Natalia was awesome helping with my app order! Very friendly, efficient, and fast service. Always a good experience at this location!

Love a good drive thru situation. Love being able to use the app and pick up from the drive thru even more!! Their Pepsi is next level carbonated and tasting. Any time is the right time for Taco Bell . Ordered the cheesy potatoes adding everything that would come on a nacho bell grande- I think this is my new favorite. The loaded nachos were good as well, but the potatoes were 15/10. Thankful for the service. It was quick and order was correct. read more

This food was the best Taco Bell tastiness, but the worst Taco Bell quality. My friends and I ate today, but now all of our stomachs hurt and one of my friends threw up... ! Eat at your own risk. read more

The Tuesday special was a$3 bundle: crispy cantina chicken taco & nacho fry... The 1st taco was a soft one w/black beans & al fresco but the nacho cheese spilled in the bag all over the fries & the taco ! The 2nd order was a crispy taco w/ black beans & only onions plus another nacho fry ... Finally got a crispy taco w/ black beans & pico de gallo !! So much food but so many mistakes !! I always switch out whatever meat for black beans & no cheese & try for fresco style (pico de gallo) but it rarely comes out correct the 1st time They do always try to fix my order & apologize & I get extra food read more

Taco Bell - Our receipt - Fast Food Near Me - Pinole, California

I am so pissed. Went kinda late to eat as my teenage son said he was hungry at 11pm. When I drove up there was only 1 car ahead of me. So it should have gone smoothly right???? WRONG.... took the car ahead of me 10 minutes to get their food and they had a small ass bag so not much fit inside. I then finally get to the window. I had ordered a Nachos Bell Grande and a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla, both nothing spectacular and super easy to make. I ended up waiting at the window for another 12 minutes with the cashier and I making that awkward eye contact. I asked what was taking so long and she said she didn't know. They didn't have mild sauce so I asked for medium and only hot was in the bag. I then got home, opened my son's food as it felt kinda light and this is what I had in there. I'm sorry but I've ordered this before and quesadillas are one of the easiest things to make. And one things for sure it's supposed to be almost the size of the bag. I chose not to go back because it was hella late but something has to be done about this. read more

I enjoy having Taco Bell every now and again. I ordered the LUX box where you can pick several items and if you order through the app you can customize your items. This location is a white-hot mess. Supreme tacos come as regular tacos. Customers who came in AFTER you get served BEFORE you. I'm convinced that the young girl behind the counter mucks up my orders on purpose because she heard me say that I wished it was a Del Taco instead. I even slipped and fell last week (somewhere between 11/17 & 11/21) on the freshly mopped floor (who mops at 11am...?) and no one offered me assistance. Shame on them! I need to start giving my money to Mexican-Owned establishments that actually care about their customer base enough to get the basics right! I would give them -5 stars of I could because they're THAT bad now... read more

Finally. I've been waiting for this day to come. A time where management gets it right and hire good people that have a smile on their face (even if it's fake) but care about their job. But nah you can tell the people today care about doing a good job. It was such a great experience I wish I could give a tip. But since I can't, if management sees this, please congratulate the staff on their outstanding job today for making my 4 orders timely (to utilize rewards) and being very nice and friendly. read more

The only concern we have with our local Taco Bell is sometimes they go through staff changes a little more often than normal and when that happens, you get the wrong order in the drive-through you get no sauce things aren't normal sometimes But overall, we love the food read more

Service is always great when I go and especially when Natalia is there! Good service always makes the experience better.

If I could give a 0 I would, the works are always so rude, dismissive and rejects helping customers by redirecting them to the kiosks. Ive seen time and time again where an elderly couple comes in to the counter and stands there waiting for over 10 minutes to order. The place is relative clean, tho ive never seen the workers wipe down any of the tables. The food is mediocre then again it is taco bell, we've waited sometimes 20-30 mins for 7 items while the employees all just stand around talking or yelling across to one another from the kitchen to seating area out front. The soda machine is either off with the syrup ratio or never has ice. Definitely not pleased with this locations service. read more

One of the workers is consistently rude to my friend and always seems to start unnecessary issues with her. It makes the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In Drive thru today I ordered an Enchrito the girl was rude said we don't make that I asked why I get it at other Taco Bell's. she reply's do want a chicken taco or something I explain No She replied very Rude what do you want! I drive to window ask her why she is rude and she continued to be rude. So I went to San Pablo Taco Bell where services is better and ordered my Enchrito with no problem in the drive thru. I refuse to spend $$$ at Taco Bell in Pinole I will just have to go to San Pablo if I want my Enchrito. See photo so maybe next time someone orders one, I got it in San Pablo Taco Bell where customer service is Great! read more

