Not the very best pizza but okay to dine in occasionally. However, I have to give one extra star for the most courteous service we ever received in recent times. We were in this area for a movie and so decided to try this since our kid loves pizzas. Here is my take on different parameters: Food: The server made it overloaded with toppings. The pizza tastes good. However, definitely not our first choice for pizzas as we prefer many other good options that we are aware of. Ambiance: Plenty of seating & clean tables are what we see. Overall decent to dine in. Price: They don't have a size option but it was well made with a lot of toppings and for the price, it was worth it. Toppings were so much that my wife was hand-picking and giving them to me to eat even. Service: Courteous and very humble staff. She even offered a free kid drink to use on our table when she saw our kids fighting for our drinks. So nice of her. Overall take: They do have a nice fire taste in pizza but make sure you order the one as per your taste. We are frequent occasional visitors of Fired pie across different locations whenever we get bored of other pizzerias.

It had been awhile since I have been to this location. Used to go often, so surprised I never did a review. I love these fast pizza concepts. Thin crust is my jam most of the time! Love that you can pick one of their special pizzas or customize your own (salad too). I had been wanting to try the elote pizza and it did not disappoint. The pizza and drinks were spot on. Service was really lacking even though there were a ton of staff milling around. No one seemed interested in working. But that just seems to be the way it is now. Doesn't bother me much in a fast casual place, but still puts a damper on the experience.

Rotoli Qty 2 - Absolutely burnt and they even forgot the sauce. Much fail.

Well, the pizza was good. No complaints there. But the app? It's crazy that left the store like that. Didn't even put the sauce in, which I mean. Would have been useless as it was destined for the trash anyways. No excuse to send something that obviously burnt out.

I placed an online order today for a one topping pizza with no cheese. When I got back to work I noticed that they had put cheese on by mistake. I get it, accidents happen. I called the store to let them know what happened, and they told me "I didn't put no cheese in that pizza!" Well, the pictures don't lie. You can even see on the paper that there was NOT supposed to be cheese. Again, I get that mistakes happen and everything, but it's frustrating when the employee basically accused me of being wrong.

Custome build: pepperoni, spicy sausage, bell pepper, mozzarella cheese, black olive.

First time that trying the Fired pie. It's a great place if you like custome , delicious fast and affordable pizza. This place is similar to Piology and Pizza Rev. On top of that the staff were very friendly. Additionally great ambiance.

Best personal pizza I have ever had. "The Chipotle of Pizza." I recommend the Buffalo Chicken and Meaty Italian.

The pizza is delicious, and it is priced fair. The customer service is a little hit and miss, but not too bad.

Good thin crust pizza, a variety of toppings to choose from, fast and decently priced. I will definitely go back.

Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm -- the kind of service that turns a good meal into one you actually want to write about. The setting does a lot of the work: a large, charming garden with plenty of outdoor seating that gives the whole place a cozy, almost village feel. Inside, there's a small bar that's tough to get into, but it's really your only option if you're walking in without a reservation and don't want to wait an hour or more. The kitchen is usually the highlight. With an Italian chef behind it, everything leans fresh and well executed--pizzas consistently shine, and the salads are just as strong. This time, though, the bolognese was a miss. The pasta was clearly overcooked, which stood out given how reliable the food typically is--felt more like an off night than the norm. The wine-by-the-glass list is solid and approachable, and the many awards feel well deserved overall. A diverse staff adds to the cosmopolitan yet relaxed atmosphere. Even with the misstep, Cibo holds its place as one of the better all-around dining experiences downtown.

This is an embarrassment to anything Chicago or Wrigley related. Barely any beef and some nasty sausage patty, served with a bag of chips. This was not edible, so I just picked off the beef. The pizza was decent, but I can get better from Rosatti's. The worst part of the meal was the calzone. It was disgusting and barely warm. We all took small portions to taste and none found it edible. We left almost the entire order on the rack, aside from the pieces on our plates. Did the server care to ask? No, but more on that later. The small cheese with Ricotta was barely ok, but the ricotta was not as fresh as served at DeFalcos or Vero in East Valley. Service: AWFUL. We told the server that we want the large pizza to be our appetizer and then bring the rest of the food out. Nope. She brought everything out together. Refills? Had to try and finally get her attention. Never asked about our food. Didnt ask why the calzone was barely touched and we didn't want it to go either. Overall: Not coming back period.
