I've only been here once for the Flora's Corner pre-fix experience and I had a wonderful time. It was beautiful and the service was excellent. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because I personally didn't LOVE the food, I just found it to be ok, but the friends I was with all loved it. I am sensitive to things being too cheesy or fatty and i found some of the dishes to be too oily, so it's just a personal preference thing. I'd absolutely come back here and try other things on their menu. The manager was also super sweet and our waiter doubled as our photographer lol. The citrus honey torta for dessert was divine. The portions were huge for everything I took a lot home. The truffled eggplant appetizer was good but the truffle oil addition was too much for me on top of all the melted cheese and burrata. It was still good tho. They were accommodating to dietary restrictions and I got the lumache à la vodka without the pancetta. It was good but tbh I prefer the Cheesecake Factory's spicy vodka sauce next door. The breadsticks I had never seen before, they were like thin flatbread slices with garlic butter. I am a huge lover of garlic bread but I found these to be way too oily too, so that's been the general theme for me, tone down the oil a bit, but otherwise excellent concept and ambience. All in all it was a great experience and I would do it again. Stopped in for an early dinner and had a nice time. I was impressed with the interior, very classy and elegant inside. We had only been to the Fiorellas express so was excited to see the cucina. Liked the variety on the menu, and reasonable prices without breaking the bank. They bring you over breadsticks which were thin crispy sticks with cheese. These were yummy and a nice change from your classic bread. We then started with an arancini, it was pretty good. Only one per order, filled with cheese and sauce on top. I didn't care for the sauce as much I thought it could use a little more spice, but the actual arinchini was good. I then ordered the eggplant parmigiana, this was yummy. The eggplant was perfectly crisp and I liked the cheese. Again the sauce didn't do it for me but still an enjoyable dish. My mom got the chicken marsala which she liked. We split the chocolate flourless cake which came with a gelato and whip cream. The cake was more brownie like but was good, the gelato was excellent. All three paired nicely together. Overall I enjoyed my meal here and think it's a solid spot. Food didn't overly impress me but didn't disappoint me either. Nice option in the mall. read more

This was the first time at this restaurant. It's located next to the Burlington Mall but you can't enter through the mall. It has its own doors. Theres plenty of parking though. It is very beautiful inside. Decorated so elegant. I ordered my favorite the chicken Marsala, with mushrooms, onions, with penne pasta in a wine sauce. It came with a bread. My daughter ordered the eggplant parmigiana with linguine and she enjoyed it. We started with an arancini, it was one ball but a good size that two people can spilt. Then for dessert we had the flourless chocolate cake. That was a tasty dessert. I would come again. The prices are very reasonable. The restrooms are clean. It's right next to the mall so you can go shopping here. There are lots of other restaurants to choose but if you like Italian, in a nice restaurant that's really not too pricy, then you must come. read more

From the moment you walk in the door the Italian decorated restaurant is classy and inviting. The servers are all friendly and attentive. The food is above the rest. From the bread and marinara sauce (I could eat a basket myself and would be happy) to the main courses. They don't skimp on ingredients. Elevated IG-able Italian ambiance...in a mall. Prices are reasonable, service is solid, and food can be a bit hit or miss, but overall good place to catch up with a friend. Acoustically it was easy to hold a conversation, and it was nice to have a classy sit down option after a day of shopping. The cheesy garlic bread and marinara that they drop after you order is addicting. The arugula salad is a skip, it's just arugula with a sprinkle of pine nuts and lemon, it was barely dressed. My lumache with pancetta was a huge portion and the vodka sauce was good, but the pasta was mushy and could have used some variety, every bite was the same. My friend really enjoyed her mushroom fusilli. We both like the olive oil cake for dessert, which was warm, a bit spongy and had a touch of orange flavor. Would return for the ambiance and an app, but prefer their OG Newton location for a larger meal. read more

Came here for dinner recently with my husband and 2 little kids and was very pleased with the experience. I made a reservation which I was very happy I did because this place was hopping! If you walk in you may have to sit at bar so highly recommend making a reservation. The restaurant is beautiful, clean, bright, but still feels high end and special. Waiter was fantastic, excellent service. They have these incredible thin cheesy bread sticks to start that are served with a super flavorful marinara. My husband and I got the truffle eggplant appetizer which was delicious, not too truffle-y and not super heavy all while still feeling indulgent. Kids menu was great, my 6 yo chicken tender connoisseur gave them 2 enthusiastic thumbs up and the spaghetti my 4 yo had was excellent as well. I'm a sucker for a chicken/broccoli Alfredo (I know, not very authentic) and it was delicious, chicken was very well seasoned and perfectly cooked. My husband had the seafood Fra diavlo and he cleaned his plate. Cocktails were excellent as well. Did not have room for dessert, so I guess I will have to return! read more

I had made a lunch reservation for three of us. I called ahead to let them know that each of us was running about 10 minutes late and I was thanked for calling. I received a text from one of the other two, saying he was there. The hostess had no idea, even though he had checked in with her. We eventually all found each other. (When I got home, I saw an email saying my reservation had been cancelled.) I've gone to Fiorella's in Newton for 25 years and it's my favorite. This was my first time at the Burlington location. The decor is much more elaborate here, and the space larger. Service was excellent, food delicious. This was a reunion of coworkers and we hadn't seen each other in a while. We weren't rushed, and were allowed to linger and chat. All in all, a very good experience. read more