The beans and rice are crunchy and old both times and the customer service is rude and they don't care. Bathrooms are filthy better off at a truck stop. Another low point was when an elderly lady attempted to order at the counter and the manager yelled at her to use the kiosk and she told him she could see well enough to use it and he said he did not care. I offered to help and she said she wasn't going to give them her money and left. ADA and age discrimination. I won't be back. read more

The drive-through at this Taco Bell is efficient and friendly, with few order mistakes. I usually order via the app for easier customization. However, the indoor experience is hit or miss. The staff often refuses to take orders, directing everyone to the kiosk, which frustrates some customers who prefer speaking to a person. Cleanliness is mediocre, and I only ever come inside to pick up orders. Overall, the kiosk focus and lack of personal service are a bit off-putting. What are you doing, exactly? read more

I would give them a 0. Once again they take my money and don't give you what I ordered. I pay extra for extra cheese and they don't put it on. Also the Pepsi was really bad, like it had not much of flavoring in it. Ever since it was sold to the new owner, their quality has gone to shit. Upon I entering I go to counter because the 2 kiosk are pre occupied by customers who are having a little difficulty using the device . The guy at counter who was knelt down stands up and says if I can use kiosk I said I would but it's occupied so I continue waiting on guest who are using kiosk. A girl from mountain mikes comes in and must be a friend of Taco Bell employee who is smiling as they talk he takes her order I said oh now your open. He then offers to take my order now that he opens for the young lady I decline . I think if your kiosk are occupied cashier need to be readily available to customers. They had a smirk on there face after discussing my issue .Maybe since it's the 2-5 day part they are not worried about it. The food was decent they needed to stir scoop and tap the beans they were a little cold cheese was not melted . Rest of food was ok just need to work on customer service at this location. read more

Coming off a late flight from OAK, Hubbers and I decided on late night eats. Something fast, something quick and easy and something closer to home. So many fast food joints around this area, but Taco Bell won out. We were anxious to get home since we were both drained from the day's activities, so we figure food via drive thru would be much faster. But then, SURPRISE! A long line at this hour?! (It was almost 11pm!) There were at least 7 cars ahead of us. We were both too tired to complain, so we just let it be. And another surprise? It didn't take more than 10 minutes for us to put in our order, pay and hauled outta there. They were incredibly FAST. Needless to say, we were impressed. We both got a few crunchy beef tacos. One thing we both noticed when we got home to grub? Not one single taco had tomatoes in 'em. I was okay with it, Hubbers kinda wasn't... thinking back, this may be due to the haste. Otherwise, the food is what you expect from Taco Bell. But getting people in and outta there was impressive; even more so for a late-night rush. It's one of those places you'd come back to should the mood come up again. It is Taco Bell, after all. Although not anytime soon, there most likely will be a second visit. read more

Went here for the Mexican pizza. They were out of tomatoes, but that didn't bother me. They were also out of a number of drinks, so I settled for a root beer. Service was quick. But unfortunately the Mexican pizza and 2 crunchy taco supremes made me sick. I had food poisoning evident by the Taco Bell food that I vomited. Taco Bell was my only meal yesterday so there wouldn't be any other explanation for my vomiting/food poisoning. Highly disappointed as this location is usually better than the one closer to my house. read more

The grimy bitch on the headset was hella rude and neglected to mention at the speaker when I was ordering that they didn't have their fries up so when I got to the window to pay and asked why she ignored that part of the order, she proceeded to act as if it didn't matter and argued with me for ten minutes about how she needed me to go back to the fucking speaker to talk because of the numerous cars pulling up behind me, as well as the fact that she rang me up for the wrong size drink. I asked for a medium which they said they didn't have and was given a small. Even though my receipt says Medium on my drink order. Anyways, fuck this place. I'm not going back. read more

Can I rate it ZERO stars? This is easily the worse customer service of any of the Taco Bell locations. They are terrible. There are no signs indicating that the dining room was closed when I got there at 4:54 PM, 6/19/2022 - on Father's Day mind you. On the app, I ordered to pick up as it's easier to get in and out of most locations with a pickup as the food is usually there waiting to get picked up. However, I was forced to wait nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Additionally, the app doesn't have root beer as an option. So I asked if I could have a root beer, and the cashier said, "Sure, thank you." I picked up the food at the window but they put away the breakfast salsa that I requested. No other sauces were recommended or in the box. And my drink was a Pepsi. I am never coming back to this location. EVER! And how is it that the average rating is a two-star when nearly all the reviews are one star or if they had a ZERO star rating, it would be ZERO!!! read more

I'm very very disappointed. I tried the new toasted taco. It was not a taco more like a mini burrito. Tacos are usually made with a hard shell corn tortilla not a soft regular tortilla. The TV commercial with Pete Davidson shows him holding up what appears to be a hard shell taco stuffed etc . One I received was so small and looked like a mini burrito. read more
