My kid recommended it. Looks good!

Huge portions, good prices. My kid recommended this place and I can see why it's so popular. I enjoyed the skinny noodles and broccoli beef. Will come back.

I got the salt and pepper shrimp here and I have to say it was pretty good. It was heavily breaded, but equally meaty as well. The restaurant itself is not one that you would come and sit down to eat at it's more of a to go style location. The customer service was okay. I most likely wouldn't come here on a regular basis because there was limited options for me as a pescatarian, but again it was good for an on the go snack.

A little hole in the wall in the back of San Pablo. The rice was good and the portions were generous. Im on a quest for dry fried ribs and these look different than any others aive had and the oil didnt taste as fresh as I would like The place was full when I pulled up. I was able to park in the front. One of the employees let the door close in my face on the way in and the cashier was neutral enough. It would be be my first choice, but if I was hungry and needed something quick I would consider it.

    Combo B for $12!

We were in town because of a funeral and wanted to find a quick place to stop by -- this is a great little hole in the wall tucked into a plaza next to a T4! Food is tasty and they give really generous portions for how much they're charging! I got combo B (you can sub the chicken fried rice with a different carb, eg the noodles, if you'd like) with sesame chicken + chicken with green beans, but they have lots of other options as well (eg chicken wings, orange chicken, black pepper beef, broccoli beef, shrimp with veggies, etc). Service was super quick and it looks like a really popular place for takeout! There are two tables (one seats 4 and the other seats 2).

This is me & my mom's favorite hang outs, large portions served, and plenty of leftovers for us to take home. We love this place.

Combo plate with Chowmein, sweet n sour pork, and Crispy pork chops!! (super yummy)

My grand mother and I came here on 10/02/25. We absolutely love love love this place. It is super clean and fast. We bought 3 combo plates and 2 cold beverages. It all came out to a total of $44.95. That is such a huge steal!!! Definitely love this place. The food is very delicious and authentic. Reminds me of my childhood. Not only that, but the portions are super huge. They over flow your plate. You most definitely get a bang for your buck over here!! Service was very fast.

This place has a really good meal for cheap. I got the two entrees plus chicken fried rice combo. For the dishes I got spicy orange chicken and spicy beef and veg. It was about 11 bucks and a ton of food that was satisfying. Also the salt and pepper wings looked really good, I gotta go back and try them.

Prices went up a little but still good.

The owner and staff members were so personable. They made sure we were taken cared of. You just don't get that level of customer service very often! It's a casual space with tons of seating. My absolute fav part of the meal was the dessert. WOW. The peach and strawberry cobbler was so fresh. You can even smell the butter before taking a bite. The vanilla ice cream brought everything together. A bit pricey, but definitely worth the splurge!

He also asked if he "wanted onion," as well as asked our friend the same, "would you like onion and cheese?" However, the server neglected to mention that every suggestion he made was an extra charge of $3-4. The burger that started out as $17 ended up costing $27 at the end! It was odd. The check was not itemized when it first came, and he had to ask specifically for an itemized receipt to explain the up charge. It's disappointing! The communication could definitely be better.

The restaurant is really big and we sat at a table for 14 pretty comfortably. We were also here on a Saturday night and the restaurant was full. The service is your typical Chinese restaurant vibe where you leave a little bit emotionally abused after paying for overly priced menu items. We did the à la cart and easily spent up to $1500. Better off with the family plan meal but nothing was of interest to us except one or two dishes. It took forever to come out and I mean FOREVER to a point where we almost cancelled a few dishes and called it a night, but they kept saying it's being made. With as many people and as massive as the restaurant was, and the price tags, I was expecting a more efficient service. A couple of times we saw our dish being brought to the wrong table and the people going "oh we didn't order this." With all of that out of the way, I am giving them an average score of 3 starts because the food did bring them back up. It was actually really good. My favorite of all things we ordered was their sea bass with string beans. The sea bass was fried crispy, garnished salty and still soft inside. It paired really well with the string beans. We ordered a bunch of other things that I couldn't tell you what the name was in English and they were above average taste wise. Their complimentary dessert however, was mass produced and tasted like they added too much water to it. This was the only one I was disappointed in. I still say this place is extremely overpriced but for a family meal experience and if you ever want to impress a date, why not.

This is the restaurant of choice for my wife's family gatherings, and she has a pretty big family,…read moreso we're here quite a bit. To be honest, Fusion used to be terrible, and I used to absolutely hate coming here. Food was slow in coming, what came out was often cold, the dining room was loud, and service was impersonal, at best. On one visit, half the menu was unavailable, requested silverware was crooked, and numerous glasses, bowls, and plates were chipped or damaged. On another visit, I saw multiple families sneak out of the restaurant, walk to McDonald's across the plaza, and smuggle food back in to tide them over until their orders came. After a while, I wasn't alone in meeting the decree of, "come to Fusion on Saturday," with a groan. However, when HL Peninsula opened in Castro Valley and established itself as a threat to Fusion's business, it served as a wake-up call. Food immediately got better (from "below-average" to "know what to order and you'll be fine"), the speed of service improved, and food temperature became consistent and proper. It's not QUITE a "different restaurant" feel, and there are still some negatives. It's still loud and service could still be better (there have been times where chicken wings have taken over an hour to come out, which is a "should not occur"). However, at least I don't dread coming here anymore.

Went in, and got seated promptly even though we came earlier than our reservation time. Zach our server explained the menu thoroughly the let us have time to peruse the menu. He was so professional, friendly and very on point. We ordered the shrimp and lobster dumplings, the caviar and langoustine rolls, and the langoustine toasts. All soo delicate and flavorful. Then we had the shaking beef, the house Dungeness crab, the seafood fried rice and the garlic noodles. Everything tasted awesome and presentation was great. For desserts we ordered the fried banana with vanilla ice cream, the baked Alaska ( was too sweet and too frozen for us, we could barely cut into it ) and custard ( chè ) which was served with ice cream (?) ... the last 2 desserts were disappointing. Crustacean is a fancy restaurant beautifully decorated and food and service are excellent, but we will stick to fried banana or crème brûlée next time for dessert.

The flavors were authentic and flavorful without being overly Americanized. The pork curry was absolutely delicious and is definitely a must-order. The palata was a great starter -- flaky, warm, and exactly what you'd want. The miso black cod was another standout. The broth it was simmered in was incredibly flavorful, and the fish was perfectly cooked. The garlic noodles were also done really well with the right noodles and great flavor -- honestly better than some places known specifically for garlic noodles. And of course, the coconut rice is always worth ordering. We skipped dessert since nothing really stood out, but I would love to see them add more traditional Burmese desserts like faluda in the future. Parking wasn't too difficult, especially if you circle around the back neighborhood area. The wait was reasonable, the outdoor patio seating was nice, and the service was attentive throughout the meal. Definitely a spot I'd come back to when craving Burmese food.
