I really like Fired Pie. I wish I could give five stars, because my pizza was really good, but the crazy service there makes that fourth star really pushing it. If you haven't been here, it's kind of like the Subway of pizza. Go down the line picking what you want to put on your pizza and they'll fire it and bring it to your table. They also have me to order salads and pizza cookies with ice cream. You can choose between two different red sauces, one traditional and one chunky, and a white sauce. Choose your cheese, or in my case, cheeses, and then the rest of your toppings. There are a variety of meats and veggies to choose from. One of the things that I don't like it's that a lot of the toppings are marinated or sauteed, when I'd rather have them cut up in their natural, raw state. But it's fine - - I created an amazing Pizza with red sauce, feta, mozzarella, parmesan, meatballs, spicy sausage, capicola, tomatoes, and roasted garlic. It was kind of a masterpiece! This is where my issue comes in. When we got there there were people ahead of us in line. The employees were placing uncooked pizzas on a table and what appeared to be no particular order. They were just stacking up waiting to go into the fire. What that means is that they're kind of randomly fired in no particular order. The two other people on my order got their pizzas way before I got mine, and we're half done by the time I got mine. The people in front of us in line hadn't gotten theirs at all. When I finally went in search of my pizza, I got to the counter and saw the girl with seven or eight pizzas in front of her. Instead of getting one order out and then going back to the next order, she had everyone's order sitting out. She was trimming off the burned parts of the crust, going through each one slicing them. Now, I've never worked for a restaurant, but I might try to get those orders out in order instead of letting them all stack up. Another group was joking with us as we watched this young girl just playing around with eight finished pizzas instead of just getting them out to the diners. She was a kid without a lot of common sense who could have used a little guidance.

Walk in easy to read menu, greeted by staff. Tons of areas to sit, place kept clean, chill casual vibes. Tons of topping to choose from select your own options for 1$ more make ur own pizza, crust is thin taste really good cooked to perfection. Had everything I wanted to add to my pizza. Help yourself drinking fountain, free refills, house lemonade- which was pretty good. Service fast and friendly didn't wait to long for pizza to cook we were helped right away.

I came in to get some pizza around 11 and I walked in to an empty store. I thought they weren't open yet so I was about to leave but then I heard some giggling coming from the back. The employees were in the back throwing something at each other and laughing. When they finally got done playing a girl with blueish green hair walked out and finally noticed me standing in the dining room. I asked for a pizza and she rolled her eyes at me. Another employee walked out and the blue haired girl pointed to me almost as if to say "Take care of this." As the employee was making my pizza the blue haired girl stood near the oven with her arms crossed, frowning and staring at me like I just ruined the fun they were having in the back. Just then someone from the back yelled "Alena, you got to come see this" and the blue haired girl walked in the back leaving my pizza in the oven unattended. When I finally got my pizza it was crispy and black at the bottom. I asked the blue haired girl if I could get a refund or another pizza and she refused. She said I would have to talk to Micheal or Doug and that it "wasn't her problem." Luckily for her, I was on my lunch break and hungry so I didn't argue or cause a scene. This will be the last time I come here! That Alena girl needs to learn how to talk to customers!

This is the best fired pie. The manager person is always on top of it. Atleast I think it's the manager, they have gauged ears and a bun with shaved sides of the head. They make sure this place is flowing fast and smooth and is always extremely friendly. We drive out an extra 3 miles to go to this fired pie instead of the one close to our house

The service was terrible on the night before Thanksgiving. We walked in around 8pm and too many employees were avoiding doing a job to provide service. The one person making pizza was talking to her friend and we were not even greeted. 2 employees were standing at the oven and one at the register and still nothing. Our pizzas were made without the toppings and then someone came over to add the toppings to our pizza. We had to ask for extra toppings as when we asked for chicken then put 5 pieces on one of the pizzas. At this point al the employees were just not interested in helping and customers. Our pizzas were brought to us and thrown down on the table because the guy brought the hot trays and said his hands were burning. By 840 they were putting up chairs in all the empty tables and one person came over to ask us if we had any trash to take when we were still eating our pizzas. There was only one cheese shaker and it was empty. I saw one food delivery person come in to pick up an order. She was turned away with no pizza for delivery. She definitely looked disappointed. I don't know the circumstances but I'm sure this was a part of her income. Over all the service here has gone downhill fast.

This location is wonderful. I have never had any issues with this location or the employees. I'm an avid fan of Fired Pie and this location gets it right every time. I loved my pizza? And it was made right and well. I saw some quality control measures in place that made me happy to see, e.g. the employee made sure the crust shape was even and a perfect circle vs an uneven shape. This is my go to location of choice now.

    What's wrong with this picture?!

