Yay, I won my favorite sandwich for a year - the Remix! A close second is the regular roast beef & Swiss, light seasoning with an extra ounce. Yum! I've had consistently good service at this location with the exception of one hiccup last year, but that employee no longer works there, so all good. Some people are just not cut out for customer facing jobs. LOL! The food is always fresh and delicious. I absolutely love LC and have to take it to my parents in Springfield, MO when I visit because they miss it so much. My mom even craves their broccoli cheddar soup! read more

I went through the drive thru at 11:28am. The person who took my order was cheerful. When I got to the window the person who was working the window was so rude. Didn't say a word to me. Tossed my change at me. I asked for my drink and he handed it off to someone else- who I told him that the first window guy was rude. That guy didn't say a thing. What's up with the front line people being so rude???? Then on top of all of that got my food home and my sandwich bun was stale. 1/2 of it was hard and not edible. My fries were cold. This is the location that I visit the most. Service is friendly. They have a good rewards app. During Lent, they have a delicious fish sandwich on Fridays that is worth the stop. Broccoli cheddar soup is really good. I like that they have the option of fresh veggies and dip. Even though they are very much a favorite for carnivorous folks, there are plenty of vegetarian options. I think they have some of the best iced tea. This is predominantly a drive-thru stop for me, so I can't say much about the indoor ambiance. read more

They forgot to put cheese on my sandwich so I went inside for it. They made me a new sandwich which was so nice (I thought) when they could have just given me the cheddar on the side. I open up my sandwich at home to find the worst and darkest cuts of meat, it looked regurgitated. It felt intentional as the other sandwiches in our order were totally fine and normal. If I am going to get fast food, this is my first choice. Consistently hot and fresh. The roast beef and Swiss dipped in the au jus is so good. The ham and Swiss and is also a good alternative if you aren't in the mood for roast beef. Lions choice had what I think are superior fries to other quick serve establishments. And don't sleep on their chili, it's surprisingly good. They also offer a 10% discount for veterans which I appreciate. read more

everyone at this establishment needs to have their hand held apparently. the clerk at the window said not a word to me when i said "hi" and "thank you". asked for honey mustard, he nodded, and then proceeded to not give it to me. was given the wrong order and when i went in to get it corrected, all the employees just stood there like i had three heads. and couldn't tell me if my sandwich had cheese on it so had to open it all in front of them and ask again for the correct food. something sussy going on here... read more

OMG, My wife and I stopped there for a quick bite after my MRI. There was trash actually falling out of the stations where they want u to drop off your trays. Every table in the place was dirty with trash, empty drinks u name it. I had to go to the soda machine and dampen some napkins to wipe off a place on the window rail so we could eat. Their patio area also had trash falling out of the trash can. I contacted them and the manager that returned my call told me he appreciate my input, he said it would serve as a good learning tool for his team!!!! I just want to give a shout out to Lion's Choice. My fries are always hot and crispy. They aren't overly salty. My sandwich is always delicious with that bit of seasoning. I like to add a slice of Swiss once in a while and have them cook it a tad so it melts. It's consistent and I appreciate that. read more

i don't do much fast food but i make an exception for lion's choice. they even have gluten free buns and the fries are labeled gluten free. i usually get sandwich, fries, drink combo but tonight i wanted sweet n salty. 8 got an order of fries and a strawberry shake. Their custard makes a rich, creamy shake that needs a few minutes to melt before it'll come up the straw. fries were hot and crispy like usual. Service is friendly and fast. Went here about a week ago now, haven't been able to get this off my mind. I assume the manager named Dacoda as I heard someone say and he answered their question, cashed me out. He acted like I was being an inconvenience at around 3 in the afternoon by coming in and getting food for me and my kids, he was being very unprofessional and rude to me for ordering a regular roast beef meal and two kids meals and kept mumbling under his breath as I waited for my food. I have never had this kind of experience at this lions choice before and I come to this location often because it is on my way home from work. You guys need to train your people better if this is how these managers are acting. Again I've never had an issue before and the food is always good this was just so unprofessional and rude and I did not feel comfortable at all. I will be taking my business to a different location from now on because of this extremely unprofessional experience. read more

Such a soft spot for Lion's Choice roast beef sandwich with extra seasoning and historically I would dip it in au jus, but my friend taught me a new trick this time which worked great eating out of hand outside . . . Pour the au jus "into" the top bun. It will soak it up and it works. Also helpful if you have 10 people and only 3 au jus. Anyway this is on my regular list when in St. Louis. read more

While Lion's Choice may be considered fast food, I cannot say enough positive things about this particular location. The staff is overly friendly and accommodating, the food is always hot and fresh, and I never wait in the drive-thru longer than 10 minutes. (Even when the line is wrapped around the building) Whoever is managing this store is doing a stand up job, because I always experience perfect service. Kudos to this team. It's Lion's Choice--the St. Louis roast beef fast food restaurant (though locations are now popping up beyond the metro area). This spot is tucked in a corner next to Mobil On the Run back away from busy Mid Rivers Drive. It usually seems quieter and parking is always easy. So, same terrific menu with less parking or traffic hassle. read more

We have a variety in my house. Some eat the beef the way it comes, and some want it well done. It's never an issue with Lion's Choice and our sandwiches are always correct and yummy. My daughter wanted a baked potato with her kids meal once, and instead of refusing, they just charged me a little extra and she got her baked potato. Most places won't do that on a kids meal. We really love LC and this is a great location. Just wish they had more coupons. read more

I went through the drive through and when I got up to the window and got my food I noticed I had been missing my icecream cone (which was my whole purpose of going) and I told the girl that I was missing it and she had said the girl taking my order had forgotten to ring it up, which was completely fine until the girl in the drive through came over and handed me my icecream personally, closed the window and started yelling and arguing about how I didn't order my icecream to begin with. No Greeting whatsoever, awkward moment there. No seasoning on sandwich, we always ask for HOT fries, LUKEWARM, and the table was sticky. Folks you can do better! I recommend trying a Large roast beef sandwich, well done, with Provel cheese and put tangy barbecue sauce on top of the cheese and underneath the pile of meat.
