I love their salads and they have a great deal going where you get a mod sized pizza or salad and drink for a great price! This location was clean and the woman who made my salad was the most friendly employee I've met at any location. She took care in building my salad and I appreciate that. The pizza itself was delicious, but the customer service was absolutely horrible. The staff was rude and dismissive, and they didn't get my toppings right even after I clearly repeated my order. No one apologized or offered to fix it. I love MOD Pizza for the food, but the experience at this location was frustrating and disappointing. Definitely not coming back to this one. This place used to be so good, I've always loved MOD. Recently it's seemed to go downhill and after today's experience I just cannot imagine going back to this location again. Good pizza done your way. Don't be shy tell them exactly how you want your pizza or salad. I tell them extra cheese extra toppings. I also get mine crispy. I hate soggy pizza. If you like salad get a custom salad with any and all the toppings they offer. Don't be shy. Good service at this location. read more

I ordered off there website for delivery. After 30 minute or so the "DoorDasher" messaged me. Didn't know they used doordash to deliver when I ordered from the MOD Pizza website. Long story short I never received my order. Spoke with this store manager and she told me my order was stole from the dasher and she couldn't help me. She told me to contact Door Dash. After informing her I didn't order from Door Dash but through the MOD Pizza website she said she couldn't help and I had to reach out to customer service to get a refund. Turns out there is no customer service that answers the call after business hours. What a joke will never order from MOD Pizza again. read more

I have ordered in advance but pick up was great. My second order was in advance with free delivery, which was also great. I am so surprised that the pizza stays the same price regardless of the toppings that you add. This is definitely a healthier option that some other choices I tend to make. read more

Please get at least two dedicated workers building the pizza and teach them to be fast like Subway. It takes a grueling long time to even get through the line to the point of ordering. Then a second worker finally comes and instead of helping our group more who'd been waiting forever, she takes the next group behind us. Then stops after that. Will we never eat?!?! Why would you help someone who'd barely been here ahead of people who'd been waiting twenty minutes. Please revamp how you build pizzas!!! Subway is fast because each worker works a station! Not a group. Pizza is amazing so that's the two stars. Typed up this whole thing in line and still haven't ordered.... read more

MOD Pizza is usually my go-to fast pizza place around CO. This location in AZ has been inconsistent and disappointing. They have been understaffed in front, and no one seems to be moving above snails' pace. Pies have been undercooked and tonight's pie-overcooked (the crust had the consistency of an over-baked thin cracker). Beware-there is no longer a one-price for all Mod-size pizzas. Two topping pizzas cost less than unlimited toppings. Maybe because of short-staffing, no seems to be paying attention to keeping such things as cup tops and utensils available. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Mod has never disappointed. Went here for lunch and the ability to get a fresh pizza or salad made to order is amazing. They always move the line quick and get your food out fast. The ability to customize any pizza or salad with out being charged an arm and a leg is amazing. This location has a great outdoor seating area that was full shade during the lunch hour. read more

Came here for 2 Mod pizzas and a drink. After waiting for my order, they informed me that they had lost one of my pizzas. How this happens is beyond me. I had to start all over and create a new pizza. I went home with one hot pizza and one very cold pizza for $24.79. The pear tea was alright but I really preferred their black tea of all their specialty drinks. The pizza itself was decent. The worst part came from rewarming leftovers the next day; the pizza was extremely tough. One of the aspects I love about pizza is being able to eat the leftovers but these leftovers were the worst I've ever had for pizza. Absolutely not worth it. read more

Came here tonight. Only because the location my husband and I go too every Friday night usually. They haven't had blue moon beer. So we switched it up and came here since they had the bev available. This was my first time at this location. The line was long had seven people in line in front of me and it took about 12 minutes to get to the front to order my food the pizza was pretty good it was fairly crowded overall the pizza was pretty good it could've been better but it was pretty good other locations that I have been to have been a lot better overall no complaints I'll try again read more

This place was awesome. We ordered it for delivery this weekend and were more than impressed. They have a wonderful vegan cheese substitute and the fact that you can top it with as many veggies you want makes this place a vegan heaven. AND you aren't charged for each topping you put on. Excellent made-to-order, brick oven personal pizzas. All the toppings are included in the price. And they are nice fresh tasting toppings. Flavor of the dough and the sauce on the pizza is very good. Cooked perfectly- not too soft or too crispy. Pizza is ready in just a few minutes. The people were kind, efficient and helpful. Mod pizza is a modern building with spacious tables. The only downside was that the chairs are very uncomfortable. The pricing was very reasonable. I spent $8 on my pizza. I will return. read more

I have never been a huge Mod pizza fan, but today I thought I would give it another chance. I went to this Mod location and to start this horrible experience off the line was not long but some how took an hour to order our food. I then decided to get the deal of the day which is the pocket pizza and a drink for $10. I went to the register and got charged $15? Not sure if the workers didn't know or what but they all seemed miserable to be there as well. As we left Mod and went out side me and my sister ran into someone doing crack right outside of Mod as well which was ridiculous. Anyways to top it all of I ended up biting into my poorly done pocket pizza and pulling not one but TWO hairs out of my mouth. Absolutely disgusting. This location needs to be shut down immediately. read more

This place is run by lazy teenagers that talk loud and completely disconnected from customers. There was one young lady- the only one wearing a mask - Nelly I think ... she is the only one working. She also helped me with the app when I had trouble. I may come back because of her.. just maybe. Otherwise.. this place is not the business. read more

