What made it worse was that the poser seemed to be with his equally rude wife, who encouraged the behavior rather than calming it down. Their combined attitude was obnoxious and disruptive, making the environment uncomfortable for everyone around them. It's disappointing because no one goes out expecting to have their experience overshadowed by such immature and disrespectful conduct. Management should be more attentive to how behavior like this affects other guests.
