This my 2nd time ordering from there within 3 months i order about an hour ago thru grub hub my noodles were burnt and tasted like they was the last batch super dry with flavor!!!! I order garlic parmesan chicken super dry and you can taste the old oil my salt and pepper wings tasted horrible and over cooked didnt look or taste like salt and pepper at all. I dont even do reviews but this was well needed to many young people cooking and playing around the food at this location. Management dont care at all seem like they just want able bodies to work there!!!! We enjoyed the wings, strips, noodles and fries from this restaurant. Ordering process was great. We placed our order and were given an estimated time when it'd be ready, and then were texted when it was ready. We ordered salt and pepper strips, which were too salty. We also ordered jerk wings, lemon pepper wings, garlic noodles and garlic fries that were good. The chicken is comparable to other wing restaurants. I do enjoy the additional side options offered here. The blue cheese dressing did not have blue cheese chunks which was a disappointment. This place is definitely worth a visit. read more

I am trying to place an order online as they have their sale for their wings on Wednesdays but there is no specific menu dedicated to it although on the website it states to look for it. The phone number isn't in service or can't be completed and I've looked it up on 3 different places. It's extremely frustrating trying to place an order with this establishment if the phone number isn't in service or not working as well as the online menu doesn't reflect the deals they have. I hate going in person to order because the staff seems to not care about your order as they would rather talk to each other and crack jokes than help you get your order out in a timely manner. I was thinking of ordering online to avoid this whole ordeal but that doesn't seem to be the case and I will have to go in person in order to be serviced. Ordered several times feels like more than half of the time they messed up with my order, either wrong flavor or missing wings.

I go here at least once every two weeks. I've gotten the flavored chicken as well as the Cesar salad and house salad with chicken. Everything I've had was delicious! They also give me 2-3 ranch containers with my salad and honestly I need that much and they do it without my asking them which is a huge deal for me lol. Their other items look bomb but I'm not sure how they taste, kinda seems too carby for lunch as I tend to get food coma post meals. I definitely wanna try their other items one day. Not much in terms of good wings in this area and expected the same here but was honestly surprised. Much better than I anticipated. We ordered some bone in and boneless to try. They all had flavor that was distinct. None were drowning in sauce. Also ordered garlic noodles and those were 'okay'. The online ordering process seemed a little confusing. ***DO NOT ORDER THROUGH GRUB HUB*** I placed my order at 4:12 on a Saturday trying to beat any potential dinner rush. The Grub Hub email stated that it would take 15-35 minutes for my order and I would be contacted if there were any issues. After 45 minutes I decided to drive to the restaurant in case they were busy, I didn't mind waiting a little longer because I've been interested in this place since I saw it was open, but at least I'd be there when the food came out. I went in through the door dedicated for pick-ups and there were numerous signs posted inside stating that customers waiting on pick-up orders were not allowed to wait inside and needed to wait outside. The employees had no problems seeing me, there was only one customer at the counter ordering with 3-4 employees in the front, and they could see me waiting with my phone open & in hand. I finally approach the counter and ask for an update on my order and the employee asks the employee putting orders together, and that employee points to a bunch of bags sitting on a counter behind the registers. The first employee looks through all the bags, finds mine somewhere towards the back and confirms my order. I asked how long my order was sitting there because it was already more than 45 minutes since I placed my order and I was never notified it was ready to pick-up. The employee asks the other employee again, which I'm assuming was a manager or supervisor, why I wasn't notified and that employee shared they do not notify Grub Hub customers. I asked why not and what could I have done differently and they shared that they do not have the "tablet" to notify Grub Hub customers. I asked how this could happen, especially since there are already reviews on Yelp sharing that people have had problems picking up their food, and the employee confers with the other employee and they said they will not be getting a tablet to notify customers. Another (3rd) employee shared that I shouldn't order through Grub Hub and to use Door Dash. Of course, getting home the food was all cold, the fries for my daughter were more than cold, they were soggy, her chicken was hard and cold, and overall everything was unappetizing and pretty bad. So assuming I waited outside like the signs said, even though my order was over 45 minutes, I would have never been notified my food was ready and could have wasted even more time trying to follow their rules. The responses from 2 out of the 3 employees I encountered demonstrate that there was absolutely no consideration for the $40 I spent there and is probably an indication of other problems with their operations. read more

