This location is absolutely terrible. Been here several times and every time I've come here it's apparent the staff hate their jobs. And today is the last time I'll be coming to this location. Waited 20 minutes for my food when it was already ready and waiting in the heater. Person in charge up front had simply no idea what they're doing, forgot some of my items, then dropped my Mariana cup on the floor, tried handing it back to me with Mariana all over the cup. All of it was a wack ass experience and not only do they need to train better, but also hire people who want to work there. read more

Pizza Hut, itself, deserves less than 3 stars here. The reason I'm rating this so well is because the young woman at the register entirely saves this from being lesser. First, this is the ONLY location that answered their phone on a Friday night. There is no indication other locations are closed... come to find out, this is the ONLY location open in the vicinity. What?! With that being said- I had a very small order. 1 personal pan pizza & 1 order of breadsticks. The wait time ordering online would have been 1 hour or longer... calling in, it was 15 minutes. Two other patrons were ahead, in line for pickup at the store. It went relatively quick. But, I overheard the entire conversation with those patrons. Pretty much apologizing on behalf of poor leadership. The name on my receipt says "Chloe". She was great! Probably one of the best attitudes of anyone working in the food service on a busy weekend evening. She was polite, friendly & had a contagious laugh- made everyone feel welcome & totally distracted from the bad situation Pizza Hut had in slamming one location with the entire East Valley's business. My order was ready on time. It was great! Only- why did I pay for an additional marinara sauce when NEITHER container had more than 1 tablespoon in it??? The container is made to hold 1/4 cup. Neither had more than 1/4 of that container filled. Is it THAT hard to fill a cup??? Between this location & the express location I visited at a Target in the North Valley last month, they seem to be extremely stingy on marinara sauce. Why?! I mean, at least I got the "extra"... but, it didn't even provide 1/2 of a full container between the two. The pizza, itself was good, so were the breadsticks. Both fresh & as expected. Really appreciate the punctuality & great customer service when picking up! Only, Pizza Hut needs to get it's act together. There's 0 indication only ONE location is open, and there is no shortage of tomatoes- I'd like to know why getting a full or extra cup of marinara seems to be like asking for water during a drought. read more

The food was hot and fresh and tasted great. Service was insanely fast as well. I mean it took less then 15 minutes. Unfortunately I got buffalo pizza on the receipt mind you as well. My dad clearly ordered BBQ pizza and that's what I wanted. Ah well, the buffalo was pretty good and close enough I guess. Typical big chain pizza am I right? The worse part of the experience that took off two stars however was the wings. I ordered garlic Parmesan wings. They had zero bleeping sauce! Not to sound like Gordon Ramsy, but where's the fucking sauce?!?! They put the smallest amount of fucking sauce in the bottom of the bowl. So I had basically unflavored wings. Thanks pizza hut. And thanks for getting me a buffalo when I wanted a BBQ. Unfortunately fast service doesn't always mean good service, and I would've waited longer to have the correct pizza and the correct amount of sauce on my wings. Do it right next time! read more

The customer service here is awful! Ordered carry out, the pizza was not right and we were overcharged . Tried to call the restaurant to attempt to make it right, was transferred twice to a phone that rang for awhile, then disconnected. Contacted Pizza Hut on line, got the run around from them. They don't have a corporate number to call. It's been 3 weeks and still haven't heard back from anyone. I will be choosing dominos or little ceasars from now on. Huge Shout-Out to Alandra and Christina for Outstanding Customer Service and Awesomeness! I have never had a bad dining experience with this particular Pizza Hut as their service is always top-notch and their attention to detail is superb! However; there comes a time when you just have to go the distance and give mad rep to two very exceptional employees whose service was unsurpassed and that Huge Shout-Out as duly noted goes to two very lovely young ladies: Alandra and Christina! In sharing this experience we were celebrating two birthdays, and found that we need some extra food that was unplanned for this event for two additional guests. Christina went the distance and made sure the food was hot, freshly prepared and accommodated the impromptu change in the order without hesitation; thus providing the coveted "service with a smile" which was greatly appreciated! We did not mind at all waiting in our vehicle by choice while they made the pizzas, and she personally waved to us to let us know the order was ready. The food was delicious and again as made mention of thoughtfully prepared, and greatly appreciated by all. How wonderful, and very refreshing was this! Then there Alandra who too provided exceptional customer service, was very thoughtful and endearing in confirming the order after being placed online as I could tell she was smiling through the phone and that in and of itself seems to be lost in these days and just encountering service such as this made it such a wonderful experience that I was not expecting! Additionally considering it was a birthday celebration she threw in a delicious warm, and gooey chocolate chip cookie! Talk about kindness! It gives me great pleasure to write this review and it is my sincerest hope that Pizza Hut recognizes both these employees as they did a stellar job representing the company! I would highly recommend this restaurant and now find that my family, friends and colleagues by virtue of this dining experience go now only to this Pizza Hut even if it is out their way as they experienced for themselves as a result of the birthday celebration that this is the epitome of service extraordinaire! 100 stars across the board and great job ladies! read more