This location used to be great. Management must have thought it would be a good idea to let a bunch of inexperienced teens try to learn how to make pizza without trainining or supervision. They skimped on toppings and continued to burn several pizzas. The manager might want to pay this place a visit before they burn the place down.

To the person saying Marcos was not a good worker is simply wrong. Marcos was amazing. Immediately helped me when I came in, and was well prepped. He was quick and attentive. Some of the best customer service i've received in a while... I will definitely be returning!

Love the pizzas here! Pick from their suggested menu or create your own. It's the chipotle of pizzas lol. The patio is great too when my boyfriend and I bring our dogs. The staff is always so friendly and this place has excellent customer service. The dessert cookie is also delicious! It's super close to where I live so I definitely will be back!

I really liked this place, the place was clean and the staff is amazing, kind and friendly. All pizzas were made to order so everything was fresh. Husband got the HI BBQ pizza which so was very good, kids got pepperoni & pep/pineapple. The pizza sauce was light so we asked that they put more on & it wasn't a problem. We got 3 pizzas & 2 large drinks which came to $42.18, we left a $5 cash tip. The kids got to the pizzas before I could get pretty pictures. We would go back, it was worth it and the pizza was good & fresh.

We love it here. As an officially picky eater, I love that I can get my own pizza with everything I want, and nothing I don't want and not have to worry about anyone Else in my party. It's kind of like Subway for pizza . . . Go down the line and tell them what you want on your pizza

    It's so beautiful :)

My BBQ Steak & Bacon Mac hit the table so delicious, with that perfect stretch you only get when the sauce is built right then. * Fresh ingredients, no shortcuts: The kitchen is serious about produce. The Roasted Vegetables & Fruit in my salad were crisp and peppered with fresh strawberries. * Customization without the chaos: You pick your pasta, cheeses, and mix-ins, and they build it while you watch. * Salads that aren't just a side hustle: My wife ordered the savannah salad with fresh avocado that was amazing with the Honey Mustard Dressing. This could be a main stop just for salads Vibe & Service Counter service, but the staff calls out your name like they actually cooked for you. Because they did. And I was eating top quality food in minutes. Dessert Don't sleep on the dessert either. The Chocolate Fudge Cake and Tiramisu was amazing. They serve salads, bowls, sandwiches, all-day breakfast, protein shakes, fresh juices, and other healthy, fast-casual eats for dine-in or take-away. My kind of place! This is one of those spots that I'd frequent if I lived nearby (ChopShop, want to open in Northern California?!). I stumbled upon this spot after a little self-guided tour of ASU campus on a sleepy Sunday morning (everyone must have been asleep after the big football game the day before). I'd forgotten about this spot and it was such a happy surprise to find it again and to see that they survived the pandemic and are still thriving. First visit I ordered: -Cheat Day Wrap: scrambled egg, bacon, white cheddar, smashed avocado, tomato, brown rice (I ordered without rice), and turkey or ham (I skipped these too) *DELISH on a whole wheat wrap!!! Full of flavor and super easy to eat. This hearty breakfast sando fueled my active morning of hiking "A" Mountain (Hayden Butte Preserve) the running around the the IronMan course to spectate (30,000+ steps as a spectator!). We couldn't leave town without another trip. I took my guy and we enjoyed a salad, another breakfast wrap, and: -Chicken + Prosciutto Sandwich: grilled chicken, prosciutto, fontina, arugula, fig mostarda, dijon (no dijon for us), on a house bun. If you're in the area, looking for a healthy-ish breakfast, lunch, or snack, definitely check out Original ChopShop. Note: it gets busy at peak meal hours with students and faculty. Order at the kiosks (super easy), grab a number, find a table in their cozy interior or on their large front patio, and your food will be brought to you. Have a question? Just ask - the staff were very friendly and helpful in guiding our choices. And I love that they allow modifications to most menu items! We'll be back!!!

But my first experience was not that great. They had plenty of places to sit, whether you like to sit indoors or outdoors. I decided to try the "Glow Up Shake," which is their protein shake. The shake was okay; it didn't blow me away. Considering that it has banana, pineapple, dates, etc., I was hoping it would melt in my mouth with a galaxy of flavor--darn, no such luck. But like I said, it was an okay drink that I think others might like. Now, as for the $3 pre-wrapped Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie? The first cookie they brought me was hard as a diamond. I asked if they could heat it up to soften it a bit like they do at Starbucks, but he said they can't? Wow, I didn't realize that heating a Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie was so complex that it can't be done by some places. Anyway, the minor good news was he brought me a different cookie that was soft enough to bend and break off a piece and chew without worrying about breaking a tooth. But the big question is, will I be back? Of course I will; the place has a plethora of healthy food which I like. And I'm sure when I order something other than a diamond-hard Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie, my experience will be somewhat better. This place does have a fantastic Wi-Fi. That's a plus.