Came to Fire Wings on my lunch hour (noon) it was a bit busy as expected and two young girls were working the front. One was handling the phone and the other was taking orders. I ordered the garlic noodles and an side of the stuffed jalapeños. I was noticing the sitting areas has I waited. Tables were dirty, the soda dispenser had no ice, and the tables that were cleared were all sticky. Now, the times the employees had no customers they kept busy behind the counter doing other things. I also noticed the cooks with their masks on their chins. Umm I believe we're still in a pandemic and masks are mandatory. Maybe they took it down to breathe for a little since they were busy. Who knows. But the food was great. The noodles had plenty of garlic flavor but my jalapeños were a bit tough. Grand opening is 7/10/21! Right now they are doing a soft opening and it seems like not everything is available off their menu yet. There is also a sign on the door saying masks are required and "no mask no service." I guess it's only ok to take off your mask when you're seated and eating because they do offer dine in right now. The space is a bit on the narrow and small side with 8 tables. They also have 3 large TVs on the wall. I came into the store to order but online ordering is also available. I ordered 10 wings (2 flavors) which came with a dip and an order of garlic noodles. The order was ready in about 10 minutes. There were also a fair amount of people coming in and also doing pick up. Food: GET THE GARLIC NOODLES! They are so good! Very flavorful and the noodles have a nice chew to them. Not soggy or overly greasy either. My flavors were Saigon street and salt and pepper. The salt and pepper wings were on the bland side for me. I expected it to be like the salt and pepper dishes at Chinese restaurants but the seasoning here was lacking. I wouldn't get this flavor again. Saigon street did have a fish sauce aroma and tasted sweet, slightly tangy, and savory. I really liked this one. When this place open on Pinole Valley Rd, I was pretty stoked that another wing place opened up. I must say, if you got that wing craving go to Fire Wings, they have a variety of flavors, such as dry rubs, wings in sauce, and fusion wings for the adventurous folks. They do serve fries, jalapeño poppers, Mac & cheese, fries, mozzarella sticks, and by god they have garlic noodles which I would get anytime with my order. Downside about this location they don't have the chicken sandwiches, and they can be a tad expensive, other than than that they good. Customer service pretty good, their online ordering is pretty on point. There are probably a few more items I might have forgotten, it's pretty small dining I recommend takeout. Stopped by Fire Wings Pinole for the first time and I was impressed. Service was stellar even during a busy Friday lunch hour. The wing flavor options were more interesting than similar wing joints. And the sides were varied and included salads, an option health oriented folks like to have. I opted for the garlic noodles and they were awesome. We had several flavors and no one was disappointed. Salt and pepper, Korean, Garlic Parm, and Lemon Pepper we're all winning flavors. We cautiously approached one another after finishing our meals and asked, "what did you think?" We each enthusiastic answered similarly, "OMG, So Goooooood." The other wing option in Pinole isn't bad by any measure, maybe a little slow, but service is nice. Had to check out the new place in town. Ordered online and picked up. Online system was nice because it texts when it's ready. Picking up was a bit chaotic. Lots of people waiting and no place for them to stand, no real line inside. Could have been better organized. Tried two sauces: Saigon street and Korean kick. I liked the Korean kick, sweet and spicy but not too spicy. I would try something else instead of Saigon street next time. I like that they do boneless wings as an option. I think they're wings are great here don't get me wrong, but the customer service is pretty bad. I stood in the front waiting to pick up my order, not for long, but there was 3 employees and no one acknowledged us for at least a couple of minutes and no one was in line. One guy behind the counter stayed on his phone while the other 2 girls were working, and then we get our food, only to find that they skimped us on our noodles!!! I personally hate being dipped for my money and we got one large and one regular side of garlic noodles, only to find that they put the same small amount into a larger box.... They actually put a small box inside the big box to make it look fuller, so I swapped the two boxes and boom, same amount in each. This location specifically is the worst fire wings I have ever been to. The customer service was absolutely awful and the food was no better. I waited forever for Wings that were cold, only got some fries and they were cold. I asked if they could put the game on and they gave me some excuse to wait and never did it as my wife and I watched them sitting around and joking around. The good: - Chicken isn't overcooked like how Wingstop often does it. - The garlic noodles are amazing. Really chewing and flavorful. - Peanut butter flavor is great. Not exactly like a thai peanut sauce, but still really good. - Lemon pepper has a nice zest and flavor to it while not being overdone. - Saigon is tasty too, though not as a strong a flavor as lemon pepper. Good for people who don't want a bold flavor. The bad: - "Korean Kick" just taste like Tabasco hot sauce. No flavor of Korean gochujang at all. Very disappointing, especially since I hate vinegary hot sauces like Tabasco. I would've liked to actually taste the bold chili flavor of gochujang instead. - Tatertots large size is a huge portion... BUT... they seemed a tad underdone. Not crispy or firm enough. Wasn't raw or anything, but needed to be cooked longer to be considered good tatertots imho. Maybe next time I'll see if they can do them "well done" and judge it again. - The ranch sauce isn't the creamy type. It's watery and thin. Overall I'll give it a 4 star because the stuff that is good, was really good. They lose a point for the Tabasco masquerading as Korean. Tatertots seems like an easy request can fix it (may just be my preference). The ranch is lame; I'd deduct half a point for that if I could, but it's not a big deal. The wings were ok, a bit sweet, but the salad was bad. It was an Asian chicken salad and they were out of mandarin oranges, but I said that's ok. They gave me the crisps on the side, thankfully because they tested horrible. I think the oil they were cooked in was rancid. And the lettuce pieces... Some way too big, others slimy and brown.
