The bartender (owner?) was friendly and helpful. The in-house Vails Brothers provided AMAZING wings. The Happy Hour was a cherry on top. This place is big with plenty of seating options. Large garage doors are opened up when it's nice, and it provided a lovely open air experience--and plenty of outdoor seating if you don't want a roof. We were supposed to get the shaded table in front of our court but no one told us it was ours and a rather aggressive family was occupying our shady set up. I explained we were first timers and didn't know and even offered to share the shade best we could, but they were mad. Not our fault to be put in this difficult situation. After 20 minutes someone came by for our order we put in for appetizers , drinks and food. We were told we would need to order part of it from other staff because they only served drinks, and appetizers. Let me wrap this up by saying the drinks finally came after 30 minutes and we were never offered more until an hour later. We grabbed a waitress as asked about our food. She said," oh we are two hours behind." What? The food finally came at the 1 hour 45 minute mark with the (cold) appetizers following in a few minutes later. Parched we ran and got our own water but the jug went empty and they were also out of cups. Time was running out now. We ate our cold appetizers and tried to find someone to close the bill out. Guess what ? We waited and They never came! We turned our equipment in and now turn our backs on this big fancy corporate mess!