I have been ordering pizza from this chain for years and from this specific location for about 3 years. I can honestly say that I have not had any bad experiences with the food or the staff. I've done delivery and carry out and appreciate their customer service. I order some of their wings because they offered a new sauce, Nashville Hot. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sauce was good and flavorful, but not hot & spicy like I was hoping for in a "Nashville Hot." But the pizza I ordered was prepared and cooked perfectly. This place is a little weird. Tables were dirty, half the tvs were off and the others were so poorly color corrected they were blue and pink. The pizza was okay but nothing to write home about. Staff was nice and got our order in fast. Probably wouldn't come back. read more

This is the best Pizza Hut we've been to. I don't understand the poor reviews. Maybe they've taken them to heart and improved, because they're awesome. There was a guy standing outside as we drove up. He was cleaning the windows, handicap signs, and the parking lot was already debris free. This too is a carry out or delivery only facility. But we were hungry so we ordered. He held the door open for us every time we went in and came out. They took our order in a friendly and professional manner. The environment was calm and friendly. We had hot, fresh, and delicious food on 15 minutes. They also gave a military discount! Support those that support the troops. read more

This is my neighborhood Pizza Hut. I've ordered from here since I moved to Mesa, 7 years ago. I always preferred Pizza Hut over any other franchise pizza place. The last time I ordered from there, they really dropped the ball, TWICE! So, I ordered last Saturday, and I upgraded my meal from breadsticks to cheese sticks for an additional cost. My meal also came with cinna-sticks. When the food arrived, instead of cheese sticks, I got bread sticks, with a heavy sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar. I called the location, and after being transferred 3 times, and 2 reps basically telling me I didn't exist as a customer because my order had been delivered, so I wasn't in the system, I got to speak with a manager. The manager offered to have someone come back out and bring the cheese sticks. So, I agreed. 15 minutes later, an unhappy looking delivery girl shows up, shoves a bag of bread in my face, and says, "here", and walks away. No apology, no have a good day, nothing. And do you know what she brought? BREAD STICKS! Not cheese sticks that I paid for, and waited extra for, but bland and unflavored carb sticks! Sorry Pizza Hut, but I'm done with you. This location failed so hard that day, that I will no longer be doing business with you. This economy sucks, and people don't like to spend money on eating fast food. You should treat your customers like you care, and actually appreciate their business. I have many pizza choices in my area, and now my choices have been narrowed down because I won't be ordering from you guys anymore. read more

We've been "loyal" customers to this store for nearly two years; for the last six months, EVERY time we order, we need to end up speaking to the manager to get our order correct ... and it often is wrong. Their employee/mgmt turn over is atrocious and directly impacts the quality of services/foods. We're DONE. My girlfriend and I love Pizza Hut; however, I think we're going to be ordering from another business. We've order three different times, and each time we've gotten wrong orders. It's too "common" to have mistakes every time we order. This is ridiculous. The line people need to pay attention to what they're putting on each order; the cutter (who's often a manager) should be double checking that the toppings match the order; and finally (not in all stores) drivers check the orders before loading up for a run. So, after all that which could have prevented this, all three times we've gotten wrong orders. WTF!? I recommend that you go elsewhere. read more

I ordered at this location because it told me they had breadsticks.. had my husband drive 30 mins for them to say they don't have any and on top of that he had to wait 20 mins for the order which it say it was going to be ready in 45 mins ..it's been passed 30 mins already. But what makes this place stand out is their friendly customer service and willingness to accept perfectly valid promotions and coupons that other Pizza Huts arbitrarily refuse. I decided to give it another try as I do love Pizza Hut pizza's. This time I did carry out. They have a single standing building with their own row of about 10 parking spots all in a line. By the front door are 2 handicap spots which are closest to the door and then the rest of the spots. When I pulled up there and there were 4 cars all parked in the first 4 spots next to the 2 handicap spots. I walk into the building and no one is in the lobby. So that told me that the 4 closest spots to the front door were either employees or delivery drivers. The closest spots should be for customers and not the employees. Ok not a biggie and I wasn't going to post at that point as seemed a bit petty. But I go to the counter and am standing there and a girl is by a cash register and takes a second to acknowledge me and says someone will be with you in a minute. No hello or hi. She then proceeds to "yell" fairly loudly not once but twice for help from this other girl. The girl came it was all fine. Then another lady walks in. They have no pizza for her showing that she called in. She said when she called it in she made sure to ask if it was the Dobson/Main location. The unprofessionalization of this location is still seen by the public. I don't come near as often as I used to because of the various issues. But it is one of my favorite pizzas. I ordered online and my order was ready when promised. Everyone was really nice even though they were a little slow when I went to pick up the order. Unfortunately the order was completely wrong when I got it home and I hadn't thought to look inside the pizzone when I was in the store. I called and said it was wrong but since they were closing I didn't want to drive all the way back and asked for a refund. I was told they couldn't do a refund over the phone but if I stopped in the next day they would. I stopped in, and then they only gave me a partial refund (after waiting for a long time for them to figure HOW to give me the refund) and said tax couldn't be refunded but wouldn't give me a reason when I asked why. I don't typically order pizza but I definitely won't order from this Pizza Hut again... just too much headache when there are literally tons of other places out there. Management needs to train their employees a little better with how to make a correct order and how to use systems. read more