Never heard of this place, but very glad I was introduced to MOD. I picture MOD as someone saying... I know lets combine the good parts from Sauce/Mellow Mushroom and the few good parts from Chipotle and create a new franchise. So basically order any pizza you want with as many toppings as you want, you are only charged one price for the base type and size. GF and Dairy Free friendly (but not a GF or DF environment). Line up, choose your base/toppings from featured flavors or just choose adhoc as you progress down the line. Great concept. So many sauce options, cheese/meat/veggie options to choose from. Ordering is done quickly and the MOD team work really well together. Busy busy place! The only draw back is that MOD needs a bigger (or another oven). Takes about 10-15 minutes to cook once you've paid and taken a seat. This is taking in consideration that your pizza will go into a queue as I don't believe it takes more than 3-5 minutes to cook.. so a little bottleneck there. Hopefully not too much of a deterrent for people this isn't fast food, it is GOOD food delivered well. Don't feel you can eat everything in one go? They place togo boxes right where they drinks center is. Definitely will be back. read more

I ordered a create-your-own MOD pizza and besides the wait being ridiculously long, they mixed up several people's orders, people were taking wrong orders, and lastly, my pizza was half burnt. My crust was just about non-existent and the bottom of the pizza was black. A nice gentleman saw to it that they correct their mistake and he re-made it all himself and apologized for the inconvenience. Despite the frustrations, I still enjoying eating here, but maybe at the Tempe Marketplace location- as they've always made my order to perfection the first time. read more

Interesting concept. It was my first time yesterday, so I didn't know quite what to expect. They have a list of some common pizzas on the wall, so I chose one that seemed good to me. I ordered the Dominic. What's interesting is the pizza is like a flat bread, and customizable. So the guy asked me if there's anything else I wanted on it and I asked for garlic. Pretty simple and no extra charge. Kind of makes me think of 'which wich' sandwich place, if you've been. The taste of my pizza was good, but not enough for me for five stars, but I look forward to trying more. The crust is really like a flat bread. It's crusty and also chewy, I am not sure how I feel about it. I'm curious about their chicken bbq pizza though. If they win me over with that, then I'm not hesitant to change my review to five stars. read more

It depends greatly on who is working. We asked for mushrooms, and after she had sprinkled about 8 mushroom slices, she said "it's already on there". Anything I asked for was sprinkled carefully and meagerly. Definitely not like it used to be where you would get a pizza that had the toppings you wanted. Yum.gov!! So I love pizza but the calories can multiply quickly! Mod allows you to customize your taste buds while picking calorie friendly options...if that's your thing. If not there's plenty of BACON!! Basically there are about 2 dozen topping options which includes meats, veggies, sauces, cheeses crust thickness and size! After building your personalized masterpiece they place it in a pizza oven...this in my opinion is where the magic happens! Our pizzas came out with a perfect crust with little random burnt pieces along the edges! They also have speciality lemonades (they are kinda thick so adding a splash if water may be required)...my baby also got a little piece of cake that I barely had time to snap a picture of...so I guess that means it was good! Also last but not least they had really good customer service! Good job Mod! read more

This is my second time at this location and I've placed an online order each time. I arrive when it's time to pick up my order and each time, I have waited 20-30 minutes after expected pick up time. I suggest standing in the long line to order food because it is way faster than placing an online order. read more

It's a dive, which I love, and has an awesome vibe. Great food at very reasonable prices. Had their 10" signature Italian sub with a bag of chips. Couldn't be better!!! Ingredients were tasty, meat plentiful and it was overloaded with toppings. The bag of chips wasn't those tiny bags you buy in bulk at Costco/Sam's Club either! It came out fast and while waiting we enjoyed the kitschy decor everywhere (on the walls, ceiling and tables) . . . photos, bumper stickers, hilarious novelty signs, memorabilia and more. Can't wait to go back! Just wish they were located closer to where I live.

It is a lot of reading of options and finding the correct buttons to move forward correctly. You can't ask for the person's opinion on their ideas of best options, so I played it safe, kept it simple. I probably would have chosen more stuff if it was a person. The place has a great story and it really made me wish I could have gone there when Angie was alive. Her story on the wall was inspiring. There was a refill station for drinks and that is always a good thing. There were signs that said "Clean your own table!" That was different. I will probably try it again as there were some regular people I talked to while eating that gave their own recommendations. One guy said he comes in everyday for a warm bowl from his job nearby. Two blue collar guys next to us said they really like the lobster rolls. I thought it was funny since we are in AZ. I hope to give it 5 stars next time. Maybe I will if I get to talk to an employee at any time while I am there. It was a little Jetson like (if you know, you know).

Now the turkey avocado sub I get is perfect paired with the garlic aioli. Love a good toasted sub here, but wish they could be toasted for longer so that everything is warmed up, not just the bread on the outside. Got the regular Italian. Used to be 8". Now it's mayyyyyybe 6" and the roll is really small. For around $15 with tax, this was a ripoff in my opinion. I didn't eat that much at any meal, but I'm still kinda hungry after this sandwich. And no, I didn't use camera angle trickery and I don't have massive hands. It's just a small, small sandwich. Last one I get from Potbelly, too.

In my experience the service was really quick but it was also a slower time of the day and we were a few of the only patrons in the restaurant. Parking is easy to find right in front. I would also like to mention my mom loved her themed "Valentine's day" drink and the way the cocktails were presented were very beautiful.
