheap burgers. They've been sporadic open and closed due to people, electronic ordering and such. Went for the "Big Buford" deal. (free Big Buford when you order fries) After I ordered, the guy said it would be $16.42. I assumed the price would be adjusted when we pulled to the window. Nope! The employee said we had to "mention" the offer to get the deal, and since we didn't, it was full price!!!! I said that it doesn't say that on the huge sign advertising the deal, but he said that was what you had to do. WHO KNEW????? We reluctantly paid the full price and left with our food. While the food was good, we won't return if this is how they treat customers. We have written to corporate, but have yet to hear back. Literally the girl at the box told me she would be right with me and I had to wait for the car at the window to leave before I was able to order. This location for appears to really be hit or miss service wise. You never really know if you get hot food or cold food. Recently, I've found that this service has been super fast , friendly enough, and the food hot. I think rally's can be a real fast food foodie contender with Wendys. Actually, I think rally's is a little better than Wendy's. We should all know, that rally's fries dominate the fry competition amongst other fast food chains. Horrible. I'd give zero stars if I could. Went through the drive thru and asked for a cheeseburger with only ketchup and cheese. I was very clear. When I got home the food was cold and my cheeseburger had every single disgusting condiment on it (even mayo) EXCEPT for ketchup. I know they didn't hear "no" in front of it because the burger had cheese on it. The employees looked unprofessional: the chick at the drive thru was wearing a tmnt hoodie while the man behind her cooking was wearing a white button down shirt that was just filthy. When I called to complain to the manager that my order was severely messed up he didn't apologize, ask what he could do to make it right, anything. The people that work at this location are just rude and that includes the manager. Went there today and went to the passenger pickup side. My 10 year old was excited to pay for and pick up the food. The manager is the one who waited on us, and never smiled or said even one word to her the entire time. At the end, she said THANK YOU and smiled at him. He just closed the window in her face. This kind of treatment seems to happen every time we go to this location. After today, I think its going to be our last visit!!! read more

This has been my childhood favorite and still is. It's my pick me up when I'm down and my favorite place to eat. This rally's is my always go to. Great service and friendly people. My food tastes amazing. I drive 45min to eat at this one. Thanks for satisfying my cravings. read more
