Let's be honest you're not going to White Castle for a five star experience so it's pretty much try not to lose stars rather than earn them for places like White Castle. I have eaten at this White Castle a lot when I was a kid back in the 80s and a few times in the 90s during college then not much at all after I moved out of town. However, we were back in town for Thanksgiving and had to stop here. The food is delicious and service was great. The place was a bit cluttered. For example, the tables were not being cleaned up in a timely manner and several people had spilled drinks on the floor, but staff was cleaning it up. Went to grab a bite on the way home. Waited several minutes at the speaker before he was ready to take my order, pretty normal for them. When he was ready I stated that I wanted three burgers and he immediately replied with the total and to pull around, I then continued to finish placing my order yo the speaker because I wasn't done and sat there and waited for his response. That is too long for people in a hurry and this seems to be the norm here. But the food at this location is consistently hot, fresh, and good! 2nd- inside. Friendly staff. This is the first time I have ever tried White Castle and it was really good. I tried the white castle burger regular, also one with cheese, and the onion chips. All were really good the onion chips were crispy and delicious. i learned that this location was recently demolished and then rebuilt to have a service-road facing building. not that it makes much of a difference what side of the road it faces, White Castle's burgers really fuel it's popularity. in some places the line for the drive-through wraps around the building but it moves quickly. This particular location i've never seen that busy, but they're always insanely quick and efficient. i'm a fan of dining in and while there was no distinguishing feature that could set this location apart from the others, i have to point out their flooring which seemed purposely slip-resistant. it was actually thickly textured. weird. This White Castle gets five stars for being clean, efficient and friendly... as well as serving quality products: double cheeseburgers, fries, chicken rings and cheese sticks. read more
