They've added some of the plastic greenery panels and a lovely light fixture to give it a little flair on one side but the other side has shelves with T-shirts, crafts, jewelry and those little signs with clever sayings. When we arrived there were quite a few people, both in line and waiting for their orders. I think they had received a lot of online orders because the line was backed up and quite slow while the girl caught up with making orders. There was only her and a young man making food. When we finally got up to the counter, we had to wait a bit before she came to take our order. We ordered an iced latte, an iced white mocha, and a chocolate croissant. The coffee here is really, really good. The croissant was not really a croissant as I know it--it was more bread-y than light and flaky, and the chocolate was more like a ganache instead of the chocolate you usually get. It was good, just different. A second girl had come, and we got our order really quickly. This is the kind of place that the locals gather. There was one table with a group of old veterans having their coffee and breakfast.

So I kept walking back and forth untill it was finally there . I was frustrated but being very calm because I know how stressful these situations can be . But no matter how calm and nice I was being I just kept receiving attitude from her . Margret wanted to get me a different server which was very appreciated . But sulinda just butted in and would not let the other server take my order . I am still very confused on why . After she gave me my receipt she very rudely and loudly pointed at the tip line and said "you can put something here or not " like we all know how a receipt works and after all that attitude I didn't think she deserved a tip , but I still left one . I am very happy with Margret and the sever who tried to help but extremely unhappy with sulinda and her attitude. Working in a industry like this you can't just be acting this way . It's unprofessional and just very wrong . I do not recommend this place . I would personally never go back if that's the way they are going to let servers treat people . The pictures do not do the donuts justice. Love that they have a larger staff to serve customers. They serve a lot of the typical breakfast sandwiches and boba drinks. I was told by a manager the app would refund me, but I never received it. Calm words were spoken on both sides, though I'll admit openly we both could have handled ourselves better. You don't have to raise your voice to be rude, and I do feel I was rude while she was frustrated because so many people had my same issue. I also understand that some people feel entitled to free food. I also see it from my perspective where I paid for my food and just want what I paid for. I left the store disappointed, and initially rated this location one star. I emailed customer service through the app, and corporate reached out to me while this location reached out as well.
