Chicken sandwich was juicy. Chicken tenders were real 'tenders', not pressed chicken in the shape of a tender. Mac & cheese appears to have been scooped from an actual baked casserole. Fries were fried perfectly. This is amazing for 'fast food'. Service was polite and welcoming. Staff are all dressed well and groomed like fine young ladies and gentlemen. This place became a well oiled machine during covid, as the drive thru was almost like a NASA mission control precision operation! We got in line for the drive-through right in the nick of time. We place our order and we got to the window. They confirmed with our name and handed as our order as well as asking if you wanted any condiments for sauces, and how many. The customer service received was absolutely wonderful and the team at the window was very nice and smiling. I am keto, so I had a special request order and they made the order with no problem, but they did forget to hand me a fork, it happens no biggie. The food was made to order, so it was very warm and fresh. If you are keto, I highly recommend getting a sausage, egg and cheese with no biscuit. On a busy day I needed to streamline lunch so I ordered online for drive through pickup. Unfortunately the line was backed up onto Mid Rivers Mall Drive making it impossible to make a left turn to get in line. I went inside, explained my dilemma and the staff seemlessly processed my order and got me out the door quickly. The order was 100% correct. Everything tasted and looked great. I've been to this location many times. It's not the easiest to get in and out of because the parking lot is small and the drive thru is backed up out of the parking lot many times. But that just means it's good. Quality, and consistently good fast casual food. Friendly and helpful staff. They usually get the orders out to the customers pretty quickly. I appreciate the fact that they aren't open on Sundays, but there have been several Sundays when our family has been craving CFA. When you can't have something you want it more. Finally, I think their breakfast is underrated. The place is hard to get into at lunch and dinner time, but it's definitely not as busy in the morning. The go-to breakfast item has to be the chicken biscuit. Put a little grape jelly or honey on there and it is the breakfast of champions. read more

So, sometimes I will come here after going to physical therapy down the street for a quick breakfast. The food is always served hot and so is the coffee. If I get orange juice, it is always nice and cold which is great because who wants warm OJ? Not me! The customer service here though is always phenomenal! I have never been though the drive-thru here and ever had an issue. No rudeness on an early Monday morning, no cutting me off to hurry me along in the line. They are always really nice and have an upbeat attitude and seem to actually like it for the most part. The second best part of this place is that I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my food. This is our local Chick-Fil-A location that we frequent but had to leave a review to share a special thank you. I had placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup because I had both of my little gals with me and was trying to be quick and not get out of the car (rain, car seats, etc.). When I arrived, I got in the wrong lane and had pulled into the parking lot with two hungry tots and really did not want to start over in the line. I pulled into a curbside spot, called and spoke to Christopher, explained my situation and asked if someone could bring my order out to me. He agreed and they did! This Chick-fil-A is really well organized. I pulled up to a double line and then some of cars on a rainy afternoon for lunch. There were about half a dozen employees among the cars, doing an excellent job of directing traffic and taking orders on iPads while wearing heavy rain protector canopies on their shoulders and masks too. When I thanked them for being here today, the rain didn't bother them. They all replied, "My pleasure." Talk about service with a smile. That's not all. There were two more employees right outside the drive thru window, receiving food and drinks all bagged and on trays to hand us as we pulled up. The lunch tasted great too. Always friendly service at this Chick-fil-A. The wait for food is never long and the employees consistently come around and ask if they can refill your drink. I've into this location several times and it is always clean. The staff is continually out on the floor with a small pick up Broom, wiping down tables or clearing trays. The restroom is typically neat and the condiments at the front are well-stocked. I love that they have small containers of Cheerios and a play area for little ones. I've only been through the drive-through once or twice and I can't say anything stuck out in my mind. Try the Chick-fil-A and Polynesian sauces. You won't be disappointed! Their spicy chicken sandwich deluxe is what I always order but when I tasted their chick-fil-a sauce ai now shifted to their chick-n-strips.. My family went to this location during the lunch rush and I was worried. I hate crowds and I'm more than willing to wait my turn, but I hate to stand in lines so I usually shop when/where I don't have to wait. This place was efficient and got the job D O N E! This is the kind of place where you will go out of your way to make sure your eating area is clean after you leave it, because you are treated well and don't want to cause a problem as they have treated you well.