I've had this chain at a few locations now and my opinion remains pretty consistent - the food is very homestyle Italian, which always foils with the upscale ambiance. The food is a little lacking in flavor for me - I think it could benefit from more salt or Parmesan to really bring out some flavors, especially in dishes that are supposed to emphasize cheeses. The lemon chicken I had was supposed to have Romano cheese and I felt it was not very present aromatically or taste-wise. I also felt there was almost no detectable truffle in the fries. The fried ravioli is good though, and service was good, relatively quick and nice enough. The ambiance absolutely stunning though, beautiful place for the vibe! read more

Today my husband and myself sat at the bar to have our meal (I forgot that at this location it is so popular during a weekend that the tables get filled up quickly and wait time gets longer without a reservation earlier during the day). The food came to our table well presented and ready to eat. The food was delicious as always, I've been here before and the bar servers (Kelly and Joan) did a great job making sure we had everything we needed for drinks and dishes that we finished were cleared quickly. They were very friendly, helpful and had smiles on their faces as they were helping us. We got dessert here too after our meals and they have choices for those with allergies (if that applies to you) and we both got our favorite picks from this restaurant. The ambiance is spacious and well lit so it is easy to look at the menus once you arrive and space for those who may be waiting on a table that is available. Plenty of parking is also available since it is in a mall parking lot. Will return here again with friends since the meals, appetizers and the bread that is served at the table (as you wait) are always great! read more

2.5 probably. The experience was subpar from start to finish. When I called to reserve for 4 pm, i was told we needed to get out around 6 pm because they had another big party coming in. What? Fine. That said, when we showed up early to accommodate this demand, the table wasn't ready. No one's water glasses were filled throughout the meal. At some point we asked for water and the waiter said yeah I got it, as though we had been demanding things all throughout ad opposed to wolfing down food to meet our deadline! It was my dad's 80th birthday and the waitress didn't take dessert orders from anyone. She was hovering near my head at some point so I was able to order a tiramisu. I was eventually able to catch her long enough to order one for my dad too. My sister had to call her over to get an order for my mom. In spite of being seated late she basically threw the check down at 5:45 and because my sister's father-in-law, who was buying him dinner, was still eating dessert at the opposite end of the table, my dad ended up buying his own 80th birthday dinner! My sisters's FIL was quite upset about it, but my dad told him he could pick up the tab for the next family party...which will be held somewhere else. Seriously, worst 80th birthday dinner ever!! Back to Fiorellas after quite some time. We usually went to Newtonville but wait times were ridiculous on weekends. We tried their new location in Burlington. Very nice inside...a lot fancier than Newtonville. We started with drinks and ordered a Arancini to split. Arancini was very, very good. Huge. The breadsticks we not hot and crispy as I remember them. Ours were lukewarm and far from crispy. I got a garden salad which was essentially Mesclun lettuce and cukes and tomatoes. My daughter got the Ceasar salad. I got the Haddock Piccata. The sauce a bit of an off taste, almost soapy. The fish wasn't the usual texture of Haddock. More firm than Haddock. And it had no coating, just a naked piece of fish. Roasted potatoes and broccolini came with it. I didn't finish it. My daughter got Chicken Parmesan which she said was good. We did not get any dessert. The fish that I got was nothing like the fish we used to get in Newtonville that was cooked in the pizza oven. It was juicy and delicious and was something I got every time I went to Fiorellas. read more

After visiting the Concord & Newton locations many times, I had high expectations. However, they definitely fell short as I did not have a great experience for my birthday dinner. The best part was the service, as the waiter was friendly and efficient so no complaints there. Either the food has gone downhill, or they need better chefs. I ordered the same chicken broccoli alfredo as I always do from any location. I would compare this one to a microwave alfredo dinner. The chicken tasted like it was previously frozen, the pasta was somewhat hard, and the alfredo barely had any flavor. This is not how I remember this dish from the other locations at all. I will not be back to the Burlington location. Also, my mother's eggplant parm barely had any sauce on the pasta and looked unappetizing. I'm very disappointed as I was so excited for this convenient location at the mall. I do not recommend; I would try Osteria Nino across the street instead. read more

Went for lunch on a sunny Friday afternoon. We were seated immediately at noontime. I had a reservation. The aesthetics are beautiful in this Italian restaurant . We ordered a chopped salad to share. I ordered the shrimp scampi, it was wonderful! Freshest shrimp with a beautiful white wine sauce with a hint of lemon. My friend ordered the chicken Marsala and that also was delicious. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because they give you a flat bread with a marinara dipping sauce to start. When our waiter brought our salad, he didn't give us clean bread plates for our salad. Our server was a young lady, cordial but not overly friendly. I don't expect long conversations but do appreciate when staff are engaging. My wine (Roscoto) was very good. Food was so-so. I had the veal parmigiana - the pasta was kind of dry and sauce had a lot of tomato paste in it which gave it a strong, not so great flavor. I love good bread - Theirs was like a generic brand of frozen garlic bread with extra herbs sprinkled on top. My husband had a seafood pasta dish that he said was ok. My wife and I had a great dinner last night (11/15/2025) at Fiorella's in Burlington, MA. We grabbed two seats at the bar -- our favorite way to dine because it gives us a chance to talk with others -- and were taken care of by Joan and Olivia. Both were excellent: attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Joan also makes a fantastic Old Fashioned. For starters, I enjoyed my Caesar salad, and my wife absolutely loved the Italian Wedding Soup, calling it one of the best she's had. For our entrées, we ordered the Chicken Parm and Veal Parm. Both dishes were tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. A special shout-out to Mary, the manager, who we've known from another local restaurant. She was, as always, a delight -- checking in on guests, walking the floor, and making sure everyone had a great experience. Seeing her again reassured us that we were in good hands.
