Inside, it's generally okay, but I do think they could improve on sanitary practices, especially with how some of the food items are kept out and displayed. A little more attention to food safety setup would make the environment feel cleaner and more inviting. 2. Service Experience I normally order online, but sometimes I go in person. In my experience, the staff is generally nice and patient, which makes the ordering process smooth. 3. My Most Recent Visit On my last order, everything was on point. I got a Philly Cheese with chipotle sauce and extra chipotle sauce -- and they actually made sure to give me the extra, which I appreciated. The sandwich was flavorful, juicy, and not dry at all. Everything tasted fresh, and the balance of toppings made it one of the better sandwiches I've had from here. I also ordered cookies, and they were soft, fresh, and delicious. The entire order was correct, which isn't always the case with many fast-food chains, so that was a plus. 4. Pricing & Portions Prices aren't too bad for what you get, but I do feel like the meat portions could be a little more generous, especially considering the amount of bread. Increasing the protein slightly would give a better overall bite and balance to the sandwich. 5. Final Thoughts While I don't eat here often, I do come in occasionally, and based on my last visit, I was very satisfied. The flavor, freshness, and order accuracy all hit the mark this time. Rating: (4/5) -- Good service, and flavorful sandwiches, with room for improvement in sanitation setup and portion size. I'd recommend this location for anyone craving a sub here & there.

By the time I was handed my food, the line was 3 cars deep. I appreciate that they were maybe making the food fresh, but holy smokes I waited forever. It is also worthy to note that the location isn't great. This is not the restaurant's fault, obviously, but it's something to know. The staff appeared to be mostly teenagers, which is completely fine, but there seemed to be very little professionalism or supervision. The first young woman who took our order was rude and not pleasant at all. I also found it unusual that we were asked to leave a tip at the front register before we had even received our food. We declined because we prefer to tip based on the service we actually receive at the table. After our food arrived, the young employees began talking loudly about not receiving any tips that night. They were loud enough for everyone around us to hear. At one point, they started arguing among themselves about who was supposed to be doing what. One of the female employees was clearing tables with a noticeable attitude. She dropped plates, spilled food onto the seats, and cursed while picking everything up, but left the mess on the seats. Meanwhile, a male employee walked away making fun of her and making hand gestures that appeared to be gang signs, while telling her that's what she gets and that he wasn't going to do what she was asking him to do. We ultimately decided not to leave a tip, which was disappointing because we normally do tip for good service. However, the experience actually turned into a good teaching moment for the teenagers who were dining with us. It gave us an opportunity to talk to them about professionalism, respect, work ethic, and how employees should conduct themselves in front of customers. I have no issue with a business employing young people--in fact, I think it's great to give teenagers an opportunity to work. But if young employees are going to be interacting with customers, there need to be clear expectations and boundaries around professionalism and respectful behavior. Management should also be paying attention to what is happening on the floor. The pizza was good, but unfortunately, the service was not.

The French Dip had great flavor without being overly salty like some places, and the au jus complemented it well. The Dutch Crunch bread definitely lived up to its name--it had a nice crunch--but it was a little harder than I personally prefer. If you like a really crunchy roll, you'll probably enjoy it. The meal also came with a small chocolate cookie, which was a nice bonus and surprisingly tasty. The employees were very friendly.
